- This weeks birthday shout out is going out to my daughter Alicia. Today I've made her favorite food: Fried Rice, Beef and Broccoli, and General Tso's Chicken. I also juiced pineapple to drink.

I am retired and don't cook; but I do watch your cooking shows. Bibi, my wife, cooks fried rice but she does not put some of the condiments you used nor does she start off with the eggs and the system of food additions as you do. I tried making general tso chicken before but it didn't called for flour, just cornstarch and I didn't like how it fried...now I am going to try it your way...thanks for sharing.

Rocky, I'm a fan so just a sisterly tip. You could have fried up all the meat carrots your onions everything together in one wok. I put my oyster soya all the sauces right there five spice sesame oil everything to flavor the meat. Then mix some of the rice. Turn out in pan and add more. Mix but this was ok just lots of work for you ❤️ tc xx

Rocky i just watched the video of uour ftied rice making whenever u steam your rice always add your color with salt and brown sugat and cubes to taste and let your rice steam. Then allowed to cool and always fried your vegetables first with margarine mixed with oil put aside then fried your meat with soysauce add half teaspoon brown sugar. Brown sugar gaves your food flavors with some ginger. But u did a great job a lot cannot do what u did happy belated birthday to your beautiful daughter and keep up the great work. and remember always stir fried your vegetables with margarine add to the oil then add to rice after finished frying. have a great day bro ❤ROCKY THE MAN OF THE HOUR
