Kadhi Pakora
Ingredients for Gram flour mixture:
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 pack
Gram flour 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Ingredients for Pakora:
Onion sliced 1 cup
Potato 1 cup
Gram flour 1 cup
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Red Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
Green Coriander ½ cup
Water as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Ingredients for Kadhi:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Gram flour mixture
Water 3 cups
Prepared pakora
Ingredients for Tarka:
Oil ¼ cup
Whole red chillies 8-10
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 5-6
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Directions for Gram flour mixture preparation:
1. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, gram flour and water. Mix it well and set aside.
Directions for Pakora Preparation:
2. In a bowl add onion, potatoes, gram flour, coriander seeds crushed, cumin seeds crushed, red chili flakes, red chili powder, salt, green chilies, green coriander and water. Mix it well.
3. Now take spoonful of this mixture and fry it until crispy and golden brown. Your Pakora are ready. Set aside.
Directions for Kadhi Preparation:
4. In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it again.
6. Add gram flour mixture and water. Cover and cook for 30-35 minutes on low flame or until kadhi is ready.
Directions for Tarka Preparation:
7. In a pan heat oil and add whole red chilies, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chili powder and cook for a few seconds.
8. Pour this tarka into the kadhi and add prepared pakora in it.
9. Give it a good mix and your Kadhi Pakora is ready. Serve and enjoy.
Preparation Time: 30 mins
Cooking Time: 1 hour

It's your own choice to have onion , potatoes in pakoras so never judge anyone , make it at ur own family demands, here in Pakistan we mostly used to cook like this , but at least cook it on low heat more than 2 hours

apki recipe achi hoti hai, but apki measurements nai sahi. Is kari main 2 cup basin dala ap ne, jab keh adha cup hi kafi tha ,or spices ap ne TBs main dali jab keh Tsp b kafi thin

I made this to the tee and will say way too much besan. Half a cup would have been enough. Also , the measurements for spices were too much. Obviously cook to your liking but when so many Ingredients are used, I would hope the recipe is spot on. Wasted andi.
