Yes, meron akong ilang niluto din sa oven na left over batter. It turned out perfect din. Nakalimutan ko na kung anong temperature sa oven ang ginamit ko at kung ilang minuto. Ikaw na bahala. Research on some recipes kung ilang minutes nila inoven at kung anong temperature ang ginamit nila.
That' s rather disappointing. No toppings ? This lady in the outskirts of Dumagute City always sold out her unique flavored bibingka . I scoured YT for her recipe. The topping tasted of thick coconut milk with a hint of saltiness and sweetness , brushed on top as finishing touch . That brushed on topping plus being baked in charcoal embers give it a delicious flavor and aroma. Maybe somebody could try that.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t like the taste of gata here in Australia because everything is in can… I still prefer the fresh gata from the Philippines. That’s what I meant.
