  • Oggi vi mostro uno dei primi che i clienti del Ristorante dove lavoro vanno matti per questo piatto : Ravioli di Burrata e Pomodori Confit , una leccornia .

    Ingredienti :
    1- Per la pasta :
    - 500 gr di Farina,
    - 6 Uova .
    2 - per il Ripieno del Raviolo :
    - 850 gr di Burrata,
    - 1 kg di Pomodorini,
    - Timo,
    - Sale,
    - Zucchero,
    - Pepe,
    - Olio d'oliva,
    - Olio All'aglio,
    3 - Per il Sugo di Condimento,
    - Burro,
    - Timo,
    - Scorza di Limone Bio,
    - Parmigiano.

    I’ve been searching for just such a recipe. The absolute simplicity, not only in ingredients, but also technique.
    I’m especially drawn to the sauce with the aromatic herb and ever so delicate a lemon flavor.
    The confit tomatoes are not quite like the sun dried variety, but more like oven dried.
    As these tomatoes would already have a natural sweetness to them, is it possible to make them without the sprinkled sugar ?
    I also like the extra pasta around the contours of the ravioli.
    I definitely have to make this. The only problem I see is acquiring quality burrata.

      Si , basta che non superano le 24 ore in frigo. Li puoi fare in giornata e consumarli in giornata
