I've decided not to redo this video, some dates are questionable and there are many more that I could have included but wasn't sure of the specific dates. Jan 22 - the first picture is from 94 because he is wearing the Buzzcocks beanie and the second picture from that date may be from 94 as well but not sure that they're both from the same day.. a fan suggested that it was likely 93 because the girl in both pictures was a friend of Kurt and had taken photos with him before. Feb 20th is from November 10, 1993 Springfield MA March 12 is questionable but the source I got it from said that it was the date.. March 24th he is with Thor Lindsay who claimed it was taken 10 days before his "murder" but before he could reconfirm this he passed away so we will never know, if it was on the 24th then this picture was taken at Cobain's home in Seattle.. April 2nd may not even be from 94 but the source I got it from said it was the date, the clothes are from when he played a show in I believe 93 but his hair was shorter and wasn't bleached, this date is unknown and many fans argue that it was not from 94 and I agree it was most definitely not from April 2nd, according to Guns and Roses bass player who was on the flight with Cobain Kurt had a car pick him up so if anything they would have been photographed together. @@radtod Hi, so my comment about Feb 15th was actually a mistake. It is more than likely Feb/March 1992, circa the Come As You Are video shoot. The photo is a Polaroid taken by Youri Lenquette who is the individual on the right of the photo. To the best of my knowledge it is entirely unlikely that Kurt and Youri would've been seen together in March 1994 as they were on opposite sides of the earth by that moment. Nirvana's last photoshoot with Youri was Feb 15th 1994 in France. I wish we had more celebrities like him now. After he became a rich rockstar he still wore thrift store clothes. Courtney Love(his wife) said he wore one pair of shoes until they were ripped to hell and didn’t want flashy cars or anything else like that. I was born a decade after he died and still his music has had a huge impact on me. RIP Kurt Cobain.
What about the expensive house he lived in though, and all the money he spent on drugs? Is that a better way to spend your money? Are somehow drugs and expensive house morally superior to clothes and cars?
They only lived in that house from Jan-April. It might have been for privacy/security - it’s gated and surrounded by brick walls and trees. It def doesn’t seem like something he’d be into otherwise
I can't stand people who say "You can see him getting more and more depressed as time went by". In just one day, a person can go from OK to happy to sad to depressed and back. These a are pictures, what we see is how he looked like at some moment during some day. For example, Chester Bennington's wife posted a short video cip of him playing with his family. They were laughing and he seemed happy, he didn't look like he was forcing himself to be happy, so that he wouldn't bring others down. That video was shot 36 hours before he killed himself. What I really want to say is, if the family and close friends of a person can't see it, how can some stranger see it, just by looking at some pictures?

Also Kurt had skin problems from teens, so it is not best thing to get pics taken with hard flashes and add to that he had bronchitis. So of course he is looking bad. This has nothing to do with any conspiracy shit, I have no knowledge of his moods or what he thought so, just saying.

So many people love him to this day because he was a good person irrespective of his poor choices in his personal life and people connected with that.
Kurts my favorite musician of all time but if he was alive 2day I hope he would of retired at the latest in his mid 30's. Nothing worse than famous people hanging on well past their prime.

It's always sad to see how sick he truly was those last months of his life. He never should have been on tour. Having said that it's always difficult to help people that struggles with addiction as they truly have to want help so no point forcing them to go to rehab etc. Courtney found that out the hard way. Anyway his memory and his music will forever be a big part of my life and it gave me so incredible much over the last 30 years. RIP Kurt.
Kurt never wanted to even go on this tour in January he was sitting in a restaurant examining the tour schedule and he wasn't happy about the schedule. During the tour pretty much in almost every city he'd visit doctors to prescribe him medicine just to help with his heroin withdrawal. At the Madrid show 2/8/94 there were teenagers doing heroin and saying yeah Kurt smack and Kurt was inconsolable about it and that's when he started suggesting to cancel the tour. When they were in Switzerland the band except Kurt went a hockey arena before the show but Kurt was depressed so he didn't go. By the time they got to Italy his voice started to give out and he'd call rosemary Carroll before the show asking if Courtney was cheating on him. In Slovenia he was miserable and the rest of the band explored Slovenia while he stayed in his hotel room upset and miserable and Krist tried to uplift him by showing him a book but that didn't work. And before the Munich show he complained about being sick before eventually getting up and saying that he was going to the train station it's not known whether Kurt was able to obtain drugs or not but before this show he called people left and right and called Carroll saying he wanted a divorce he stood backstage listening to the Melvin's set and then before walking on stage told buzz Osborne that this would be the final night of the tour and that'd he is getting a divorce and he will be breaking up the band. And then his first words right after he walked off stage was "That's it Cancel the next gig." While I hate to see you go was playing.

