Hey, good young man, love your videos. I'm a 55 retired automotive technician. Been enjoying my cummins had a few 99, 2001, 2012 and now 05 ,getting ready to do head gasket and studs new injectors, valve springs push rods and rockers .. I already have banks air intake and tube and ram air box with scoop , 5in exhaust and a bully dog tuner.. my question to you is with I have done and doing is there anything else I need to do ,oh yeah I have my new lift pump and beans sump and a new Boosh injectors pump stock ..

But you could also use a inch lbs torque to set the valves this way you will know all the valves are the same.
As well as the jam nuts

That is something that you are going to look for, everyone has there own feel I like 2-3 inch lbs. That works for me.
