And now to give my feedback 1. Anaheim: I love how the orange shoulder cuts through the purple and the teal... really unique and it reminds me of the type of fabric deco you see at festivals (random reference but yeah). I'd say I'd prefer the numbers on the sleeves to be a big bigger since there is quite a bit of empty space between the shoulders and the diagonal line. 2. Arizona: Essentially I love everything about this, the rising sun in the triagle, the print on the sleeves, the shoulder patches! Amazing, but I would make sure to put a black border around the coyote as well where he sorta peaks out from the edges of the triangle. Or...Take the coyote out and put a coyote logo one the shoulders since you have 2 rising sun themes. But I do really like this one! 3. Honestly I don't mind the overall yellow look of the Boston one, I think though it needs some while lettering to break it up and also the shoulder patch would faire nicely in the same color pallet. I think the harshness of that black logo against the softer brown looks a little out of place. But I LOVE the classic feel, and the city skyline detail is slick! 4. It's definitely similar to the Boston one but I like the color story for this one better. Could have been neat to turn one of those brush strokes on buffalo into a sabre too~ No yellow helmet though lol 5. Carolina. SLICK! Maybe size up the lettering...or maybe that'd just a fault in the template. I dunno. 6. I think this is my favorite columbus alternate jersery that I've seen! I like how there is less cream coloring so the blues blend more together and to me gives off a more military feel, especially with the angled lines on the sleeve. Maybe add at least one solder patch? one with a bit of red in it could be a good contrast. 7. Calgary I like how you kept it clean and bold, but it could have been interesting to have continue the slope of the sleeves into the bottom half of the jersey, and replace the black on the very bottom with more red. 8. Blackhawks. FANTASTIC. Love it. I want it. Maybe put a think white piping right along the top of the color to seal it up nice. 9. Avalanche. Ombre for the win! I would just make the mountain ridge larger. 10. Dallas...At first go it was a lot of look, but I think the creativity you showed is crazy! I think though if if the logo was a flat design it would mesh better with that design. it kinda reminds me of old Mobile gas station signs, in a good way! Retro, 60's. I like the idea of this color change for them, makes a lot of sense for Texas imo. 11. Detroit is wicked crisp, love that...But I think the red D gets a little lost against the red in the jersey, so make some white border or detailing to the letter would work to differentiate. 12. Orange coloring on jerseys always gets me so I'm definitely biased with Oilers jerseys. I think I would take out the orange triangle though and make the port/circle/seal i dunno be orange (with blue linework like how the man is drawn) 13. Panthers, I like this swap of color to have the blue in the background. 14. Kings...As he said Yellow is truly acceptable in this format with the purple! 15. I love the font that minnesota has. I think though it's missing a little bit more nature detailing maybe a monotoned forest pattern put into the cream...strips. 16. I like the Canadiens one but its too similar to there regular jeseries...But I additionally that logo is sacred so I get not changing it but to me that's what an alternate jersey is for. But again...Canadiens fans take great pride in the heritage and the logo. 17. I think for the New Jersey if you added more black detailing it could take away the Christmasy feel. Like in the elbows that green stripe should be black, and then maybe some black edges around the other color blocking. 18. I think the strip in the middle of the preds jersey behind the sabretooth makes the center of the jersey a tiny bit busy. Nice and eyecatching overall! 19. I want that Islanders jersey. period. but I would take away the bottom white stripe. 20. Yes I agree I think a laced up color would have been a perfect addition! 21. That Ottawa jersey is killin it! It looks like a breath of fresh air and a real motivating style! LOVE it! 22. Flyers jersey is pretty solid, gotta love the orange! 23. I'm sorry, I don't think I like the Penguins one, I think if it had more dark colored elements it would be more grounded looking. Add some more navy details~! 24. THE SHARKS ONE! love it! I would just say to take the shark away from the shoulder patch since it's a little repetitive. 25. Ooo I dunno how I feel about my own critique, but I almost with the logo was separated. I like the arches in the circle logo so I would love it could stand on its own. I dunno which I'd have as the main logo...maybe still keep the music note up front. 26. Lightning same sort of critique that I have for the Canadiens, I DO like this but it almost could just be a new regular jersey. 27. Leafs, I love the added detail of the leaf on the sleeve with the white shoulder! looks very balanced! 28. I don't like blue and green together...but that's got nothing to do with you. I love the classic feel of this, but I would take out the "vancouver" from the V. 29. Knights looks killer all I would do is add a red stripe on the bottom so it's the same coloring as the sleeves. 30. Stoppit with the Jets one that looks AMAZING! 31. now THIS is a alternate Capitals jersey! I like the stars with the letters and out the D and the C blend together and weave with the D. So many of this are wicked nice! You put in so much effort! Keep designing!
