You cant put simagic qr from wheel side, to this nrg on base. Have 4 qr and gtc wheel. You can put nrg from wheel side, on original qr with purchased base.
More than 2 years ago I did something similar, I removed the QR from the base, made 6 holes for an extension cord and installed it directly on the base with 6 10mm nuts so that it had a space where a braided USB cable passes, and Then I install the cheap QR on the tip, there I find a female USB plug, and all my steering wheels have a male USB in the center of the QR, so I don't have cables on the outside...
There is a Fanatec variant of the same you did somewhere on my channel ;) I moved to wireless wheels lately so this was really needed, I expected to work with the original QR but turned out utterly is not 100% the same…
Does the next level platform plus work with Xbox console? Like how does it hook up I have a full fanatec setup with trakracer tr160 Another thing next level racing doesn’t list the tr160 for the platform plus to fit At this point looking at the price of it and most definitely if wanting to go front and back with platform plus Dbox looks like the better option as they do also a half setup,triple and all four corners
I had the NLR M+ and it was not worth the money. They cannot connect directly to console, you need a PC to read the telemetry over the network from the XBox and drive your motion platform.