There are no documentation of video or photo of Kurt after march/april. Go watch the final hours of kurt cobain, it tells you what people got out of him during the time he went to rehab and was a missing person.

Wow. This was really well made. It's heartbreaking to see all those pictures leading up to April '94. By April 2nd, he looked exhausted and just...done. I'll never forget that birthday as long as I live. I turned 13 April 10th 1994 and I stayed in bed crying and watching MTV all weekend. They played Nirvana videos plus their Unplugged performance over and over again that weekend. They also showed the memorial in Seattle where they played a recording of Courtney reading "the note" for the crowd of mourners. That's what probably hurt the most besides losing an artist I felt understood the fucked up shit I was going through at the time. It was seeing all those people in the crowd crying. A lot of them my age. I just wanted to hug all of them.

The problem was Krist and Dave made most of their income from touring. Kurt was taking 90% of the royalties from album sales. It was all for krist and dave to get money in their pockets.

This vid is so sad, with the last song he played live, it's so devastating. He looked so happy in most of the pics except for the one in the ambulance. Makes me so incredibly sad for him. Kurt just wanted to be loved, no matter how weird he was or how famous he genuinely just wanted to be loved. If I had only known him then. I would have shown him genuine love 🥺😪
The "March 24th" photo is really backstage in Salem, Oregon on December 14th ,1993. You can even see the guy to the right (Kurt's pal Thor Lindsay) in some of the live photos from that night, standing behind Kurt's amp rig wearing the same shirt..
Great Video but yes a lot of those off stage Kurt pics are from like 93 and there is no way a pic was taken of him on April 2nd 94 he was totally AWOL at that point with only having 3- 4 days to live after that.

It was soaked in bleach which is probably why many people believe its from 94.

On radio in april 2011, Krist was interviewed by an australian station, i tuned in by chance. He was asked was Kurt on drugs that in utero final tour? "No. He did not. I mean, Ive never even seen Heroin in my life, and i spent a lot of it with Kurt yknow, He drank water, lots of water, and looked after himself on that tour. He was not showing any signs of anything going on and as far as we knew, he was as sober as the rest of us, we just had so much fun on In Utero tour and hang out the whole time. Kurt was funny and a lot of fun to be around'. Funny how you can come across stuff like this? straight from the horses mouth. Anyone happen to record it? i was in my car so listened real time no recording. It was Triple J. At end of interview they said ok krist we gotta go thanks for the chat...and krist goes oh wait wait wait, i just wanted to say, I really really miss him...he was such a great person i just wana say how sad it is that he is not here with us today'.
I can't explain how many similarities I have with Kurt. I am like his carbon copy (even though I am 28 now but I did intentionally overdose at 27... Just still alive somehow). It is totally heartbreaking that he couldn't just stay alive a bit longer to understand that his pain (physical and mental) could be helped and that he was a shining gem in this world that was worth every bit of love from himself as well as others... All we can do now is learn from his story, pray for his spirit, and grow in our own lives...
There was a lot of optimism for Nirvana fans in late 93 and the first couple months of 94. Nirvana had completed unplugged and in recent interviews Kurt seemed like he had a handle on his struggles. Then the od/suicide attempt happened in Rome, followed by reporting that Nirvana had decided not to headline lollapalooza. It went from optimism to absolute heartbreak in a matter of a couple months.
Kurt loved the Buzzcocks, some of the pictures are with them, they said later that he seemed withdrawn in 94 and asked them about how they manage to keep it together without loosing their soul.. they felt he was under too much pressure and were expecting to meet up again when they got back from London but Cobain died before they made it back.
This video makes me really sad. Regardless if he killed himself or was murdered, I feel like he was destined to burn out. Either by OD or suicide. That’s coming from an addicts perspective.