That is the ABSOLUTE BEST Anaheim Jersey I have EVER SEEN. I might like to see it with the webbed D as the primary and the original logo on the shoulders, and I would like to see some beige striping somewhere too, but if they immediately used this design they would likely instantly jump from my 25th favorite team or so to roughly my 6th favorite team
My favorite jersey concept would probably be Colorado’s jerseys cause I really like the colours and the way he designed it made it look really good l. My least favourite would probably be the blues jersey. In my opinion the stripes made it look very busy and the shoulders really threw me off.
It’s Seth time! They are masterful like MacFarlane (I’ll see myself out now...)! Time to geek out again (thanks Neil!)! 1. Winnipeg - As it should be. Give me this now! 2. Arizona - This is such a different logo and it’s really cool! The Kachina style on the arms make the sleeves stand out too. I wonder what it’d look like if the bottom had that too 🤔 3. Columbus - So many great Jackets concepts, and this one is no different. I do like the cream mix with this one and the silver arm stripes. Blow the cannon, can’t get any better than this! 4. Chicago - Ahh a black Hawks sweater! Very very nice! I love the logo within the circle, that always ties it up well with this. Only nitpick I have is the top white stripe at the bottom shouldn’t exist, otherwise 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. 5. Vegas - This one is FIRE! The sleeves with the red striping and the full grey being used is extremely sleek and I love this! 6. Houston...I mean Dallas Texans...I mean...alright so this sweater is extremely bold. And it looks really good! But...it’s not the Stars to me without the green (even with the logo). Or is it? Maybe this could be used on Texas Independence Day (March 2nd every year). Very unique. And I actually like it a lot. 7. Anaheim - The mix of the current and the classic actually works extremely well here! 8. Philadelphia - Yes to this black concept! That one white arm stripe sells this beaut! 9. Florida - Yes to the navy blue! But even more yes to the striping and colors! Very simple, very sleek, very nice! 10. Saint Louis - I actually like this a lot. I love the arch logo, but the colors and striping make it feel very classic. 11. Washington - Taking the Winter Classic logo and adding the “DC” is nice! Very simple, but effective! 12. Carolina - How sleek can you get? This one is very nice with the stick logo, but the difference is the storm flag around the collar. I’ve never seen that before, and I actually like it! 13. Boston - I generally love the brown & gold. But I think this is too much gold honestly. But it’s so sleek, I like it. 14. NY Rangers - I’m usually not a fan of the Lady Liberty sweaters. But I am a fan of this one. It’s very simple and the colors mesh extremely well. A Broadway Bravo from me on this! 15. Ottawa - Not bad at all! I’d have to see the gold on the ice to see if I like it or not. But obviously this is another that should be their homes! 16. Nashville - Well well well...it’s a navy blue jersey! And it isn’t half bad at all! My only bothered thought was the stripe behind the logo, but other than that I like it. 17. Vancouver - Oooo this one is cool! My only thing is the logo coloring...can’t really see the “V” that well. Otherwise, very sleek. 18. Los Angeles - I love the colors & the striping. If the logo went back to its original, this would easily be top 3. This one’s awesome! 19. Pittsburgh - I’m a sucker to see the Pens in light blue. A think some more striping is needed at the bottom, but otherwise pretty nice! 20. NY Islanders - I’ll be honest, the Isles in black are weird. BUT, this one works pretty well to me. The striping is simple and there’s color to this. I would actually like to see this as an alternate. 21. Tampa Bay - It’s not bad at all as the Bolts in Black are needed. It’s simple. 