    I don’t understand why in the Uk we have the terrible looking headlights for the 7.5... unless u get a GTD or a R

    This review is alittle short. But i love the fact that you stated some of the diffrent type of Golf models availible. This is something you should get hold of & really state the rest of the models, & what they do! in your video. For customers wondering i will state the diffrent models availible at least here in Sweden. If you go to the site we have here you have: "New Golf", "Golf Sportsvan" & "Golf Sportscombi". When you click "New Golf" your presented with several SUB CHATEGORIES: "Golf", "Golf TGI Bluemotion", "Golf GT", Golf GTD" (Diesel), Golf GTE (Hybrid, meaning Electric & Gas), Golf GTI (Legendary Sport Model with currently 245 HP), Golf R (The ultimate speed monster, 310 Horsepowers with 4 Wheel Drive), & e-Golf (All-Electric, No Hybrid). There you go people, your Welcome for all the free information delivered here !!! ;)

    Great looking car! I'm interested in the 2018 Golf R. Do you know if they will be bringing the Golf R wagon to Canada? Also will we get the Golf R with Sunroof, power folding mirrors and working Center storage bin? Final question: why do North America spec golf R not get the amber turn signals?
    Good video.

      +Gary Sandhu No plans for Golf R in Canada in the near future. Don't know about the sunroof on the R and North America has different light standards for size etc. That's why the previous Golfs in NA didn't get the same led twilight etc. What they've done now is changed the size for the global market so they can be on every car.

    Hey man, if it's not broken don't fix it. The golf's design in and out work really well then there's no reason to change it.
    Do you know if we will get the EU spec LED tail lights in Canada? They look so much better than the North American ones due to stupid American regulations...

    Please update your review with actual Canadian version of VW Golf...Turn signals are not flowing like you showed. Exhaust diffuser is still fake.

    I’m the happy owner of the 7.5 1.0 TSI DSG Highline. Love this car even with the small engine it’s fast enough en sounds lovely especially on higher rpm. The DSG is nice and smooth but does has an annoying loud click outside of the car in low gears. I have the luxury seats with heating and massage and love the entertainment system with Apple CarPlay since iOS 12.

      Everyday Reviews so far so good on iPhone 7. For the first time Apple CarPlay is useful.

    Calling this an review is a far stretch. How does it drive? Is the nav system decent to operate? What about cubby spaces and the interior design overall? How much room does it have in the back and the rear seats? What options would you recomend to buy it with?

    So the GTI 7.5 for North America won't have the Audi like dash as an option?

    Thank for the review. It looks very nice ... clean, sharp-looking front. Can't wait to see it in Canada! One thing I'm a little confused about though - you said (at 2:59) " ... can be equipped with a 5-speed manual", but the picture I see at 2:05-2:09 looks like it's a 6-speed manual gear shift. Can you verify please? Which manual transmission is available? (I hope it will be a 6-speed!)

    I wish got the European spec LED tail lights WITH the Amber turn signals and not the stupid red ones that we have in North America. :/

    No toasty bun's in Switzerland just mountains like North Van. VW always gives us teaser looking and performance expectations but don't fully deliver. I wish diesels would come back and until it does (Thomas) I am just going to wait and pout! 😥😥😥

    Great reviews but I cannot, as an American, justify buying an auto made in Mexico. Canada sure..but not a country which is run by drug lords and corrupt politicians. I will wait until they return to Wolfsberg…soon I hear

      The US won't be getting German built cars thanks to Trumps import tax's and regulations, only in Europe etc do we get the Wolfburg cars.

    VW is behind. the Civic has a digital dash. the e-golf range is not as good as the bolt.

    • @EverydayReviews2022
      @EverydayReviews2022  7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      +courtney Vegan The Civic digital dash isn't quite the same. This one is more like the Audi digital cockpit. I'm looking forward to driving both the E-Golf and Bolt. For me, anything around 200 kms is fine for the driving I do, it would largely depend on interior room and cargo space. One thing I do like about the E-Golf though is that it looks like a regular car. Thanks again for the comments!

      i would say it's behind mazda 3 as well if only cause of the price and now that mazda is getting android auto and apple carplay....

    • @andrewthaboss6643

      still a great choice overall though would buy if given the cash to do so 10/10 times lol

    • @courtneyvegan9448
      @courtneyvegan9448 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Everyday Reviews yes,the dash is bigger. but most VW golf owners will never see it, while being smaller,all Civic buyers will get one. not everyone cares,I get it. the problem with all EVs is range. if the bolt got 200 km, while the vw e-golf got 400 km,I would be praising VW,and bashing GM.

    • @EverydayReviews2022
      @EverydayReviews2022  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +courtney Vegan Funny thing is that the E-Golf is rated for 300 kms using the European test standards and a conservative 200 kms for North America. Will be interesting to see what the real world results bring.