Its the time El Duce said Courtney contacted him in LA, also Kurt was aware that she had been cheating on him with Billy Corgan so it looks like he found some smack while on tour in feb because he doesnt look like Kurt Cobain, he wore eyeliner before but it really highlighted his poor complexion and doped eyes.. The photo shoot the day after he is covered with make up to hide his outbreaks.. and then the next concert photo is during the solo part of the clip where he literally looks like death its so sad.. wish the band would have reached out to him because im sure they were aware of his issues with Courtney cheating on him... Still hurts to this day. And I never knew him personally. I like to think of Kurt as the kid dancing to Thurston Moore’s rap in 1991: the Year Punk Broke. He seems different from every portrayal of him. Happy.

Yes it it was actually Jan 3rd this was backstage after the Vancouver show. He seemed so messed up during the show he can barely stand,then in the interview with nardwuar he seemed fine.
This was painful to watch as I went through my own hell during this period…I watched MTV constantly w my Cobain obsessed son from his cancer bed while he got weeks, then years of treatment. I remember Kurts last month clearly, his coma, his last rehab, going MIA, then finding out with the world that the electrician found him. I remember the wind leaving the room. I remember the look on my son’s face. I remember the chill in the air. Frozen in time. I can’t believe Courtney murdered him when I see these photos .. I see a man being his eaten alive by his disease..Like my sons disease did to him. RIP to them both.

What nirvana should have done was instead of going on tour stage an intervention in January the conclusion of the American tour send Kurt to rehab and ban all touring until he's clean it's what Alice in chains did with Layne after 93.

March 24th 1994 is also incorrect as that is a photograph from mid to late 1993. It was taken in Portland, Oregon, which to the best of my knowledge Kurt Cobain was not in Portland in March 1994. Thor is closely associated with the label TK Records who put out the William Burroughs/Kurt Cobain record "The Priest They Called Him". It could very well be possible that Thor got the date incorrect.

I wish we had more celebrities like him now. After he became a rich rockstar he still wore thrift store clothes. Courtney Love(his wife) said he wore one pair of shoes until they were ripped to hell and didn’t want flashy cars or anything else like that. I was born a decade after he died and still his music has had a huge impact on me. RIP Kurt Cobain.

I can't stand people who say "You can see him getting more and more depressed as time went by". In just one day, a person can go from OK to happy to sad to depressed and back. These a are pictures, what we see is how he looked like at some moment during some day.
For example, Chester Bennington's wife posted a short video cip of him playing with his family. They were laughing and he seemed happy, he didn't look like he was forcing himself to be happy, so that he wouldn't bring others down. That video was shot 36 hours before he killed himself.
What I really want to say is, if the family and close friends of a person can't see it, how can some stranger see it, just by looking at some pictures?
@Vargsnillaz A lot of people, including some news channels posted that video. It's short, it's only 40 seconds long. Just look up "Chester Bennington before death" or something like that. You can see him sitting at a table, he's with his kids and he's playing some game, I think, where they have to eat some bad tasting...no idea what it is.

It's always sad to see how sick he truly was those last months of his life. He never should have been on tour. Having said that it's always difficult to help people that struggles with addiction as they truly have to want help so no point forcing them to go to rehab etc. Courtney found that out the hard way. Anyway his memory and his music will forever be a big part of my life and it gave me so incredible much over the last 30 years. RIP Kurt.

