About the VPO209, I'll correct you a bit. The point is that in the Russian legislation, when you first purchase a weapon you have the right to buy only a smoothbore weapon, and a rifled weapon becomes available only after 5 years of owning a smoothbore weapon. And in order to get around this restriction the Lancaster bore was used, which has no rifling, but gives the bullet rotation through the oval shape of the barrel. And they created the .366 caliber because it is illegal to fire rifled ammunition from a smoothbore gun. But, unfortunately, that was partially covered up and under the new law, any rotation imparted by the barrel to the bullet is considered a rifled weapon. But the .366 now uses an external 140mm rifling nozzle, which plus or minus works the same way, just makes the gun longer. And about the 7.62x39 - it is available to civilians in semi-automatic weapons, but only after waiting 5 years with a smoothbore. That is, the 366 was created not as a replacement for the 7.62, but as an opportunity to bypass the waiting period.
Note on the AK-74M - If you still have the PP-19-01, you can swap out the stock pistol grip of the AK for the PP-19 one, as it will give you +0.5 extra ergo. Not much, but it's basically free if you still have it.

For The m4 build, you dont gain much at all stat wise... Excluding the charging handled Ergo 52 > 57 (10%) (could be better if you skipped optics/laser) vRecoil 86 > 83 ( 239 (10%~) Basically gaining a bit les than 8% on avg for the key stats. Not sure if its worth that for almost doubling the price of the gun :D But i guess if the money is not an issue, then yeah, 10% is 10% and you will be that much better geared and a bit more likely to win gun fights
