Thank you for this tutorial. Could you please provide the link for the template of the blue bandana. The measurements alone if I follow will give me a square shape and will not help in being able to cut the triangle with long straps pattern. Thank you for sharing this design.
Hi, I don't have a bigger size, but you can try to print bigger or smaller %. Example: If you want bigger then print 110% and see how the measurements are, then you see if you need to add more or take the numbers down! I hope it helps you ;)
@@sewyourself hi there, yea I found the pattern thanks so much, but I cannot see the measurements ? I will make for different sized dogs but I’m not sure what size pattern to cut. Thanks
Love your easy to follow videos & patterns, however can these be enlarged? should I just resize the image? I just made the gorgeous little harness & it didn't fit my kitten 😞xx
Hi, these look great. With regard to the snaps bandana, is the interface necessary? Do you habitually use it when using snaps? What kind of interface are you using here?
when i first bought the snaps for this project i played around to practice with them and putting them directly on fabric without interacing will work but it was a lot flimsier. The interfacing I used was Fusible midweight interfacing by Pellon and it makes the snaps easier to undo and just makes them sturdier, i hope that helps!
Hi, interfacing makes the snaps stronger, and little tip, if you use plastic, then boil some water and soak the snaps in boiling water, then the snaps are better for opening and closing!
I think it’s important that the bandanas be a snug fit for the same reason a collar should be snug fitting-so a dog doesn’t get it caught and panic or, worse, hang itself. My old dog with a bad heart, recently got her id tag caught in a vent and panicked. Good thing I saw what had happened. She now has her id on her collar and her bandanas are snug.
the music is insanely repetitious, I kept falling asleep throughout this, but it's similar to bunting in all fairness so shouldn't be difficult at all...personally I'd probably make a 20" square, cut it on the diagonal and wind one end like a sweet bag , which would adjust the size of the triangle whilst having plenty at the top to tie into a sweet little tie.
When a video I click on starts out with this music and no talking at all to even introduce yourself to people, I click away immediately and you just lost a new subscriber. Good job!
I wish I‘d found this way of making a dig bandana before. Simple but brilliant. Thank you.
Just tried this and they turned out great, so much easier than what I was originally doing!

@@irenee8051 You are welcome!
Every dog is different, how can I make this bigger or smaller if needed? Do you have different size patterns available for the blue bandana?

Hi there. Do you have a pattern for these cuties?
The free pattern is in the description box.
Hi, do you have the measurements of the patterns please

That isn't a pattern it's just a drawing. Why no actual measurements? Is it that difficult to use a ruler and write it down for people??
@@lorrainefitchett6826 Measurements for the white bandana: 20 cm wide and 16 cm long
Measurements for the blue bandana: 40 cm wide and 12 cm long
@@sewyourself So much easier to include the measurements in the video!!

Hello, yes you can try to resize the pattern maybe then the pattern fits better.
Will these fit any size dog?
Hi, These fit more for smaller dogs.

Wat size is the blue bandana? Is it S, M or Large
Hi, it is S
@@sewyourself thank you for your reply.
If I would like to make M and a L what would be the measurements?
I'm sorry but I just cannot find the free pattern for this.
it's on my blog: kerlialder.wixsite.com/website/post/diy-dog-bandana
love how they are advertising THC (drugs) edibles on your channel. Thanks TH-cam. Let's all get high while making dog bandanas
