Lightly Upgrading Riders of Rohan LOTR Precon Deck - Magic the Gathering Commander

First in a series, today we're discussing what 10 cards I would cut from the Riders of Rohan preconstucted deck and what 10 cards I would replace them with to make the deck just a little bit better than straight out of the box.
