My tip for anyone who is thinking about doing this is to start with the side of your head so if you don't like it you could just leave it like that. You know, like the hairstyle with just a shaved side. And if your hair is long you could just comb it over. And if you *really* want to do and think it would look bomb af but are scared get a cheap wig - it really helps psychologically, just knowing you have it and can fall back on it.
I had a shaved side for 3 years, back then I started to think about shaving my whole head. Now I have undercut only, but thinking about shaving my head all the time, especially when my natural hair is so awful, I wouldn't even be mad. I'm only scared of the growing out stage, because my hair is very curly and I don't wanna be like a broccoli. Can't decide. 🙄 I actually haven't seen anyone with very curly hair who has shaved their head.

I've always been the type who measured my self worth in my hair lol. If my hairdresser even cut off more than a inch I would feel devastated. I had butt length hair last year, cut it slowly up to my boobs, then shaved my head a month ago lmaooo. I thought I would cry for weeks but I haven't shed a single tear. I love being able to change wigs whenever and no more taking 30min to wash conditioner out or wait 3 hours for it to dry. I also can't stop rubbing my head now lmaoo it feel so good. Your first video was what inspired me. I'm so glad I finally did it!

I cut my hair into a pixie and I was so proud of it, I did it all by myself from waist long hair. I went to a hairdresser for a school co-op thing and the hairdresser was pleasantly surprised that I did it all on my own and how nice it looked. I shaved it off (didn't like blonde, wanted to go back to my dark brown hair) and I'm worried that people think I messed up badly with a cut or bleach, but I like my shaved head (I'm growing it out to a pixie again)
