All these Division "gameplay" trailers are soul crushingly contrived.
Okay... This is honestly one of the best looking games I've seen. The graphics, The smooth gameplay, and the voices I actually like, because they don't sound traditional like Call of Duty, or more of a stage effect for the scene.

This isn't the same engine as Watch Dogs. The Division is built on Snowdrop, Watch Dogs used Disrupt. Also, The Division has actually been delayed to 2015, so they indeed have more time than they initially did.
And this is clearly Xbox One, looking at those jaggies. Apart from that though, i'm glad there's been no downgrade.
Watch dogs needed more time to just saying and look at how they turned out. They didnt do anything during the time by how it seems because of the amount of bugs and how lazy the team became with doing things with it. No textures under cars. Pants float, invisible walls, Trains instantly stop on a dime when a car is drivin infront of them. Its just all the stupid shit with watchdogs that should have been caught if they ever bothered paytesting the game. Not to mention also Multiplayer is shit. It was completely not made for you to have fun with you're own friends

MrHepnerd7 The gameplay is still fun but the Multiplayer is Highly Disappointing in it. I got the game fully expecting to have fun and fuck around and Hack my friends as they play the game NOPE must hack random people. Free roam is boring as hell. Racing gets boring after doing it once. decryption is dull as well. plus you get shot and hit through walls and such which is bs. Kinda like how battlefield is. tick rate isnt high enough. There is just no fun to be had with you're friends at all

What an absolutely gorgeous game! Imagine the amount of work that these talented people put in to make something so hyper-realistic looking. Makes me wish I had a PS4 or a PC powerful enough for this.
This game looks amazing, I cannot wait to play it, it's just too bad it's not coming out till sometime next year. I think the part with the last train was an awesome element built into the story, but Megan's line did feel really scripted. The way she said "looks like they panicked," especially. But I can't fault them for that. The graphics are incredible, and I've been waiting years for a company to make a game that let you run around a full scale New York. Watchdogs did a great job with Chicago, and I loved that I was always finding new stuff I hadn't seen before. I feel like this game will offer much of the same, they took on recreating New York and I think so far it looks like they did an amazing job of it.

Watchdogs run on Disrupt engine, that was created 3 years ago..... snowdrop engine was created this last year. watchdog was hurry on the launchdate.... it was planed to be released at holidays, so that's why it's so "LAME" vs the E3 demo. for other hand, the division was delated until 2nd Q of 2015 so i think that MASSIVEits gonna deliver.... ;:D

I like the Idea, that Echos give you quest Markers for quest or something. It’s very cool. Hope “The Division 2” have full more quests and story content. The Setting is the best in Game History and I will learn more all about the Backgrounds and help Survivors to Survive.
We need this as a remake.

After the first trailer, many people complained, that the voices of the players would be too monotone or too emotionless. I noticed that they adjusted their voices, now. I think it is good, that they took the critique seriously, on the other hand, I really enjoyed their calm way of talking in the previous gameplay.
Man I love how the other characters talk, it's more believable. The dude saying "find cover find cover" like crazy, it's way better than anything else I've seen similar to this

Watchdogs isn't unplayable on PC, that's just a silly statement. It might be unplayable on *yours* but that's because your PC doesn't meet the min spec, right? Mine doesn't even meet the minimum spec, but it runs fine on low settings, and looks surprisingly good. I'm really enjoying watchdogs and will be upgrading my GPU so I get the better graphics settings, The Division looks great too, so looking forward to that hugely.
I ran watchdogs on high and some ultra comfortably, with a few exceptions. I got some lag when I completed a mission, but it only lasted for a second. Still, Total Biscuit said that he did not get 60+ fps on ultra with his Titans, which is an optimization problem. The problem is that it did not look the same as the E3 demo even on maxed out settings.
Go read reviews on Tomshardware and Guru3d, *nothing* runs Watch Dogs on all settings maxed out. Watch Dogs is the new Crysis.

A GTX 780 Ti runs the game @ 49 FPS on Ultra, that's not "fine" unless you're a console kid. The PC Master Race shall not tolerate anything below 60. You want to run it over 60 at Ultra FHD resolution? 780 Ti SLI you shall need. You want to run it at ultra on QHD? Even that is not gonna cut it. How about 4K ? Boy oh boy are you in for a treat, amazing 28 frames per second on 780 Ti SLI! Incredible!
No, seriously, I suggest you "edumucate" yourself before making a complete idiot of yourself, son, and put up something like Mirillis Action or FRAPS to test your FPS.