22. Colorado - This one is extremely unique and interesting. I’m not usually a fan of gradients, but I think this one was pulled off very well. The mountains at the bottom really pull this together, but I’m thinking the shoulders throw me off a bit with the coloring. I like this. 23. Toronto - Very interesting! It’s the combo between the national team and the city’s team and it’s not half bad. 24. San Jose - This is pretty good, but I think it’s missing some orange and/or white in there. I can’t pick it, but I don’t hate it. 25. Buffalo - Probably one of the better alternate designs for a Buffalo sweater, especially with that wordmark I love. If the colors were switched to blue as a primary, this would be pretty cool. 26. Minnesota - Literally the same as Buffalo, but green as the primary. 27. Montreal - It’s not half bad. It’s definitely simple, but I miss that middle stripe. It’s an alternate, so I understand that, so it works for its purpose for something new. 28. Calgary - Love it in black. However the arm striping takes it down a notch, but other than that, not half bad! 29. Detroit - I feel like it’s got a modern feel, sure. But if the logo was replaced with a wordmark? Then this would be fire. 30. New Jersey - This one is definitely unique. I actually kinda like it, but it is very Christmas feeling. Now if this was black instead of green...🤤 31. Edmonton - Very interesting with this logo. My issue is that it looks like a darker blue version of an Islanders jersey because of the white stripe on the sleeves. I think it’s definitely different and is nice, but I don’t really like it too much. (Note: I thought the Isles first before Neil said it, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought it 😅) This is probably the best set of concepts I’ve seen thus far and there are none I absolutely loathe. It was very nicely done and very fun to watch!
If I had my way, the *Chicago Black Hawks, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins, San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks & New Jersey Devils* (BY FAR, my most favourite of these concept’s) would all be wearing these very jerseys on opening night next season. And yet another job well done by the designer here, as well.
I am a big Washington fan and I really approuve this jersey, 200%! This is my favourite jersey concept I saw on your channel! I really like the Colorado one too, with the icy mountains.
Canes fan here. Agreed on your comments about the red. I think since he bottom cuffed the jersey and did the pattern at the collar, the sleeve stripes need to move down to the cuff too to keep it uniformly correct.
I am honestly taken by that Preds jersey. I like their uniforms as it is. The current yellow ones and their old navy ones. But that concept is stunning. I want one right now. Someone hire that man.
On Chicago, I think the artist was trying to go back to the 40's a little bit, the Hawks did dust it off for the NHL's 75th Anniversary year, that seems to be what they're going for here.
Any other Washington team uses a D that's also a C? That's really cool. I would really love to see an all two tones lineup, logo and all just two colors.
Big fan of you redesign of the Canadiens it’s very fresh and youthful looking. If jerseys could be “on trend” I feel that it has that 90s feel but in a current style! The Capitals jersey is also very very nice. I love the burgundy used, really carries that historical feel.
Yeah I gotta say I think I like this style of reaction more than the rankings. Both are great but it’s fun seeing your reaction to stuff and how excited you get.
I like that logo on the Capitals jersey. The "W" for Washington and the "C" in the middle for Capitals but the "C" also kind of looks like it doubles as a "D" so to me it kind of makes me think of DC which is obviously the State in which Washington is located. Not sure if that was intentional or not but it looks cool.
That Dallas Stars jersey is fantastic, and the Capitals one is very interesting in a good way. I especially like the logo with the interlocking W and C - or is it a D? What it is, it's clever, and I like clever. The Tampa Bay concept is very good, they should utilise this as their new home uniform and thereby stop ripping off the Leafs once and for all.
