Remember that for stealth test you could use Umbra's Katana. It has in intrinsic perk that makes you invisible on takedown. Helped me alot during stealth tests

actually for hunting eidolons if you just get yourself a rubico prime which costs ~70 plat on warframe market and have kinda the first amp you can build + the madurai set, you can destroy the shield really fast after using yout first ability. once you got some arcana it gets even better. Nothing complex needed.
Having volt for extra crit dmg through the shield really helps a lot. Especially if you want to take down all 3 eidolons, but honestly just doing the normal one multiple times is fine as well. They arent really all that different other than the last guy trying to destroy all of your lure drones to fuck up the capture and sadly thus the mission, even though the mission says "catch or kill" which makes no sense to me but hey :D If you have a group of at least 2 you can use combinations to actually do good damage. For example volt shield for bigger crits and the other player brings e.g. mirage who can buff her weapon damage by 200% (I think it scales up with strength as well, so can be much higher) which is her subsumable ability as well if you do get there + she can reduce incoming damage as well by up to 90%, just making your you dont get killed by all kinda stuff going on in with the 2nd and 3rd eidolon.
I'm sure there are actually a lot better choices than mirage as well, its just a single example of course. For example rhino can buff his teams damage by 50% which scales with strength as well and he is super easy to farm. So yeah lots of options out there. If you have trouble hitting the eidolons dont forget you can attack them from your archwing as well.
Last but not least simply enjoy the fight. Me and my friend only were able to take him down on our 3rd try because we simply ran out of time in the night, but now we can even do the mission twice and hunt down 6 eidolons a night. You just get more experienced, maybe optimize your build, learn where to get lures and so on. Dont sweat these things and just have fun.
