Thanks for that Jared. Has anyone looked at rock climbers/boulders with shoulder pain. I see climber with shoulder pain (pre lockdown) on a regular bias and do as you suggest; taking macro view of the issue. Most of the time don't even offer a diagnosis just focus on return to 'normal' function. Use lots of lower limb strengthening RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, TGUs gym ball posterior chain and some focused shoulder work. Not ERs! Climber are quite an interesting group!!