The only one of these I thought was a really big improvement was the Lightning. I don't hate their current Jerseys but I like the ones they wore when they won the Cup. These are similar with the black Jerseys and white shoulders, and that shade of blue for the trim, but with the put the current logo on it. I didn't hate the old logo, but I do normally believe team logos shouldn't have writing in it, so I admit the current logo is better. This concept takes the best of both words, the old jersey and colors with the current logo. They should at least add this as a third jersey.
i actually really like the gradient for colorado's jersey. the white shoulders is a bit odd for a home/alt jersey though. the stars jersey is VERY different, but it's a very cool idea for an alternate for military themed nights or something. i hate the kings jersey because the colors are atrocious. i get people like the history, but it's ok to look back and accept that the history is trash and it doesn't need to come back. looking at you sabres logo. montreal's is solid, but idk about it being so white and so much color at the same time. kinda wonder when it would be used? at home or on the road? i like the preds jersey but i agree, white stripes at the bottom could go and i also think maybe 1 less yellow stripe on each arm and at the bottom. ottawa's jersey is solid. however, i'd rather they do something more modern with their logo if they change it. the logo there just screams old age. i like philly's. very solid. pens jersey is wayyyy too bright with the super light blue and white making it seem even brighter instead of a dark color toning it down a bit. blues jersey is ruined by its logo imo. im just glad they went with the good blues shade of blue instead of that horrible old one. very good tampa jersey for sure. just solid all around. i like the stripes on the sleeves. i really like vegas having more red in their jersey as well as the sleeve design. the caps jersey looks far too much like an avs jersey to work for me.
Being a Habs fan I really like their jersey. I also like the Leafs jersey, but agree with the white on the top of the sleeves would look nicer just all blue
My critiques (how I would change/improve the designs). DUCKS: I would eliminate the shoulder stripes and add teal to the bottom of the sleeves and jersey. COYOTES: I would add the kachina pattern across the bottom of the jersey and drop the shoulder stripes. BRUINS: I would eliminate the shoulder stripes and replace the brown with black. SABRES: I would eliminate the shoulder stripes, change the shade of blue to navy (have it as the main colour instead of that yellow), change the striping on the sleeves and body to yellow, and as a clever detail.... I would have the Sabres logo under the wordmark serve as the "O" in Buffalo. HURRICANES: Get that logo out of there. I don't like it at all. I would have red as the main colour, and the flag-pattern would be black. I would either use their main logo or a new idea. BLUE JACKETS: Again, I would eliminate the shoulder striping. FLAMES: Nearly perfect. I would replace the black at the bottom of the sleeves and jersey with yellow. BLACKHAWKS: Nearly perfect. Eliminate the shoulder striping. AVALANCHE: Eliminate the shoulder striping, and incorporate the logo INTO the mountain pattern. STARS: I wouldn't change anything about it. RED WINGS: Eliminate the shoulder striping. OILERS: This is the exception that proves the rule. As stated at the bottom of the list, I don't like bright shoulder striping on dark jerseys, but these shades of orange and blue nicely complement each other. PANTHERS: Get rid of the shoulder striping. KINGS: This jersey is the other exception to my feelings. I generally love dark shoulder striping on light jerseys, but it doesn't work for me here. I would ditch the shoulder striping and leave the shoulders yellow. WILD: I would do a two coloured design, wheat and forest green. The two outer stripes on the sleeves and lower body would be forest green and the rest of the jersey would be wheat. I'd also have this version of the Bear's head as the logo (www.pinterest.ca/pin/540502392752819889/) and I would have the "M" from the wordmark serve as shoulder patches. DEVILS: I would replace the green with black and ditch that shoulder striping. PREDATORS: The shoulder striping has to go. ISLANDERS: Toss the shoulder striping. RANGERS: Agree with you, Neil. It needs laces. That's all I'd change though. OTTAWA: Ditch ALL of the striping except for the banding in the middle and add a pair of shoulder patches. FLYERS: Ditch the shoulder striping, and have the stripe sandwiched between the two orange stripes on the jersey's body be white instead of black. PENGUINS: The shoulder stripe works for me here because it pairs nicely with that shade of blue and isn't distracting. SHARKS: IT'S PERFECT. BLUES: Drop that shoulder striping. I would change the shade of the blue stripes sandwiched between the yellow and whites one on the sleeves and body to navy. LIGHTNING: I think it needs an overhaul, but I'm not sure what I'd do. MAPLE LEAFS: CANUCKS: Toss that shoulder striping. KNIGHTS: JETS: Yeah, again, I don't like the shoulders. They can go. CAPITALS: TRASH. Not a single good thing about it. When Dallas rebranded, they had concepts in Red, White and Blue, and in Cowboys colors. Neither looked as good as the Victory Green, which fans stated they wanted to keep the green.
