Thanks for checking out the video! This machine is awesome, I've driven it around quite a few times since I filmed the walkaround video. It's still stock but I will be starting to upgrade it really soon and you guys will see it showing up in upcoming rides. I'm looking forward to getting some seat time in this machine and also getting my friend Chris out on some rides with us in his badass new machine!
The new XP1000 is much nicer than the out going model imo. Like the changes they made especially the cage and finally added full doors. Nice factory tires also!
I’ve been watching old videos all day bc it’s so cold here I’m not even going anywhere near outside. Stoked to see a new vid! I actually just watched your cage fabrication video on the battle wagon. Lol
That’s a nice looking machine. All these machines should come factory with proper skid plates and fire wall protection . My last ride a limb from a dead fall tree went through the floor of my defender . I basically destroyed the passenger side floor. Parts ordered and also aluminum skid plates. The damage happened way too easily. Lesson learned . lol looking forward to the build .👍
I bought a used Razor..it was a few months old .. The previous owner had mentioned the heat and some of the things he had done to help that . The heat from the radiator and i assume cooling lines is still a lot ..Might be ok up north or in the winters ..Yea its a nice looking ride ..i ordereda kit to add sealing to help with the heat that comes in the cab from the radiator..
We all know the Razors started the side by side explosion way back when. They have evolved so much in the last few years. It will be interesting to see where you take this one. I am not a Razor guy so I will be watching this to learn a thing or 2 about their finer points. Give it the treatment man!
Congrats on the new RZR! I don’t plan on going too crazy with this one. I want to keep it realistic and attainable. I want to set it up similar to how I’ve been doing the CFMOTO to show the two machines side by side in future videos.
I was trying to check with you on another video if you had good service out of the sand craft bulletproof front diff kit that you put in a few years back
I wanted one so bad almost took it home a month ago but after thinking about it long and hard I couldn’t see spending 20k on something that will get used 4-6 times a year so I did the zforce 950 ho sport for 10300 Good luck it’s a sick machine
Ya, I can’t argue that logic. The pricing on the cfmoto z-force 950s in the United States right now is insane. Rock bottom pricing and you get quite a lot of machine for just over 10k. Here in Canada our pricing hasn’t dropped that low on them. Hope you enjoy your new unit!
Ya, here in Canada the pricing is much higher which is really frustrating. It’s higher on all machines overall. The USA has some wild rebates going on right now. However that huge price drop on a new 950 has essentially destroyed the resale value of the machine and they were already struggling with that. Anyone that bought one a year ago for example won’t be able to sell without a massive loss because a new one is only 10k now.
Love all the content yall put out. Keep it up. Got a question. Looking at selling my Talon 1000 x4 and going with a 2 seater. Looking at this one you are describing and can am maverick. Don’t know a whole lot about either. Know your a razor guy but maybe pros and cons of either in your opinion
Hey man. Happy to hear you enjoy the content. In short, they are both great machines and a lot comes down to personal preference. Are you looking at a Maverick sport or an X3 Turbo? If it’s between the XP1K and a Maverick X3 I’d probably say X3. If it’s between Maverick sport and XP1K I’d probably lean toward the XP1K. I’ve really been enjoying this machine and feel it’s a solid trail machine out of the box. Fit and finish has really improved since the last body style. It looks good and it’s comfortable. I prefer the Polaris 4WD system over Can-Am and I prefer the Polaris warranty too. Overall I believe the Polaris is easier to work on but many would argue fit and finish in general is a bit better on the Can-Am. I’d assume you’ve ridden with all these machines. If you haven’t I’d try to get out for a ride and talk with some other owners. The Maverick sports and X3s are reliable and so are the XP1K RZRs. They all have some issues but any machine will. Hard to answer this question without bias but I hope that helps a little.
i think that in years past, most people took off the stock doors and replaced them with with aftermarket options from superatv and others. so manufacturers didnt focus much on doors. and now they are way behind in that area.
U need to get more medium shirts in stock on adrenaline junkie prod. Been looking for them to come back in stock lol. Keep the videos goin man u do a great job 🤙🏻
Hey man, glad you enjoy the videos. Yes, I need to give the store some attention. It's been on the backburner last few months. We almost have some badass new merch designs finalized. It's been taking a little longer than planned. It should be worth the wait though!
