Another great video! Have always been a little unsure about the formula function, but this clip has definitely thrown some light onto it!!
    More formulas please! 👍

I will continue shedding light on them as I find useful ways to implement them. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of formulas in this video.

The dog might disagree with archiving "walk the dog" ... LOL
All jokes aside though ... this is great.

Nice video! How could you build an option/button/select to allow for other on-the-fly goals? For example, today I have a busy schedule so I want to "save time" all quick medium to high impact activities; whereas tomorrow I have lots of time so can be super effective so I want to focus only on high impact regardless of difficulty.... And it should literally be a button press or selector to re-prioritize the list based on the day.....

I’d recommend creating some different database views that you can use for this situation. That way you can keep this view for most days and for days that you want to “save time” you can switch to the database view that’s called “Save Time” and I’d sorted differently. Make sense?

Is there any way to minimize when you input? I have 6 courses with 12 weeks each just assignments and readings as two databases, input for that takes so long :3

Hey Freddy, I recommend adding them too a csv and importing that too Notion, I know this may take a while but I think it will greatly improve your course content and release dates. It may be worth it if you want to prioritize the most energy into the modules with the highest impact.
You need at least two fields to create that ratio that makes this so powerful. Please let me know if you do try this out for your course I’d love too see the results.
You can do it! If you need any help let me know, I’d love to see this use case in action.
      Thanks, Carter

It seems like there are no details currently in the "See Priority Tracker Database" part of your template. Can you check it? Would love to use your template but it seems incomplete at the moment.
