Who’s here in 2024 re watching this gold ?
ME! giant inside joke with my family since like 1998 😂
With NOOOOO PROBLEM!
Me my coworkers hadn't see this jem I had to show them
What's the world coming too, when we get nostalgia from watching silly old Furniture commercials?
2024 IM HERE …LAWD what a freaking GEM
"With no problem" guy spent weeks working his ass off on perfecting his delivery of that line and "Leddehavih" swoops in and just completely steals his thunder.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Naaah it was part of the act. The Special Man and No Problem Guy were a duo.
I remember when they didn't have the "No Problem" guy. When he said, "Letterhaveit!" the white guy would say, "She's got it!!"
Lool
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
i always kinda wished there was a sitcom based on this store
Write one
@Lucien Hicks what is that
Let em have it
@@intelligentfool09 That'd be the title!!
Honestly I could see it. a kinda bob's burgers work-com. at some point they'd have to acknowledge the.. less than sturdy business model of specifically appealing to people who are unable to pay
With nooooooo problem
No matter how silly this ad is, it's still heartwarming for some reason.
Agreed. I get the feeling Frankie, Johnny, The Special Man, and the “No Problem!” guy are like a family.
I'm surprised they were no tap dancers. Lmfao 😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@sonjayechavarria 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👊😆🍻
I love to have fun.😆
I agree, it's like a sweet nostalgia vibe
Lmao the "let her have it" man had me falling each time
with nooooo problem
Yes yo i had no clue what he was saying. And “the special man” doesnt help 💀
@@dacrimney LMAO
Everyyyyyyyy timmmmeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had no idea what he's saying
When she said "No, I receive Social Security and Welfare." I couldn't control my laughter.
Master Kool Aid What's so funny? She just wanted to buy a behhroom set.
I just find the way she said it funny.
The camera angle kills me. It's just BAM: straight-on face, and she looks like she's really struggling to keep the line straight. lol
+Bob Papadopoulos No she definitely doesn't say "behhroom". She pronounces the D like a T so it sounds like "Betroom set".
It kinda sounds like it, but it's actually just a really hard H stop if you listen close. It's actually closer to "beh-her-room", but with a fast inhale on the "her" part.
These people really did help people with low income get stuff. My parents used them. The special man was super nice in person.
♥️
Remind me of my childhood in new Orleans
j.r raphard
Tough was it? Well at least you had the furniture.
@@anonUK the commercial, genius. It was famous furniture store in New Orleans and this commercial became part of the local cultural zeitgeist.
@@Matt_Fields_29 that and the Seafood City commercials with Dr. Scramuzza.
West Bank here
@@jessicaconner1242 You mean the Best Bank?
My mom saw Frankie at the mall and was awe-struck... I didn't get that I was in the vicinity of greatness at the time...
hahaha
He used to walk in the mall for exercise. I used to work in Lakeside Mall and would see him all the time
Which one is Frankie?
Rip Frankie your a legend! Miss commercials like this.
Rip Emmeal too (the noooo problem man)
He was a legend and I sure those good old days
They're dead? Why?! I just discovered this
That sucks, RIP 🙁I was also really sad to learn that the Mongomery Flea Market in Alabama burned down. If you haven't seen their old commercial, look it up. It's also hilarious!
"i say i say i say boy" its foghorn leghorn furniture showroom.
LEHBEH HEWIT
I had to watch an ad to watch an ad.
Adception
But it was worth it in this case
🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂 ahhh I shit myself!! thanks!
Man, the Special Man is super relaxed. Let em have it!
With Noooo Problem! 😁😁
@@LTJfan "See da bidness man!!😂
Dude this is so special, this brings me back to my child hood in New Orleans.
This is so surreal. Maybe this how aliens will view our culture.
😂
Lol. This was a legit commercial for a real store in New Orleans.
This commercial always makes me miss home, "Let 'er have it" lives in my head, rent free
God bless Frankie, Johnnie, and the Special Man!
"See Da Bidness Mane"😂
Man, I miss these commercials.
I love it! These were the commercials that actually made sense and made a difference in people lives..."Let em have it!"
If they some tap dancers in it that would've been cool.
Growing up we used to love this commercial. Let her have it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wow no tap dancer, shocking. Lmfao 😅😅😅
I remember going to that store when i was 8 back in 95' with my mother. I saw the special man with damn cigar in his mouth, and drool was coming down off of it, LMAO!!!