Hey Martin. Nothing was wrong with it. My friend Chris is good friends with Nathan, the owner of Peak Powersports. We have had the 1000XP for a while. It’s been used a few times already. Nathan had borrowed it for a while to try out which is why I picked it up dirty just before Christmas when I got the RZR 200 for my daughter. I have been behind so I haven’t been able to get to it until now which is why I just introduced it and posted the walk around video I shot just after he originally got it. Nothin fishy goin on. Just working on getting all caught up with the videos for the new year. It seems like a sweet machine. There will be more content coming on it soonish.
Near the end of summer going into fall. We have had the machine for a while under wraps. I just had to get caught up on some past projects before diving into this one. I’m almost caught up now so I figured it was time to launch this build. Wish I could have done it a little sooner but life gets hectic at times.
I'm also 6'4" with size 14 boots and long legs. How does the leg room in the new XP compare to the KRX 1000? Those are the two machines I'm looking at for my first SxS. I've sat in the KRX and I know that there is plenty of room behind the seats in the KRX to modify the seat sliders so that the seat goes back further and gain even more room, but I haven't been able to sit in the new XP yet.
The KRX has tons of space behind the seats but I feel comfy in the new XP 1000. It feels more spacious in the cabin then my RZR Turbo which shares a cabin with the old model 1000 XP. The interior is much nicer and much more refined than the KRX. With a modified brakes the KRX likely has a touch more room but if your my size you’ll be comfortable in the XP 1000.
Nice machine Julian I assume the price tag is huge!!!!! I myself still love my 2016 XP Turbo! maybe some day!!!!!!! thanks for the walk around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I seriously looked at buying one of these but the main problem I had with it is the cage height. It won’t fit in most enclosed trailers so I ended up with a Maverick x3 turbo.
I never even thought about the cage height. It fits in my trailer no problem with room to spare. I think that your Maverick X3 turbo is a very good compromise, lol. The X3 is a beast and I’d probably take it over this machine too if I could only have one.
Hahahahaha, I just had to. The original two fast and furious movies were directed at my generation and my demographic specifically. That first movie is still one of my all time favourites and I can prob quote the entire movie. A true gearhead classic. Inwqs always a car guy in addition to being an off-road enthusiast so that movie holds a special spot in my heart. Glad you can find the humor in it too.
I’m also looking forward to seeing what this thing turns into. I agree, the build is a huge part of the overall fun. I’ve always enjoyed that part too.
Heck yeah brotha! Love your channel. I want to do this type of work man but the initial investment is crazy expensive. Thought about starting out with a front end loader with a bush hog attachment.
Good video but personally not a fan of the new styling wish they'd steal more from the Pro R. But anyway hoping to see more snow riding content, your older snow and ice riding videos are still my FAVs. Maybe also see some more Canada tips next season instead of the same old same old places in the USA that most UTV channels do all the time. Don't get me wrong Windrock is cool but I'm hoping for some BC or maybe some other cool places in Canada that don't get seen much. I heard PEI might have some good trails too if BC is just too far from you.
Appreciate the feedback. One of the goals for 2024 is actually what you mentioned, more trips in Canada mixed in with our adventures down south. Now that o have access to some additional machines we can also keep things more interesting that way. I’m hoping to get out for a few winter riders in the next few weeks. I love winter riding. I’m gonna set this new machine up for winter riding. Got some parts on order.
does it have front and rear lockers how does it compare to a Yamaha wolverine RMX1000 2 XTR I just bought the yam and want to know how it compares if you know
No way. I want to compare the Z-Force to the XP 1000. Gonna build them both similarly and test them similarly. Cfmoto unofficially seems to claim this machine is supposed to be the one the zforce is out to get so let’s see how things play out.
The song in the outro is Action Packed And Ready 3 by Victor Olsson. I have a subscription to a music service called Epidemic sound which is where I get the majority of the music for the videos. Victor Olsson actually has quite a bunch of good tracks.