Kurt never wanted to even go on this tour in January he was sitting in a restaurant examining the tour schedule and he wasn't happy about the schedule. During the tour pretty much in almost every city he'd visit doctors to prescribe him medicine just to help with his heroin withdrawal. At the Madrid show 2/8/94 there were teenagers doing heroin and saying yeah Kurt smack and Kurt was inconsolable about it and that's when he started suggesting to cancel the tour. When they were in Switzerland the band except Kurt went a hockey arena before the show but Kurt was depressed so he didn't go. By the time they got to Italy his voice started to give out and he'd call rosemary Carroll before the show asking if Courtney was cheating on him. In Slovenia he was miserable and the rest of the band explored Slovenia while he stayed in his hotel room upset and miserable and Krist tried to uplift him by showing him a book but that didn't work. And before the Munich show he complained about being sick before eventually getting up and saying that he was going to the train station it's not known whether Kurt was able to obtain drugs or not but before this show he called people left and right and called Carroll saying he wanted a divorce he stood backstage listening to the Melvin's set and then before walking on stage told buzz Osborne that this would be the final night of the tour and that'd he is getting a divorce and he will be breaking up the band. And then his first words right after he walked off stage was "That's it Cancel the next gig." While I hate to see you go was playing.

There are no documentation of video or photo of Kurt after march/april. Go watch the final hours of kurt cobain, it tells you what people got out of him during the time he went to rehab and was a missing person.

Wow. This was really well made. It's heartbreaking to see all those pictures leading up to April '94. By April 2nd, he looked exhausted and just...done. I'll never forget that birthday as long as I live. I turned 13 April 10th 1994 and I stayed in bed crying and watching MTV all weekend. They played Nirvana videos plus their Unplugged performance over and over again that weekend. They also showed the memorial in Seattle where they played a recording of Courtney reading "the note" for the crowd of mourners. That's what probably hurt the most besides losing an artist I felt understood the fucked up shit I was going through at the time. It was seeing all those people in the crowd crying. A lot of them my age. I just wanted to hug all of them.

That was only in this one show, the rest sound fine, but yeah, regardless, it's sad how he was pushing himself to do this. Shows how much he really cared for his friends, though. He only lasted as long as he did because he was going it for Krist so they could play the show on 27 Feb.

The problem was Krist and Dave made most of their income from touring. Kurt was taking 90% of the royalties from album sales. It was all for krist and dave to get money in their pockets.

The "March 24th" photo is really backstage in Salem, Oregon on December 14th ,1993. You can even see the guy to the right (Kurt's pal Thor Lindsay) in some of the live photos from that night, standing behind Kurt's amp rig wearing the same shirt..

Sadly, there are no known pictures post ambulance so far, until some new ones surface (if they surface one day).

I mean, Ive never even seen Heroin in my life, and i spent a lot of it with Kurt yknow, He drank water, lots of water, and looked after himself on that tour. He was not showing any signs of anything going on and as far as we knew, he was as sober as the rest of us, we just had so much fun on In Utero tour and hang out the whole time. Kurt was funny and a lot of fun to be around'. Funny how you can come across stuff like this? straight from the horses mouth. Anyone happen to record it? i was in my car so listened real time no recording. It was Triple J. At end of interview they said ok krist we gotta go thanks for the chat...and krist goes oh wait wait wait, i just wanted to say, I really really miss him...he was such a great person i just wana say how sad it is that he is not here with us today'.

I can't explain how many similarities I have with Kurt. I am like his carbon copy (even though I am 28 now but I did intentionally overdose at 27... Just still alive somehow).
It is totally heartbreaking that he couldn't just stay alive a bit longer to understand that his pain (physical and mental) could be helped and that he was a shining gem in this world that was worth every bit of love from himself as well as others... All we can do now is learn from his story, pray for his spirit, and grow in our own lives...

