The day I was lead to Pastor Steven Furtick’s perfect, seriously for me and flipped my life to be in CONSTANT relationship with our Father in Heaven which came with a brand new heart and mind! 12 months now I’ve been watching every sermon you have ever delivered! You being obedient to God to preach like we can all GET AND APPLY TO LIFE FOR AN ETERNITY IN HIS LOVE! Who would want to obey and be Christ’s disciple to spread the word to glorify Him. My testimony of my life is too difficult for some to hear but I know someone will give me the chance to speak it to the masses and that God used you to bring me back to Him and feel true love. Healing is possible! Praise God!
I'm 46 and had a life long battle with HARD DRUGS .. I found GOD recently and HE performed a miracle for me and took that crap out of my life basically over night. AMEN AMEN AMEN I'm so happy

My sermon notes for "This is that day"
1.) In the process of moving into all that God has for you, you have to reamin in hope in the days to come, yet leave room for disappointment. Expect the blessing and accept the mess
2.) Declare this statement over yourself: "I will not allow my experience in life to regulate my expectations of God. My expectation is my responsibility."
3.) There will always be a fight in your life, but there will always be fruit. The bigger the fight, the bigger the fruit.
4.) Sometimes your expectation of the future is your excuse right now. Are you letting "one day when" control your expectations in life? One day will never happen, it's now that matters
5.) Reduce. Don't let "one day when" create promises that you are later disappointed in.
6.) Don't be too focused on the years that you don't do anything with the days what you could do with the days. The grace for the day is in the day. God wants you to think of his promises to day
7.) Win each day, not just some day in the future, allow God into your life every day
8.) When God presents an opportunity, allow yourself to do it today. God has provided you with the grace and promises for that day
9.) Every step you take in your relationship with God is a win, the steps you in your battles are a win
10.) Recognize this day as a gift from God
11.) Don't allow the pain or pressure to hide what God intends for you or make you forget the grace of the day
12.) Reframe. Don't allow the down days to affect your days from this day forth. You are different each day, the down days allow God to ground you and create an appreciation for the great days. Even your down days will be an opportunity for God to give you the fruit that you are supposed to have, your down days grow your roots
13.) Your day is today. How are you changing your perspective and reframing your thoughts to allow God to ground you?

It’s over a year that I have been discharged from the mental hospital. I would play this music at night to help me sleep. I was tormented with fear and anxiety, but hold on so close and let this soundtrack played. God is able to do exceedingly. After a year, I started an Art school and Association. God heals

I've been out of jail sense December 18, 2023 and I keep waiting your church on TH-cam weekly. You have helped me beat my addiction, beat my depression most days and help me stay strong. By the grace of God I am 5 months clean and got a promotion at my job within a month if being there. I am so grateful that I found God through you Steven and through the bible. I love this! I've been on this journey for 2 and a half months by myself and I thankfully was introduced to you about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't thank you more!! Sober now for 77 days and it helps to have your sermons to listen to. Thank you so so much!!
I come across Steven when I got sober in 2012 and I listened to a sermon everyday for a few years. I promise if you stick with him it makes staying sober and growing in your walk with God so much easier. I relapsed after 8 years and now that I’m back into sobriety I stick with him again. Michael Todd is another amazing one. They kinda collaborate a lot it seems like to me. Not sure if they actually do. I know they preach at each others churches. All of the elevation preachers are amazing. They have an Elevation app where you can watch all of the sermons. Congrats on getting sober. You’ve got this. Don’t look back!

I quit a very demanding and challenging job after 2.5 years in December 2023. A job which constantly left me in a state of self condemnation. Even after I quit, I felt that God was upset with me for quitting. I know that God kept me in that job for a reason, it was a season to grow and depend on Him and strengthen my relationship with Him. Quitting before finding another job was a step of faith. This is the day that the Lord has made, 24000 breaths, 24 hours a day. This whole sermon, every breath of it... Going through mitigation, litigation, Easter makes a year I'm sober and it's a shift of something that like a turd I have constantly been trying to release, struggling....it's a Leviathan most definitely that's now going through mitigation and litigation and Easter does make a year of my sobriety.
Psalm 118:24 is a verse I say every morning. But when Pastor Furtick said that “ This is the year 2024” I got excited because psalm 118:24 will be 1-18-24, that is going to be my 50th birthday. I believe this year God is going to do great things for me this year and restore my life.
I will keep on serving the Lord!
