Sarah Walls is an ‘03 grad from Virginia Tech (VT) and she earned her Master's degree in Sports Administration and Coaching from VCU. Upon completion, she founded Strength And Performance Training known as SAPT. After 8 years as a strength and conditioning coach at the NCAA Division 1 level she was hired in 2020 as the strength and conditioning coach for the WNBA’s Washington Mystics.