Instead of having the shoulders as a different colour, Seth should leave it the same and just add one thin line of another colour, so for example for the nashville jersey he could keep the shoulders blue but have a yellow stripe as a border

And my coyotes. Now the jersey design was don’t mind. I’d say I’d like the kachina striping on the bottom part of the jersey. And yeah that logo needs to just be what they have now and we have a different story
For any concept maker...stop mixing the new and old Ducks colors, either use orange, gold and black or use the green and maroon...they don’t mix well together at all

4. Chicago - Ahh a black Hawks sweater! Very very nice! I love the logo within the circle, that always ties it up well with this. Only nitpick I have is the top white stripe at the bottom shouldn’t exist, otherwise 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
5. Vegas - This one is FIRE! The sleeves with the red striping and the full grey being used is extremely sleek and I love this!
6. Houston...I mean Dallas Texans...I mean...alright so this sweater is extremely bold. And it looks really good! But...it’s not the Stars to me without the green (even with the logo). Or is it? Maybe this could be used on Texas Independence Day (March 2nd every year). Very unique. And I actually like it a lot.
7. Anaheim - The mix of the current and the classic actually works extremely well here!
8. Philadelphia - Yes to this black concept! That one white arm stripe sells this beaut!
9. Florida - Yes to the navy blue! But even more yes to the striping and colors! Very simple, very sleek, very nice!
10. Saint Louis - I actually like this a lot. I love the arch logo, but the colors and striping make it feel very classic.
11. Washington - Taking the Winter Classic logo and adding the “DC” is nice! Very simple, but effective!
12. Carolina - How sleek can you get? This one is very nice with the stick logo, but the difference is the storm flag around the collar. I’ve never seen that before, and I actually like it!
13. Boston - I generally love the brown & gold. But I think this is too much gold honestly. But it’s so sleek, I like it.
14. NY Rangers - I’m usually not a fan of the Lady Liberty sweaters. But I am a fan of this one. It’s very simple and the colors mesh extremely well. A Broadway Bravo from me on this!
15. Ottawa - Not bad at all! I’d have to see the gold on the ice to see if I like it or not. But obviously this is another that should be their homes!
16. Nashville - Well well well...it’s a navy blue jersey! And it isn’t half bad at all! My only bothered thought was the stripe behind the logo, but other than that I like it.
17. Vancouver - Oooo this one is cool! My only thing is the logo coloring...can’t really see the “V” that well. Otherwise, very sleek.
18. Los Angeles - I love the colors & the striping. If the logo went back to its original, this would easily be top 3. This one’s awesome!
19. Pittsburgh - I’m a sucker to see the Pens in light blue. A think some more striping is needed at the bottom, but otherwise pretty nice!
20. NY Islanders - I’ll be honest, the Isles in black are weird. BUT, this one works pretty well to me. The striping is simple and there’s color to this. I would actually like to see this as an alternate.
