I was raped by a family member at 4years old and it set me up for a lifetime of feeling like I am not good enough. I grew up in a Christian household still did not stop me feeling that way my voice felt stifled. When I was 41 I survived cancer. I catch myself in unhealthy choices still but, GOD. Now at 50 I am in a much better place, healing and trusting god. I did get some therapy too. I found out that the incest was a generational curse that started with great grandpa on my moms side. Just a vicious cycle. How does a person move forward without being about to even ask why ? I guess maybe that is just human nature and we need to just cast our care and let god handle it ? I am under my work account my name is Angie Parkhill. Love your podcast they have helped me so much Thank You.
”The chief priest can be gentle with people who are ignorant and easily deceived, because he also has weaknesses. Because he has weaknesses, he has to offer sacrifices for his own sins in the same way that he does for the sins of his people. No one takes this honor for himself. Instead, God calls him as he called Aaron. So Christ did not take the glory of being a chief priest for himself. Instead, the glory was given to him by God, who said, “You are my Son. Today I have become your Father.”“ Hebrews 5:2-5 GW
”Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.“ Romans 12:2 NLT
I could not get past the same clothes, NOT. I care not if you have the same clothes on for the next 52 podcasts. The gravity of your messages is so profound and life transforming that I probably would not notice if you came on with grass hula skirts. Each podcast has proven to be life-altering to the glory of God. BTW, I actually found Ron's clothes defense line quite humorous!
You see us out on these streets. We don't want to hold hands with this world. Deal with that flesh. It's looks like a millionaire mountain. When in the real I see when you poop.
I think it’s great to rely on God, but also as humans you’re self sufficient and adult enough to make your choices. This is our current World we live in, alcohol is the norm is part of our society to blind it and say just quit and cut it when it’s the Hip thing to do after work by many go to a cute bar have a nice cocktail. Like let’s be real our current society normalizes everything you guys preach against which is good. But on the real and living in the real world it’s not like oh it’s a cycle, no it’s what society has normalized. Not sure what rock you guys live under. Also your church doesn’t even offer the correct mentorship for people actually living with these issues and I can say I’ve seen this at your church the lack of actual mentorship. You guys have a very insecure bunch too which makes it even more difficult to heal there.
Ron and Hope this awesome I have laughed and cried today
Love y’all! Thank you so much for this word!

Personal feelings really do hold us back from doing are best to move forward.
Bless GOD. What do you do if the person have works of the flesh and is mentally challenged.?
He who endures till the end shall be saved....
Thank you for doing a continuation episode. It was highly insightful and encouraging, even if in the same clothes. 😂

We are in the world, but not of it.
People learn in areas they’re interested in so sinful desires are based on interest on what they have learned or wanting to learn
