Ford Rouge here this stuff is more or less identical to the blast furnaces and the rolling mills I worked on in the late 80's and the early 90's. Ford sold the mill and I was able to transfer. But I became attached to steel division ways. and transferred to the power house 98. then number 6 boiler blew up with me in the building. 6 guys died and I spent months in the hospital. 25 years later that stuff still runs and I don't know anybody. bizarrely I still think about the direct side. Hot metal is fascinating.
Absolutely amazing video!!! I really like how you use old pictures to tell the story about this amazing factory 👍 Especially because I never had enough time to explore the building when I was in the area, I really enjoyed your video Moritz
Great work guysh! Love the history and archive footage, so much better than just the usual "explorations" done by other TH-camrs. Good length, too, spot on.
Love the way you include old footage! Great and informative narration.
33 years of my life spent in this steelworks and continuous casting... memories !
Prachtige beelden en leuk om de gelijkenissen te zien met de walserij in Ijmuiden waar ik 15 jaar heb gewerkt.
excellent with narration. I only discovered this channel last year and glad to subscribe- detailed informative steady camera