21. Tampa Bay - It’s not bad at all as the Bolts in Black are needed. It’s simple.
22. Colorado - This one is extremely unique and interesting. I’m not usually a fan of gradients, but I think this one was pulled off very well. The mountains at the bottom really pull this together, but I’m thinking the shoulders throw me off a bit with the coloring. I like this.
23. Toronto - Very interesting! It’s the combo between the national team and the city’s team and it’s not half bad.
24. San Jose - This is pretty good, but I think it’s missing some orange and/or white in there. I can’t pick it, but I don’t hate it.
25. Buffalo - Probably one of the better alternate designs for a Buffalo sweater, especially with that wordmark I love. If the colors were switched to blue as a primary, this would be pretty cool.
26. Minnesota - Literally the same as Buffalo, but green as the primary.
27. Montreal - It’s not half bad. It’s definitely simple, but I miss that middle stripe. It’s an alternate, so I understand that, so it works for its purpose for something new.
28. Calgary - Love it in black. However the arm striping takes it down a notch, but other than that, not half bad!
29. Detroit - I feel like it’s got a modern feel, sure. But if the logo was replaced with a wordmark? Then this would be fire.
30. New Jersey - This one is definitely unique. I actually kinda like it, but it is very Christmas feeling. Now if this was black instead of green...🤤
31. Edmonton - Very interesting with this logo. My issue is that it looks like a darker blue version of an Islanders jersey because of the white stripe on the sleeves. I think it’s definitely different and is nice, but I don’t really like it too much. (Note: I thought the Isles first before Neil said it, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought it 😅)
This is probably the best set of concepts I’ve seen thus far and there are none I absolutely loathe. It was very nicely done and very fun to watch!
The stripes on the CBJ are really cool looks like a military patch which is different and fitting

If I had my way, the *Chicago Black Hawks, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins, San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks & New Jersey Devils* (BY FAR, my most favourite of these concept’s) would all be wearing these very jerseys on opening night next season. And yet another job well done by the designer here, as well.

Canes fan here. Agreed on your comments about the red. I think since he bottom cuffed the jersey and did the pattern at the collar, the sleeve stripes need to move down to the cuff too to keep it uniformly correct.

On Chicago, I think the artist was trying to go back to the 40's a little bit, the Hawks did dust it off for the NHL's 75th Anniversary year, that seems to be what they're going for here.

I like that logo on the Capitals jersey. The "W" for Washington and the "C" in the middle for Capitals but the "C" also kind of looks like it doubles as a "D" so to me it kind of makes me think of DC which is obviously the State in which Washington is located. Not sure if that was intentional or not but it looks cool.

Dallas actually almost switched to blue, white and red when they were re-branding in 2013
That Dallas Stars jersey is fantastic, and the Capitals one is very interesting in a good way. I especially like the logo with the interlocking W and C - or is it a D? What it is, it's clever, and I like clever.
The Tampa Bay concept is very good, they should utilise this as their new home uniform and thereby stop ripping off the Leafs once and for all.
Vegas one reminds me of Christmas
The only one of these I thought was a really big improvement was the Lightning. I don't hate their current Jerseys but I like the ones they wore when they won the Cup. These are similar with the black Jerseys and white shoulders, and that shade of blue for the trim, but with the put the current logo on it. I didn't hate the old logo, but I do normally believe team logos shouldn't have writing in it, so I admit the current logo is better. This concept takes the best of both words, the old jersey and colors with the current logo. They should at least add this as a third jersey.
i actually really like the gradient for colorado's jersey. the white shoulders is a bit odd for a home/alt jersey though.
the stars jersey is VERY different, but it's a very cool idea for an alternate for military themed nights or something.
i hate the kings jersey because the colors are atrocious. i get people like the history, but it's ok to look back and accept that the history is trash and it doesn't need to come back. looking at you sabres logo.
montreal's is solid, but idk about it being so white and so much color at the same time. kinda wonder when it would be used? at home or on the road?
i like the preds jersey but i agree, white stripes at the bottom could go and i also think maybe 1 less yellow stripe on each arm and at the bottom.
ottawa's jersey is solid. however, i'd rather they do something more modern with their logo if they change it. the logo there just screams old age.
i like philly's. very solid.
pens jersey is wayyyy too bright with the super light blue and white making it seem even brighter instead of a dark color toning it down a bit.
blues jersey is ruined by its logo imo. im just glad they went with the good blues shade of blue instead of that horrible old one.