Hey so I have been watching your videos awhile now and I just want to say 👍🏻I have a 2022 Yamaha Wolverine 1000 Rmax 4LE I am in the process of getting it wrapped to match my mobile tire business. Also trying to build a set up to have a “recovery” Sxs but anyways I would love to link up and maybe ride with you guys if your still open to that. I am from Florida and I have been eyeballing Tennessee and West Virginia hard. So if there is another ride you plan to do let me know? Thanks for your videos though I really enjoy.
Well I would assume if there is a stepped lip on the body and a seal on the door they would want it to at least seal up on the bottom. Why else put a seal there? I know they aren’t going for totally sealed but I think most would agree they could have done a little better on the fit and finish in that area.
All the RZR’s have hot cabs. The 2024 cab is cool compared to my RZR turbo cab after you’ve been riding for a few hours on a hot day, lol. Interior heat is an issue on all the SXS’s. The KRX interiors get super hot too. As do Can-Am’s. I don’t find the cab noise loud in the 2024. I was actually impressed with how quiet it was compared to some other machines.
The new xp 1000's are a huge improvement over the old ones. I think you would have need happier with a pro xp or turbo r even a sport model rides better then a higher level 1000 xp
Ya I agree. Big improvement for sure. Since we have a cfmoto z-force 950 ho ex I thought getting a 1000XP would be interesting since it’s arguably one of the machines all the other brands have been setting the bar at in a way. It will be cool to compare the differences and see which performs better overall. I love the sport models too. No sense of getting a pro xp because I already have the rzr turbo and the pro xp has been out for quite some time now so it’s not a new body style. I hope that into the future I can keep getting opportunities to build different new machines. All the machines are cool, they all have pros and cons.
Lmao, I wish hahahahaha. Filmed this video a little while back right after Chris got this machine. I’ve been keeping it under wraps till u had time some more time. Now that I’m almost caught up on most the video things should start moving forward.
Great content as always Julian. This is kind of funny. I've had a Polaris 1000 s, XP turbo, and a XP pro. Got out of the side-by-side biz for a while but I missed it so I was looking to get another SXS. My initial thoughts was the 24 XP 1000 because of the upgrades. But then I remember watching your video couple years ago when you test drove the Segway villain. after that, I always was thinking about that Segway villain, how it looked and how I perceived it handled. Anyways, I did buy the Segway villain largely because of your interview of it. Couldn't be happier I have beat on this thing mercifully and has never failed or broke anything. The suspension is supple yet compliant, the a arms are considerably more stout than the XP's as well as a rear trailing arms and radius arms. The new ones come with a CVT tech clutching versus the subpar clutching you used initially. I'm thoroughly convinced I made the right move purchasing the Segway villain versus the XP 1000. And thank God they're finally releasing aftermarket support for it! I paid only $16,400 for it, as you know, it is 64", comes with 30-in skag tires, 4500 lb winch, roof, inertia driver seat, Tesla style infotainment system, premium piggyback socks all four corners, and beadlock wheels. The interior ergonomics is second to none and the handling while having a lower CG does out handle the 24xp1000.... Good to see you collaborated with Real talk powersports showcasing the CF Moto's and the villain it's crazy how you put a simple clutch kit in and the villain will support 35 easily. I just saw the new episode from Real talk and it's impressive seeing what the Segway can do vertically without snapping axles, diffs or A arms! The villain is obviously on point and a better value of any of the competition out there! Now I am -ponding on the supervillain or not lol.. keep up the great content always looking forward to watching a new episode when it's released, A+
Hahaha, keep dreamin. The #BattleWagon isn't goin anywhere. This is just my side piece... till I get bored and get another one, lmao. I've known my friend Chris since I was in kindergarten, I'm super pumped he's been helping me take things to the next level. The reality is I couldn't do this alone. I rely on the viewers as well as the support of some great brand relationships I've developed. But.... since you said it's a company vehicle then I can treat it like one...... right??? 🤣
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd lololol you gay fooker lololol I love winding you up. You know it sounds better my way lololol. I'm always gonna give you a hard time my friend but it's people like you that make everything in this world worth fighting for.😉😉😉
Nice overview! I just traded a z950 HO EX for one haven't rode it yet but very excited. I got a sport, this gen they have the same shocks and everything as the ultimate all the bigger trims give you is speakers a roof and ride command so that's awesome of polaris to not have the base models have crappy shocks now.
