I wasn’t a fan of how short and wide he was at first but I have no regrets about purchasing him. He captures the feel of the original toy very well while also looking far better (which seems to be a common theme with the Studio series line). Thanks for making this review. It really helped to convince me to pick him up
He was in rotf I know it can be said that it was a retool of his design but the explanation of him returning made sense as the shards send out waves which brings things alive and when megatron was revived a wave went out which could’ve brought back brawl blackout and bonecrusher
Nice review Optibotimus! The Deluxe Class Bonecrusher from 2007 was the very first live-action Transformers toy I every got, and I grew very attached to that figure. I was really sad when he died in the movie.

That KO one looks amazing but I agree its waaaaay too big. Aint got no place for that. I do also think this guy is too small :') and the lack of wrist swivel is a real bummer, very cool transformation though, looks fun!
I got this from Amazon 2 months ago. It's so much better than my old Bonecrusher (2007). If only there was a separate accessory of forks replacement, then I'll be happy. 👌

Bonecrusher, Blackout, Rampage, Barricade all look amazing, I just wish they were in scale with the older toys, because right now it looks like I'll have to buy a completely new series rather than just add to the old series, and that's preventing me from investing in any of these.

great review. i just recently started collecting them again. i picked up studio series jazz,the KSI drone,cog and skytread(flywheels) from the siege line and voyager class optimus prime. ill definitley pick up bonecrusher. but i cant find starscream,shockwave,soundwave,megatron,hound or sideswipe. sold out everytime ive looked.

If anyone has this figure along with 1/64 scale cars (Greenlight, Hotwheels etc.), how close do you reckon this is to being to realistic scale with them? And if this isn’t too accurate, which other figures are more accurate? Just asking, might want to pick one up
I reckon this figure is 1:50 scale relative to most diecast models. Hot wheels is ass when it comes to true scale and proportion. Greenlight is a bit better. Auto world and tlv is best.
If he’s not pegging together properly in vehicle mode, then his hips are probably the wrong way round.. Also, I hadn’t noticed this before, but he looks like he’s wearing a bib..

This is miles better than the 2007 one. The Deluxe one is just too small to perfectly reflect the character.

Actually, at his roller skate feet there is a ankle pivot, it’s hard to see but it’s there, so you can pose him better.
