  • This video will show you how to tie the S. S. Panfish Glider. This well-balanced fly will slowly sink in a manner that the hook point is positioned on the belly side of the fly. Color combinations are up to you according to your waters.

    Im pretty sure these will work on trout as well, they often have similar diets. Another nice pattern i have not seen but you know it's going to work on more species! More like the Trout Killer!
    Arkansas has some beautiful trout water, ❤

    I’m not a fly fisherman, you use flies in the pursuit of your fish of choice, I use chicken parts for the fish we feed the family with. Wow, you are good, this fly you tie is beautiful and you make an awesome “how to” video.
    Really enjoyed watching your video it’s awesome. Gotta run, I’m on my way to Walmart to get some chicken livers before they close, they were out last week.

    May make a few of these with some weight for ice fishing. Awesome pattern. Thank you.

    Neat. You are good.
    Make sure the super glue is waterproof, not all of them are.
    I find that tiny bluegills will try to bite the legs off. Sometimes a big one will grab the whole thing from them, sometimes not. If you miss a fish, prolly one of the little guys pulling on a leg.

      Im trying to find the Antron tying material that you used online. I only see thread and dubbing. Nothing like the material wound up on the card you used. It al most looked like chenille

    must have a lot of thread you waste a lot of it

    • @flyflung
      @flyflung ปีที่แล้ว

      Thread is often used not just to secure materials to the hook but to help form the shape of the body. Also, it is inexpensive.
