    Hand guards. The BEST solution, IMO, Zeta hand guards and triple tree mounts! No more twisting. Also adds additional protection to everything on the upper portion of the motorcycle. Fits great on 300l/Rally.
    No, never broken or sheered a steel bolt. The aluminum mount will break before breaking the bolts. Especially with the mounts that uses 2 bolts on the 300l/Rally.

      Thanks for sharing!! I’ve ever used them so can’t comment but good to know is a good option. I think they are more popular in the US. I’ve never seen them installed here in Europe.

    Very good video, thanks for that! Really enjoyed the way you present info and as a fresh CRF300l owner I really appreciate all the details included. Would you mind sharing the list of tools you carry in the toolbox with yourself for this bike? Thanks

      Hi mate!! Glad to hear the video was useful!!
      I’m working to release the full list of tools on website so you can also build the same one. I’ll also have the complete tool kit here:

    I really like toolbag layout and your tool choice! In CRF, storage space is very modest, and this bag looks very well organised with every thing having it's place. Mine is twice as big and not nearly as useful as yours :) Magnet's are so nice detail! And again, MNE TET clips! Your audience is waiting for that video :D BTW bag is marked as Sold Out in a store. I hope new ones are coming soon.

      Hey Djordje!!
      How are you doing, man! Thanks as always for the comment! I can’t wait to receive the tool bag from the factory!! Glad you liked the idea!
      Man, the MNE are so complex to edit 😂. I recorded too much!by the way, if all goes as planned I might be heading to Serbia in August by motorcycle with other 2 friends. The route is not fixed yet but we will try

      @@RoiaMoto No, it's not possible to record less in such environment. Every kilometer brings new beauties ! :)
      I'm very happy to hear that you will visit Serbia! Is there any, at least rough, idea about route? It would be pleasure for me to help you in any way. I owe it to you for helping me with a Wilbers! :)

      Hi Djordje
      We will be pretty much following the TET route. We are leaving from the western part of Bosnia around the 10th of August then start riding towards Serbia.
      I have your email and will keep you posted ;)

    Would you consider using a triple clamp mounting point for your handguards? It might side step the entire brake line concern. I believe the company Zeta offers such a solution on the CRF300L.

    • @RoiaMoto
      @RoiaMoto  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi mate
      I personally never used because I’m skeptical of the forces going to the triple clamp and bolts between the triple clamp and the handguards.
      I’ve seen already a post, and that’s only 1 post, on Facebook group where the Zeta triple clamp ended up breaking the bolt during a fall. Unlucky for this guy that the bolt broke inside the triple clamp so he couldn’t easily fix it.
      Honestly I don’t know how often this happens, probably rarely, but that’s why I prefer to stick to mounting the hand guard only to the handlebar.

    Great video, thank you. Did you find the foam made a difference to the vibrations? Also, thew tip about rerouting the break cable is brilliant, I had exactly this problem when setting up my handguards. Looking forward to hearing about your other modifications.

      Hey mate!! Glad to see you here in the comments! Love your channel. I’m subscribed to you with my private account!
      Yes, the foam grips helped a lot. Pretty much eliminated vibrations.
      The brake line rerouting worked much better than expected. Definitely recommended.
      Shoot me an email. Let’s stay in contact.

      @@RoiaMoto thanks for watching! You will be horrified to look at my handlebar set up on the Spain trip... It was all kinds of a mess with a riser that was completely unnecessary and handlebars so far forward it was like I was making love to the bike. But I need to learn the wrong way before finding the right way, correct?😂

  • @kurtbincobain1
    @kurtbincobain1 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Hi, do you have to change the stock clutch and throttle cables or even any of the electronic cables to a longer length, due to changing to this higher riser handlebar? Thank you!

    • @RoiaMoto
      @RoiaMoto  18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      So far I have never installed risers on a 300L nor 300Rally.
      I can tell you that only with the handlebar change I have found no issues.
      I know there are other riders on Facebook who have installed risers and apparently it works. To be honest, I think it will work, but I havent done it myself.

    • @kurtbincobain1
      @kurtbincobain1 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks for the info! My 2 cents that if installing the handlebar clamp and the higher rise handlebar like the Protaper High Rise, chances are may need to replace the cables to the longer ones…

    Once again a great video ! How tall are you? i want to change my handlebar im 185cm tall and weight around 100kg so i dont know if i use the same as you or maybe go for a taller one. Cheers from Chile !

    • @RoiaMoto
      @RoiaMoto  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hola amigo! Que tal?❤️🇨🇱 Bacán!
      I’m pretty sure that the Pro Taper CR high would already be nicer for you. Since you are 10cm higher than me, maybe even bar risers, but it’s hard to say without seeing. If you already feel comfortable, then don’t change anything.
      For me, I felt uncomfortable only when standing up. I felt like I was going to over the bars, cachai?
      Have you already watched this video? It might help to decide.

    Are rhe bark busters on your other video going to work with a stack bar then?

    • @RoiaMoto
      @RoiaMoto  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For the stock handlebar use the model specific version from Barkbustets.
      For Pro Taper CR high use the universal mounting kit.

    What mirrors are those?

    • @RoiaMoto
      @RoiaMoto  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi mate,
      these are some generic dual sport mirrors. No brand on them at all. If I remember well I paid some 20-30 U$D for them. But they work just fine. Just came back from a long trip with them and had a few motorcycle drops. No problems at all. The vibrate at higher speeds but nothing major. especially considering the price.