Awesome upgrade man! Ya, I like that they are sticking to the same shocks too. I should have touched on the other trim packages. Didn’t think to mention them. I feel it’s so silly the ultimate doesn’t come with a winch. It’s called the “ultimate” and what kind of “ultimate” off-road machine doesn’t come with a recovery system? I guess speakers are more important these days, lol. You can turn on your music and wait for the Kawasaki or Can-Am to come pull you out I guess lol. 😂
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd haha really though. But polaris wants to sell you there winch for 800$ so I see why they do it, but it's greedy when other companies including can am are starting to include winches in higher trims
@@Dreamscythe1 ya it is greedy in higher trims. Of course they KNOW that you NEED a winch and many people will end up buying theirs. I see the logic behind it and also can’t blame them for doing it on the base models but an ultimate should be ready to ride out of the box and in my opinion you can’t really “ride” anything serious without a winch.
Ya, you nailed it. It is a case of personal preference with all these machines. I agree that the cage is quite high. I personally like the updated body style. It was time for a change. Variety keeps things interesting. If we all liked the exact same stuff things would get boring pretty quick.
I don’t think they betrayed, I think they may have realized most people just prefer to do it their own way with the aftermarket parts they want. It was just a rzr 1000 with a slight gear reduction in low like a rock and trail edition. As well as different a-arms, radius rods, and a snorkel. A lot of people would complain about the tires and many would change them. Highlifter also got sold a few years back which may have something to do with it. But I really think that a lot of these brands do want to support aftermarket and modification. It really fuels overall demand. Lots of variables went into the decision I’m sure.
J they 100% CAN make a dr that seals but they dont care! They want it out of the factory n $$$old! Polaris never cared bout fit n finish, and dont value the owners, terrible CS, Ive moved on from them. No more hood thumb screws is dumb, and didnt they have FOX before? W/E suck. looks ok tho
I'd say Polaris has pretty solid customer service in comparison to some of the other brands, especially when it comes to warranty coverage. My friends and I have always had pretty good experiences. However, a lot of that has to do with how good your local dealer network is. The fit and finish has improved a ton over the years too, especially in the interior. As for the doors, you are right. They could make a much better door but for some reason they choose not to. At the end of the day all these companies want to make money, I do think they could still accomplish making a ton of profit if they paid a little bit more attention to detail on some of the small things. As for the shocks, I too like Fox but I don't know enough about the differences between the shocks to debate. I would assume we will be seeing more and more Walker Evans shocks on Polaris products in the future as Polaris recently purchased Walker Evans.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd im thinkin youtubers n their friends get better CS then us! Ive unfortunately needed them alot, contacted them alot n always got crap srvc if any! they may have improved fit n fin but I still feel lacking. And yes they would make more money fixing the little things as ppl would want it more they just r too big to care now. Oh man i didnt know they bought WE lol, I think another way to cut corners....WE makes decent trophy truck shocks but nowhere near FOX in SxS's
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd true some shops suk but polaris should get on them to support its owners n not allow bad srvc if they want to be in the polaris system, and I even contact them direct n get bad or no CS, n I own 3 polaris's
Slooooow your roll a bit. Drove a brand new one for 700 miles in West Virginia and Virginia. Nothing that special. The suspension was pretty good. Same rattles, clunks, clanks, cheap fit and finish they are known for. I would not trade my 2019 YXZ Yamaha for that rattle trap. To each his own.
Very constructive feedback, lol. Sales numbers would dictate otherwise. Does Polaris have some flaws, yes, just like any other brand. To go out and say they are junk in comparison to the other brands is quite the overstatement. In my opinion. However, you are entitled to your opinion, if we all liked the same stuff life would be pretty boring.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd Just got back from 3 weeks at Glamis. In those 3 weeks saw 4 burn to the ground. None were carrying extra fuel. One guy seriously hurt. If you drive a Polaris you risk burning to death. Period! No way I would ever risk myself or family by driving their pieces of shit.