There was a lot of optimism for Nirvana fans in late 93 and the first couple months of 94. Nirvana had completed unplugged and in recent interviews Kurt seemed like he had a handle on his struggles. Then the od/suicide attempt happened in Rome, followed by reporting that Nirvana had decided not to headline lollapalooza. It went from optimism to absolute heartbreak in a matter of a couple months.

Kurt loved the Buzzcocks, some of the pictures are with them, they said later that he seemed withdrawn in 94 and asked them about how they manage to keep it together without loosing their soul.. they felt he was under too much pressure and were expecting to meet up again when they got back from London but Cobain died before they made it back.
This video makes me really sad. Regardless if he killed himself or was murdered, I feel like he was destined to burn out. Either by OD or suicide. That’s coming from an addicts perspective.

Its the time El Duce said Courtney contacted him in LA, also Kurt was aware that she had been cheating on him with Billy Corgan so it looks like he found some smack while on tour in feb because he doesnt look like Kurt Cobain, he wore eyeliner before but it really highlighted his poor complexion and doped eyes.. The photo shoot the day after he is covered with make up to hide his outbreaks.. and then the next concert photo is during the solo part of the clip where he literally looks like death its so sad.. wish the band would have reached out to him because im sure they were aware of his issues with Courtney cheating on him... This was painful to watch as I went through my own hell during this period…I watched MTV constantly w my Cobain obsessed son from his cancer bed while he got weeks, then years of treatment. I remember Kurts last month clearly, his coma, his last rehab, going MIA, then finding out with the world that the electrician found him. I remember the wind leaving the room. I remember the look on my son’s face. I remember the chill in the air. Frozen in time.
I can’t believe Courtney murdered him when I see these photos .. I see a man being his eaten alive by his disease..Like my sons disease did to him. RIP to them both.

@@k.t.5405 don t know for Paris, but i was at Rennes 2 days later. Remember a long show but i was not aware that Kurt spoke not at all ! it was a bit strange with long silences between songs except some words from Novoselic. Anyway it was loud and really nice !

Feb 20 is another one that is said to be from 93..
I threw this together in a few hours so I should have done more research, but feb 20th and April 2nd are from an earlier date and there may be others that are from 94 but may be from another month or day

Kurt never wanted to even go on this tour in January he was sitting in a restaurant examining the tour schedule and he wasn't happy about the schedule. During the tour pretty much in almost every city he'd visit doctors to prescribe him medicine just to help with his heroin withdrawal. At the Madrid show 2/8/94 there were teenagers doing heroin and saying yeah Kurt smack and Kurt was inconsolable about it and that's when he started suggesting to cancel the tour. But when he asked what would happen if he cancelled the tour they told Kurt "You're financially responsible." When they were in Switzerland the band except Kurt went to a hockey rink before the show but Kurt was depressed so he didn't go. By the time they got to Italy his voice started to give out and he'd call rosemary Carroll before those asking if Courtney was cheating on him. And before the 2/25/94 show he went to Krist either the night before or the day of the gig and told him he wanted to end the tour because of his stomach pain Krist wrote it off as an excuse and reminded him of the financial trouble and lawsuits they'd face if they'd cancel the tour. In Slovenia he was completely miserable and the rest of the band explored Slovenia while he stayed in his hotel room upset and miserable and Krist tried to uplift him by showing him a book but that didn't work. And he even had a band meeting where they discussed cancelling the tour and which he said "So if one of us dies we still have to do shows." And before the Munich show he complained about being sick before eventually getting up and saying that he was going to the train station it's not known whether Kurt was able to obtain drugs or not but before this show he called people left and right and called Carroll saying he wanted a divorce he stood backstage listening to the Melvin's set and then before walking on stage told buzz Osborne that this would be the final night of the tour and that'd he is getting a divorce and he will be breaking up the band. And then his first words right after he walked off stage was "That's it Cancel the next gig." While I hate to see you go was playing.
What nirvana should have done was instead of going on tour stage an intervention in January the conclusion of the American tour send Kurt to rehab and ban all touring until he's clean it's what Alice in chains did with Layne after 93.