😂😂😂😂😂
15 years, how is life going man? I hope u are healthy and fine
This commercial sandwiched between Charles in Charge reruns and Ricki Lake on hot summer afternoons in the 90s = 🔥🔥🔥
oh man I have such a fierce love for these commercials (and so much other stuff that only natives can understand/appreciate).
Yeah this commercial was part of my childhood. Good times back then.
Now when I watch Mama's Family on here I pause it halfway through to watch this commercial. Childhood.
God, so much meme potential here:
"See the special man!"
"Waughgrama(?)"
"Nooo problem!"
and my favorite:
"I GOT DA FIFTY DOLLAS!1!"
I love the special man! Growing up in Baton Rouge this commercial always came on. This commercial is known by most New Orleans or Baton Rouge people. This stuff is classic.
I’ve left my beloved NOLA and live in CT now. Just showed my boyfriend this ad and he had to watch it 3 times to both understand what was being said and believe it was not a Mr. Show skit. I didn’t bother explaining the shuffle.
God, I remember when these commercials started airing on TV here......they were immediately epic. If I was flipping through the channels and this was on, I would actually stop so I could see "toupe man" strut his stuff down the aisle at the end. I have one question though......Who in the hell records an obscure furniture commercial from the late 80's and keeps it for 20 years?
This was from the 80s?!
Someone who cares about posterity 😺👍🏽
Conan O'Brien
People.
I saw the special man, now i wanna merry it.
It?
mubarak Al-nuaimi
ye
"Do you have any credit?"
"I just robbed a bank!"
"You gotta see the special man!"
Leb a lab it
Let her have it
With nooo problems,
Let 'er have it.
Thank you for this childhood gem 💎
Nnnnooooo problem 😂
That Special Man is wholesome af and this commercial made me happy
This is possibly one of the most hilarious things Ive ever seen in my life, and Ive seen a lot. I keep watching it over and over, and it gets funnier every time. Ive got tears streaming down my cheeks......LMAO
Sammmmmmeeeeeeee!!!!! The funniesttttttttttt. The tears had my kids thinking I got bad news and someone died the way I was waiiilllllingggggggg😂🤣😂🤣😭
Miss this commercial
I saw this commerical every day as a kid when I lived in NOLA....since then I have wondered "what was that 'let uh have it' commerical about?" I can't believe i found it on youtube. excellent
Herculean amounts of weed brought me here.
lol!
I legit fucking guffawed.
I fucking love you. Lol
Funniest commercial I’ve ever seen growing up in New Orleans hands down.
It gave people a chance to have nice furniture without being judged for their credit, I’m sure so many people were grateful to be able to have a nice bed or dining room table for their families to enjoy.
let’ha have it!
now all that nice 70s-90s furniture is cheap at goodwill or habitat for humanity
Haha, man this takes me back. I remember seeing these commercials all the time.
NEW ORLEANS STAND UP!!! THIS WAS MY CHILDHOOD
Yep!!!
We got this commercial in Gulfport sometimes too!
@@abletonreasonoh my goodness between this commercial and Dub Herring 'that's a good car Paw Paw' we were in stitches 😂😂
@@slimpickens01 lol! Thanks for that! Totally forgot about the motor home guy!
They probably still paying the shit off almost 40 years later 😭💀😂
I have good credit and can pay in cash, i'm still going here just so i can chill with the special man. RIP Frankie!
with NooOooOoo ProOooOblem
I miss these commercials so much! My wife hated 'em, but I used to turn up the volume and lipsynch to 'em both to annoy my love and because... well... they were the BEST COMMERCIALS EVER.
the lady seemed happy that she declared bankruptcy lol
Man, people who didnt see this commercial in New Orleans won't and can't understand this.. Always a good throwback... LOL!
0:46 yo', this man cleared a solid 20 feet with that shimmy...
The people need more furniture stores like this! Thanks Fairren for sending out this classic video.... it's the greatest!!!!!!
They should've put some tap dancers in it.
We need the special man in 2023
This is the best. commercial. EVER. lol
LMAO! This commercial brings back so many memories. They use to wear this out on New Orleans tv in the 90's.