@@michaelsmith-dk5hj ironically my first 2011 RZR XP 900 also burned to a crisp, lol. I’m not sure if it’s that environment and riding style that leads to an increase of those issues but we aren’t dune riders. There is no doubt Polaris has issues but so do all the other machines. I’m not defending Polaris, I’m not affiliated with any brand but I do like their products and they make some of my favorite machines. Sucks to hear about those peoples luck and i hope the person that was injured makes a full recovery. The reality is that a lot of variables play into the situations you are mentioning. I respect your opinion. I also welcome discussion like this, I think it’s important.
THUMBS UP if you like the new body style and what Polaris has done with the new 2024 Polaris RZR XP 1000 Ultimate Edition.

Wondering if a set of tree kickers for a 2023 will fit these new 2024 models?
Sick rzr. I got a can am commander 700
Sweet enjoy Jamie you deserve it 😊
does it have front and rear lockers how does it compare to a Yamaha wolverine RMX1000 2 XTR I just bought the yam and want to know how it compares if you know
Julian, for a minute there I thought you traded in z-force!
No way. I want to compare the Z-Force to the XP 1000. Gonna build them both similarly and test them similarly. Cfmoto unofficially seems to claim this machine is supposed to be the one the zforce is out to get so let’s see how things play out.
Cool color
Tires are obor lynx tires rebranded for popo
Really!? I had no idea. That's super interesting. Thanks for that info!
what band is in outtro?
The song in the outro is Action Packed And Ready 3 by Victor Olsson. I have a subscription to a music service called Epidemic sound which is where I get the majority of the music for the videos. Victor Olsson actually has quite a bunch of good tracks.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd cool ty
Hey so I have been watching your videos awhile now and I just want to say 👍🏻I have a 2022 Yamaha Wolverine 1000 Rmax 4LE
I am in the process of getting it wrapped to match my mobile tire business.
Can i asked you do you need license for RZR or not?
Looks like a KRX with a Polaris touch
Why would you think they were trying to complete seal the doors.
Well I would assume if there is a stepped lip on the body and a seal on the door they would want it to at least seal up on the bottom. Why else put a seal there? I know they aren’t going for totally sealed but I think most would agree they could have done a little better on the fit and finish in that area.
I just went out and bought a new ultimate 2024 it has a lot of cab noise and the cab gets extremely hot. Not impressed!!
Sooooo the whole north America is in a deep freeze and your in shorts and green grass, guess we should all live around Hamilton 😂
Lmao, I wish hahahahaha. Filmed this video a little while back right after Chris got this machine. I’ve been keeping it under wraps till u had time some more time. Now that I’m almost caught up on most the video things should start moving forward.
Do you not have a finntrail 10% code anymore? They said your AJP code gives an 8 dollar neck gaiter not 10% off anymore. Lame.
That’s an error. It’s supposed to be 10% off. They must have messed something up. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll email them and get it sorted.
Now I am -ponding on the supervillain or not lol.. keep up the great content always looking forward to watching a new episode when it's released, A+
You might as well bring me the battlewagon since your getting company vehicles 😉😉😉
But seriously I'm glad you got the support from everyone to help to make AJP every bit of what it is and a lot more. You know the greatest things in life came from people no different than you or I who had a idea and believed in that idea to the fullest and fought for it threw the ups and downs that came with the battles to reach the end goals. I'm always gonna give you a hard time my friend but it's people like you that make everything in this world worth fighting for.😉😉😉
Like a rental car! Foot to the floor and don’t lift till she blows! 😂😂
@@Mikeyyyy_L drive it like you stoled it lololol
To each their own but I’m not a fan of the new body style. The body lines with the doors and the super duper high cage is hideous.
Ya, you nailed it. It is a case of personal preference with all these machines. I agree that the cage is quite high. I personally like the updated body style. It was time for a change. Variety keeps things interesting. If we all liked the exact same stuff things would get boring pretty quick.
To bad Polaris betrayed all the mudders that loved the RZR highlifter
Polaris makes the biggest piles of shit out there. Utter junk.
I don't know why I'm getting this stupid shit recommended to me
