The trait theory actually is slightly predictable ...if you examine the big 5 individuals high in openness to ideas and conscientiousness sprinkled with moderate to medium amounts of extraversion will have success if you put them in the right leadership situation.
unfortunately id have to disagree with the last one.... many ppl follow and worship Jesus because it was either beaten into them (slavery) or forced upon them (the crusades).... but I definitely enjoyed the rest of the video.
