Diffraction Data Processing - Ring Patterns

This video demonstrates how to process TEM electron diffraction data from ring patterns. I use the Thermo Scientific Velox Software for the measurements, but you could also use a free software such as ImageJ (Fiji).
To compare your measured d spacing values to theoretical ones, you can make use of handy crystal structure databases such as:

Yes, I was planning to do a spot pattern (single crystal) video next. I can also do an FFT one although the measurement process and indexing are the same.