Dont let that first guy get away LOL. On a real note: Tom Clancy has never failed me, Ghost Recon & Splinter Cell Series were amazing. And this looks amazing too. Im sure it has a pretty good story line & fun game play.
There better are settings that can up the difficulties in the co-op. First they said, holy crap there's loads of them. and 1.5 minutes later, that is the last of them. And they missed most of the shots too.
Also, if there are Elites, are there Boss level enemies too?
If this is how hard this game is on co-op, the only thing worth playing is PVP then. Hope to see some PVP footage soon.

Dude the game is still in development. At E3 though, there was a Q&A with 3 "important" ppl from massive...or ubisoft idk... they're in charge of this game. Anyhow... they mention how there is a very big request by fans for a sort of~ Hardcore element/game mode implemented into the game... and that it isTbd. ( to be decided)
Funny how people are saying Watch Dogs didn't run or didn't look as in e3 on pc and stuff...I'm running Watch dogs on ultra with my on my 760 nvidia card. I installed the SweetFX mod for Watch dogs on pc and it's looking JUST like the e3 version. I'm getting a decent 50 FPS on ultra settings...

GreenleafFPS Did you listen to him? He said he installed the SweetFX mod. Look it up. It returns the visuals to what it actually looked like at E3. I think pop in is an issue still, though.
That Aussie Gamer Guy SweetFX does not improve animation quality, particle effects, texture detail, or many of the things the e3 demo had better.
That Aussie Gamer Guy Do even know what SweetFX is? It's just a color palette changer with gamma and brightness controls, it still doesn't change the fact that the lighting was miles better and explosions were better.
***** It's not just that. It changes the antialias method and some other things, everything is postproccessed, so textures, animations and poly count are unaffected still.
They are doing pretty well shooting with five round magazines.
This looks absolutely incredible, if only developers would use these technologies for other game genres... Imagine a AAA quality platformer, or puzzle game
Why bash Ubisoft now just because "FailDogs" (Watchdogs), that is just one game. Last time I checked Farcry 3 never failed when it came out neither did any of the Assassin Creeds, plus a lot of the Tom Clancy games from Ubisoft where fun as hell. Ubisoft is an amazing company that pumps out next gen epic shit. MAYBE the graphics in The Division might get dubbed down a tad or two but damn looking at it through a youtube video looks phenomenal and if they dub it down a tad it will still look impressive af! I can't wait for this game to come out! (even though it's practically a year away or so)
Why bash? Cause ubisoft shit on the PC community years after years which led to PC gamers boycott Ubisoft very heavily. Only recently they started to *change* their way (anti-piracy stuff less punishing real consumers games with high-end graphics that actually up to pc challenge optimized for 60fps minimum etc.) which obviously worked on YOU (or you are very very new to gaming.) So if some thief says after a jail time *i wont do again see im doing community work now* then a few weeks later starts stealing.. you dont say *hey but the community work was great yo!*.

+Cadenadelreino even if it was pc exclusive , this game even while greatly optimise , most PC stuggle to run it at 60 fps on ultra at 1080p , you required at least a gtx970 to run the game on high setting in 1440p max at 50-65 ish fps , while you require a gtx980ti a 800 $ card to run this game at ultra setting in 1440p so yeah , i doubt any pc beside 980ti sli build would have handle this game the way they portrait it in 2013 , this video look like the current game actually the E3 2013 demo was far superior in term on graphics than this 2014 trailer ;) just saying

Ubisoft did a lot of games right and no one bats an eye, they did one or a few games wrong and everybody loses their mind! they're humans after all, not every game they make is supposed to be a master piece, sometimes they get it wrong sometimes they get it right, Stop hating on a game that isn't even out yet, if you don't want to be disapointed don't preorder the game, just wait until it comes out and see if it's gonna be worth it or not. Yeah, no online group is going to be talking like that, it's an unrealistic ideal of the developers. It looks amazing but that 'scripted' chatter makes it seem naive. I'd rather they used some real chatter, it would add to it.
You'd be very surprise how well MMO players work together. I don't seeing that being an obstacle with this game.
I don't think it's an obstacle to the game, it just makes for an annoying trailer. People do cooperate online, they just don't talk like a film script. Real chatter would make for a better trailer is all.

A lot of that seems rather possible. Just look at something like Crysis 3 on a larger scale. The environment is extremely possible. The cover system worked in Watch Dogs and I don't see why it wouldn't work here. The hologram system is up for changes. I foresee the final game being slightly dumbed down in graphics like Watch Dogs but who knows. I liked Watch Dogs, why wouldn't I like this?
Co-Op will probably be a little iffy though. It seems to easy.

BrokenMikrofone You don't know much about graphics technology if you think the Watchdogs downgrade wasn't significant. It was a night and day shift from next gen / high grade down to typical last gen console power. The X1 and PS4 would never have been able to pull it off, but the PC could have, but once again development is focused for consoles and the PC is an after thought.