The Special Man let me have it once and I still have nightmares and see a therapist twice a week.
haven't seen this since I was a kid! Over here crying laughing.
When the second black salesman said, "With NO-O--O PROBLEM!" I lost it! 😝😆😆😆😆😂😂🤣🤣🤣
On edit 1 month later: this commercial is *still* hella wicked funny! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😆😂🤣 It will always stay fresh with no-o--o problem.
This was probably the most legendary New Orleans commercials of all time. 1825 Tulane probably another one, so much that I heard lil Wayne mention it in one of his raps.
i wish they would still make commercials like this
This is what once was beautiful about America. Sure there were other things now long gone, but this makes me feel much better about life.
why am I getting these now, crazy 12 year old videos!!
My 1st. bunk beds came from there in the 80's
Lol I can't stop laughing at this commercial!
This takes me back, "With No Problem" lol
Went to Tulane in the late 1990s and remembered seeing this for the first time and thinking it was an SNL skit.
the beginning of this commercial hides its awesomeness
i remember this ad form my time in NOLA - I am glad to see it again - what a hoot!
This is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen online... EVER... #LETTAHAVIT
Im 44 from gpt. Ms grew up watchn morgus the magnificent n all. Silly commercial but brings back memories
Now THIS is marketing! Jingles and commercials so memorable! Unless you grew up around New Orleans, you won't get it.
These folks are having fun, and providing a service for the community
Yoooooo this commercial is so nostalgic.
I used to work for Kirschman’s furniture, remembering seeing these ads wishing I worked at F & J instead lol
Oh man, my parents’ whole house of furniture was from Kirschman’s!
Oh how I miss the Special Man!!! Rest in peace indeed! Thank you SO MUCH for posting this - I say I say I say who say I say, this commercial is truly a classic!
Legendary and iconic. Excellent family to this day. Good people!
I love and remember this commercial ❤
I just remembered that I had bought a super cheap "love seat" from F&J in the early 90s that looked exactly like what is shown at 0:16. After it got a few inches of water (in my *upstairs*) from the Big K, I gave it away.
Haha, I remember seeing this all the time when I lived in NOLA.
Grew up with this in New Orleans.. this is how we rolled.. looking back it seemed like a Saturday night live parody😂
this the best commercial ive ever seen in my entire life
This and Michael Hebert are the furniture commercials of my childhood
God damn I love this
New Orleans Classic
This is the best commercial ever made
This is culture right here.
This was literally one of my favorite commercials of all time you can't be from New Orleans and don't know anything about Frankie and Johnny or 1825 Tulane
Or Dr. Scramuzza.
Seafood city, very pretty. 1825 Tulane. Nostalgia is a wonderful thing. I was about 9 or 10years old when they played these commercials.
Lehnerah'ih
It's only me or the special men looks like he is saying "lenny kravitz" xD This is too funny xD
I love how inefficient it is. There's the first guy, the special man, and the no problem guy. Also, I love how excited people get about furniture.
Ahh....Such a classic. Those were the good ole days, lol.
Has anyone else seen the new remix version of this commercial? It is the BEST.
It's like putting "The Room" and the video for "I Am the Walrus" in one psychedelic masterpiece.
Enjoyed seeing this again, love the nostalgia
Holy shit, you found the commercial with the real special man. YES! Thank you for this.
I can feel the nostalgia all the way up in Memphis Tennessee.
I've looked for this on youtube for years and it's finally here!
0:32
You have to see the *"Special Man"*
*Special Man: Let em' have it*
Random guy: *WITH NoOoOoOoOoOoOoO problem!!!!!*
Sim ? the random guy is a younger and more energetic special man
Random guy is my uncle
That's actually the second generation of the commercial. The first generation didn't have the guy saying "with noooo problem". He was added to later commercials. Thanks for posting this, I still tell people today if there's a problem "you have to see the Special Man."
LOL!!! I saw this the other night on E! and it was soo funny..
I love this commercial all the time its funny as old hell
Man this takes me waaaaay back.
Just what I was looking for
,,,remember this commercial as a kid! have to love New Orleans!!!
That takes me back. Thank you.
At 0:03 is the perfect example of inflation. 3 ROOMS for $699. Today you can't even get one piece of furniture for $700
It doesn't matter how expensive the price is because they will "let you have it"
