Great video mate. Amazing editing, appreciate all the hard work. Doing a two month trip there at the end of the year. I see you enjoyed the sand, we have endless klm of these kind of tracks here in in Australia 😂. Well done. Yes speed will help but not if you are not ready so do your own pace until you are ready. We all learn the same way. A couple of tricks to help in sand. Do not use first gear especially taking off. Second will do just fine and make things much easier in deep sand. 5 minute of practice will let you get the hang of taking off with out using the clutch too much. Reduce tire pressures in deep sand 15 psi will make life so much easier. Like you said don’t ride the clutch once you get going in or out. Same even deep sand don’t require much feathering once mobile. Get in front it is much harder to ride in the rear and contend with all the snake like tracks from the bikes in front. Stuff your mates 😂 go near the front. Be as relaxed as you can and learn to let the bike move under you. If you fight it you will get tired very quickly. And last look ahead where you want to go not down. It takes a bit but once you master it it becomes dare I say it enjoyable. See you on the trails mate drop us a line if you are ever near Adelaide South Australia.
Amazing trip! I was thinking of a Kove for the same off-road travel purpose and even knowing it is not the objective of the bike having a good fuel economy, it would be great if you could share some numbers to understand how much it costs to travel with it!
Hello, I take exactly the same track few week ago. I know totally what you have done, I was with my T7. I know isn't not a easy part to ride the sand, but you can't ride the sand at 15/20kmh, it not possible, it's very very tricky. You definitly need to go faster (I know this is easy to said, not easy to do). As soon you reach 30/45km, the sand becoming more predictive and your fear about the speed will slickly disappear, trust me. thank for your video, great job.
was there - loose sand is tricky but you definitely can not try to ride slow through it. Higher speed is crucial. I was riding dunes on tenere 700 and with speed over 60 its doable.
love your vids! what a great adventure. Just one tip for uploading your videos i think make the bitrate the highest possible. also when rendering from a programme. that will make the videos super crisp at 1080p. love that kove man enjoy it! looking forward to the next videos
Fantastic video! I think Cfmoto and Kove are going to disrupt the legacy motorcycle manufacturers. I assume the 30L fuel tank(s) helped alleviate range anxiety?

Yeah - I think a combination of GoPro/TH-cam compression spoils it a bit. Waiting for my DJI Action 5 so can hopefully have a play with the settings.
Fantastic trip - would really appreciate your summary/thoughts on how the Kove did 🙂
I'll do a summary/review once I have two minutes...!

Hi, I will be in Morocco at the end of 2024, we already have an off_road track, can we have yours to compare???
For a moment there I thought a group had made it without a single KTM ( or it's derivitive ) breaking down but alas it had to happen😂.
🤣🤣🤣
A half way stop along the desert for a burger sounds good to me!
🤣🤣🤣
Nice video! Which tires did you use ? did they last the whole trip?
Stock tyres & they're still on the bike, about 50% used/left...
Hello !!! Does the kove have the power kit with CPU filter and tinnium-free tube?
Nope (not yet!) this is 100% stock including the tyres...
how reliable kove was on this trip? thanks :)
Super reliable... Made it back and still going strong!
thanks a lot. im thinking about to buy a Kove...@@JustinOwenVideo
