This game is an ENTIRE step downwards graphics-wise, and I think I can remember they (the developers) specifically said that there would not be a downgrade. And behold, here it is. I want it to be fun, and look amazing while playing it. I HATE being fooled AGAIN by Ubisoft. Far Cry 3 and Watchdogs were the worst (where Ubisoft literally turned off stuff like "E3 lighting effects" in the game-files). This is what the devs said themselves: "We have absolutely no intention to “downgrade” the game. What you saw at E3 (2013 and 2014) is what we believe is representative of what the final Xbox One experience will be." Why would they fool us for three years?

The Division has potential, like every game of Ubi and I'm pretty sure showing us top notch graphics and downgrading it a year later and saying there has been no downgrade at all is a big lie. People should open their eyes since it's not the first time Ubi does this to us and defending them must be very stressful. Look at their current Games, predictable and annoying storyline, climb there/do this to unlock the map, repetetive sidemissions. Franklin Why would they use controller on PC? Makes no sense! We know that The Division and Xbox have some special contract thing, because they will release stuff on Xbox early. So it makes sense for them to show Xbox gameplay, and not PC.
XoneSpecials Well yeah, if there's only certain zones within dark zones where we can pvp then it doesn't matter, but say if it's one big area we can pvp but only certain zones we can extract from, then you could say fight someone and die then track their footprints catchup with them and get your loot back.
I really wish I was able to play this game in it's prime. I was in college when this game released and didn't have much time to play. Love Division 2, but really feel like I missed out on the first.

We as players don't understand what happened until after we beat the main story and are discovering and uncovering the events that happened up until the outbreak. The Division 2 is still a phenomenal game, but there isn't much room for mystery or ambiguity considering the game takes place 7 months after the first game and we already understand what happened and why. Same will apply to the 3rd game when that releases. Too add, I forgot the term, but in undergrad in college I learned in psychology that experiencing something for the first time renders a different sense of excitement that can't be replicated when experiencing something for the second time. I'd argue that if The Division 2 released first, we would generate a similar feeling about The Division 2 as we did for the first game. My point being, since The Division was new idea, concept and story that we have never experienced or seen before which is why the game offers such a unique feeling. No game in The Division universe will offer the experience that the first game offered.
Man, so many good games coming out between fall 2015 and spring 2016, I don't even know when to play them, and especially not when to record videos for all of them :D

well what i've been experiencing is that my fps would be stable from 60 to 70 on all high if im playing alone. Whenever i join my friend's group, frames would start dropping to 45 constantly.
Wow this video is not in 1080p, there was another upload of this same video on another site I believe it's gamersyde that had it in true 1080p and the demo looked completely different. It looks so much better there, and you can't see a downgrade. Go check it out if you're worried about the graphics
I wished this demonstration was the end result for division 1. Hopefully if there is a division 3 it will look like this and not be so unbalanced. Division 2 was good in the beginning but started to decline as well

Sure but there needs to be more stuff to do in the dark zone, otherwise it's pretty shallow. Add some quests to do there and some dungeons or whatnot. And also there should be PvP outside of the dark zone too.

MultiGamerextreme depends on the games you run. Obviously games have to be optimized to run properly. Also, some games are gpu/cpu heavy so bottlenecks can occur in certain places. You can build something pretty sweet for a grand. Definitely not top of the line though.

It's decent, I mean, I got 24 days plugged into the game so do the math. It has it's faults, it's not the game they sold me in 2013, but with Survival it's close? I think it's worth the price people are selling it for now so I think it's a must play for 15-20$ Hopefully with future content the Darkzone, PVP, cover system and more can be addressed as well as large, expasnive addtions to the playable area.
the cover system is the best I've seen on PvE but PvP its useless only way you can kill some is running round in circles shooting them enough until they run out of medkits or vice versa
Looks like fun. I imagine there will be plenty of trolls, but I think a good majority of people will work together. Typically, games like this attract a certain type of player. Just like R6. I would also venture to say that Ubi will have some countermeasure for people who continually kill their own team-mates, e.g. put a bounty on their head.

