for the oil filter, its 11nm
The factory crush washer is a 20 x 24 mm. No big deal if it is a 26 mm if there are no clearance issues.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I think you can get a Haynes manual for general repairs, but not sure about a factory service manual.

I have the GS911 and you are far better off buying the MotoScan for a mere fraction of the cost. I have both now and I prefer the MotoScan.
Wrap some Aluminum foil around the pipe it will help keep it clean.