Vorab: Ich finde The Division wirklich gut gemacht. Das Leveln hat ein riesen Spaß gemacht, die Welt ist großartig Designt worden, die Grafik ist bombastisch, die Steuerung, das Menü und das Gameplay sind spitze, aber mir gefällt da was überhaupt nicht im Endgame.
Und zwar geht es um die Phönix-Credits in den Tagesmissionen auf der Schwierigkeitsstufe *Schwer*.
Gehen wir vom Maximum an Bossen in einer Tagesmission aus (Diese liegt bei 3) und eliminiert somit 3 Bosse die jeweils 3 Credits für einen Spieler fallen lassen können und man diese Tagesmission erfolgreich abschließt, erhält man als Endsumme 24 Phönix Credits.
ABER NUR EINMAL PRO TAG (Und diese Rechnung basiert auf den maximalen Loot an Phönix-Credits)
Gehen wir aber nun mal vom Minimum aus und man lediglich 1 Boss in einer Tagesmission hat, bekommt man lediglich 18 Phönix-Credits für eine abgeschlossene Tagesmission, wovon es Pro Tag auch nur lediglich 2 gibt.
Somit wäre man (Wenn man den Durchschnitt berechnen müsste) bei ca. 31 Phönix-Credits pro Tag bei 2 abgeschlossenen Tagesmissionen und 2-6 gelegten Bossen.
Die *guten* Legendärischen Blaupausen kosten im Schnitt allerdings zwischen 100 bis 150 Phönix-Credits.
Und wenn man pro Tag lediglich 30 bis maximal 40 Phönix-Credits erhält, müsste man somit 4-7 Tage spielen um sich lediglich EINE Legendärischen Blaupause kaufen zu können!
Dazu kommt dass es wirklich immer wieder die gleichen Missionen sind und es keine Abwechslung herrscht und das Endgame-"Content" somit einfach auf Dauer sehr langweilig und eintönig wirken lässt.
Diese Anzahl an Phönix-Credits und die Sache dass die Missionen immer wieder die selben sind, lässt mich (und alle meine Spieler-Freunde in The Division auch) zu dem Entschluss kommen, dass dieses Spiel auf dauer nicht die Wirkung erzielt die wir uns alle erhofft haben. Und zwar dass man auch durch wenige Spielstunden die Chance hat sich verbessern zu können. Denn ich kann und möchte nicht pro Tag 10 Stunden spielen um 150 Phönix-Credits zu erhalten um dann mir eine Legendärische Blaupausen kaufen zu können. Gerade weil die Missionen immer wieder die selben sind und es irgendwann nicht mehr um Spaß geht sondern es lediglich eintönig, langweilig und auch irgendwo ein bisschen stressig wirkt das ganze sehe ich da diesbezüglich echt schwarz.
Und die Motivation geht auf dauer sowieso in den Keller. Das ist klar.
Die Phönix-Credits MÜSSEN hochgesetzt werden! Auf dauer wird The Division sonst sehr unattraktiv für viele Spieler werden!
Meine Idee (Vorschlag):
Pro abgeschlossene Tagesmission (Täglich) 30 Phönix-Credits.
Für ein getötet Boss 5 oder 10 Phönix-Credits.
Nur so kann man das Endgame in The Division noch retten und attraktiver gestalten.
Natürlich gibt es schon Spieler die viele Legendärische Items haben, genauso gibt es schon einen Spieler der Dark Zone Rang 99 ist.
Aber diese sind nicht die Masse, diese Spieler sind nicht der Durchschnitt und somit kann man diese Spieler auch nicht als Richtwert benutzen.
Die meisten Menschen spielen pro Tag 2-5std. DAS ist der Durchschnitt.
Und jetzt die Rechnung wie viel jemand spielen muss der 3-5std pro Tag spielt um sich was Legendärisches kaufen zu können. Viel Spaß! ;-)
Dazu kommen ja auch noch das Farmen der Mats und die extra Phönix-Credits die man braucht um seine Legendärischen Gegenstände craften und umschmieden zu können.
Diese Spieler wären somit ca. 1-2 Wochen nur damit beschäftigt Phönix-Credits zu sammeln (Farmen) um dann lediglich EIN EINZIGES LEGENDÄRISCHES TEIL ZU BEKOMMEN!

Finally someone gets it. I liked playing on console more than PC, its where I had the most fun. But when I saw some the performance that these so called next gen machines crank out I knew it was a rip off.
\PC is the only way to game. i wont play a game where i have to use a controller and hit "left, right, up, up, star, left" just to pull off a basic move.
These "real" players talking on their microphones sound terribly fake and corny