Although there is a graphics downgrade, the gameplay is still what I wanted for. Comparing to other open world online games, this is still very stunning, btw will play it using gtx 980 ti :)
there are a lot of people online that have accusations that this game has had a major downgrade. Now while I don't personally think this is a major downgrade, I do think this is a PC build that has purposefully had it's graphical effects lowered to help test the game and make the game functional and then they can fiddle and make the game look as good as it did during it's announcement in 2013.
People are saying it's not hi Rez and that's because it's alpha gameplay, youtube always limits what you see compared to what you would actually play, the full game will obviously be bi Rez.

You act like there is no such thing as saving multiple files on a computer. This is most likely an older save used to just give an example. well what i've been experiencing is that my fps would be stable from 60 to 70 on all high if im playing alone. Whenever i join my friend's group, frames would start dropping to 45 constantly.

Wow this video is not in 1080p, there was another upload of this same video on another site I believe it's gamersyde that had it in true 1080p and the demo looked completely different. It looks so much better there, and you can't see a downgrade. Go check it out if you're worried about the graphics

Sure but there needs to be more stuff to do in the dark zone, otherwise it's pretty shallow. Add some quests to do there and some dungeons or whatnot. And also there should be PvP outside of the dark zone too.

I cant believe people complain about a possible graphics downgrade on a game that brings us totally innovative gameplay and visuals for a game that we have never seen before. Look how well they recreated NYC and how much detail there is in this open world, im buying this game for sure.

MultiGamerextreme depends on the games you run. Obviously games have to be optimized to run properly. Also, some games are gpu/cpu heavy so bottlenecks can occur in certain places.
You can build something pretty sweet for a grand. Definitely not top of the line though.

It's decent, I mean, I got 24 days plugged into the game so do the math. It has it's faults, it's not the game they sold me in 2013, but with Survival it's close? I think it's worth the price people are selling it for now so I think it's a must play for 15-20$
Hopefully with future content the Darkzone, PVP, cover system and more can be addressed as well as large, expasnive addtions to the playable area.

the cover system is the best I've seen on PvE but PvP its useless only way you can kill some is running round in circles shooting them enough until they run out of medkits or vice versa

Looks like fun. I imagine there will be plenty of trolls, but I think a good majority of people will work together. Typically, games like this attract a certain type of player. Just like R6. I would also venture to say that Ubi will have some countermeasure for people who continually kill their own team-mates, e.g. put a bounty on their head.

Although there is a graphics downgrade, the gameplay is still what I wanted for. Comparing to other open world online games, this is still very stunning, btw will play it using gtx 980 ti :)

there are a lot of people online that have accusations that this game has had a major downgrade. Now while I don't personally think this is a major downgrade, I do think this is a PC build that has purposefully had it's graphical effects lowered to help test the game and make the game functional and then they can fiddle and make the game look as good as it did during it's announcement in 2013.

People are saying it's not hi Rez and that's because it's alpha gameplay, youtube always limits what you see compared to what you would actually play, the full game will obviously be bi Rez.
So many people complaining about graphics when the beginning of the video CLEARLY states that this us Alpha footage, meaning that this isn't FINAL. I'd be lying if I didn't like good graphics but that is not the main point of video games. If graphics are all you care for, WATCH A DAMN MOVIE! Quit bitchin about what you saw in 2013. You act like there is no such thing as saving multiple files on a computer. This is most likely an older save used to just give an example. There's no rule saying devs should us show the exact path to create the game in chronological order. Obviously they can't please everyone but this is insane. Graphics don't equal greatness and a lack in graphics don't equal a shit failure, remember video games started with text-based adventure titles. People look down on gamers enough without critical douches making us look bad with console wars and complaining about petty details.

People complaining about graphics. First of all, graphics don't make a game good, not alone at least. If you knew anything about developing a game, you would know that this is an early build barely in alpha stage so obviously the visuals wont be top notch yet.
I know the game is far from what they promised, but I hate how people make negative comments to all videos just to get upvotes.