My critiques (how I would change/improve the designs).
DUCKS: I would eliminate the shoulder stripes and add teal to the bottom of the sleeves and jersey.
COYOTES: I would add the kachina pattern across the bottom of the jersey and drop the shoulder stripes.
BRUINS: I would eliminate the shoulder stripes and replace the brown with black.
SABRES: I would eliminate the shoulder stripes, change the shade of blue to navy (have it as the main colour instead of that yellow), change the striping on the sleeves and body to yellow, and as a clever detail.... I would have the Sabres logo under the wordmark serve as the "O" in Buffalo.
HURRICANES: Get that logo out of there. I don't like it at all. I would have red as the main colour, and the flag-pattern would be black. I would either use their main logo or a new idea.
BLUE JACKETS: Again, I would eliminate the shoulder striping.
FLAMES: Nearly perfect. I would replace the black at the bottom of the sleeves and jersey with yellow.
BLACKHAWKS: Nearly perfect. Eliminate the shoulder striping.
AVALANCHE: Eliminate the shoulder striping, and incorporate the logo INTO the mountain pattern.
STARS: I wouldn't change anything about it.
RED WINGS: Eliminate the shoulder striping.
OILERS: This is the exception that proves the rule. As stated at the bottom of the list, I don't like bright shoulder striping on dark jerseys, but these shades of orange and blue nicely complement each other.
PANTHERS: Get rid of the shoulder striping.
KINGS: This jersey is the other exception to my feelings. I generally love dark shoulder striping on light jerseys, but it doesn't work for me here. I would ditch the shoulder striping and leave the shoulders yellow.
WILD: I would do a two coloured design, wheat and forest green. The two outer stripes on the sleeves and lower body would be forest green and the rest of the jersey would be wheat. I'd also have this version of the Bear's head as the logo (www.pinterest.ca/pin/540502392752819889/) and I would have the "M" from the wordmark serve as shoulder patches.
DEVILS: I would replace the green with black and ditch that shoulder striping.
PREDATORS: The shoulder striping has to go.
ISLANDERS: Toss the shoulder striping.
RANGERS: Agree with you, Neil. It needs laces. That's all I'd change though.
OTTAWA: Ditch ALL of the striping except for the banding in the middle and add a pair of shoulder patches.
FLYERS: Ditch the shoulder striping, and have the stripe sandwiched between the two orange stripes on the jersey's body be white instead of black.
PENGUINS: The shoulder stripe works for me here because it pairs nicely with that shade of blue and isn't distracting.
SHARKS: IT'S PERFECT.
BLUES: Drop that shoulder striping. I would change the shade of the blue stripes sandwiched between the yellow and whites one on the sleeves and body to navy.
LIGHTNING: I think it needs an overhaul, but I'm not sure what I'd do.
MAPLE LEAFS:
CANUCKS: Toss that shoulder striping.
KNIGHTS:
JETS: Yeah, again, I don't like the shoulders. They can go.

When Dallas rebranded, they had concepts in Red, White and Blue, and in Cowboys colors. Neither looked as good as the Victory Green, which fans stated they wanted to keep the green.

Instead of having the shoulders as a different colour, Seth should leave it the same and just add one thin line of another colour, so for example for the nashville jersey he could keep the shoulders blue but have a yellow stripe as a border

For any concept maker...stop mixing the new and old Ducks colors, either use orange, gold and black or use the green and maroon...they don’t mix well together at all
