So Prior top this decision...how did this work with the full faith and credit clause?...a state that did not recognize same sex marriage would argue that an out of state same sex marriage is not valid in their state........and states that allowed it expected other states to accept it because of reciprocity...?
It was quite odd. It seems to be a pretty clear case of sex discrimination by the government. It generally, wasn't talked about in that way, but it seems to be obvious to me.
What was with the unnecessary personal opinion you slipped in there about "children will suffer from the stigma of knowing their families are lesser than other families just because their parents are same-sex, which is a very valid point"? You should be keeping personal opinion out of describing court cases if you are trying to be used as an educational source. And the Loving v. Virginia case struck down miscegenation laws prohibiting interracial marriage, not just marriage between those of "opposite races" Do better.
Thanks for the time and efforts you put in for making the issue look so simple to us.
Thank you for your comment. I do my best to make law simple and understandable.

Make so much sense. Now I can write my paper on same-sex marriage!

Writing WRONG over the court clerks face is pretty petty. She has rights under the first amendment, which was well before the 14th. Just saying.
yeah quick question... how does your homophobic opinion matter or add anything to the facts about a case? thank you.
at what point did he make any "homophobic" comment
