Can it be tactical on Tefo's part to discredit evidence before it plays out in court to wear down the prosecutor's case? Asking from a layman's point of view.

What Majavu seems to ignore or perhaps not aware of, is that Advocate Teffo's argument is based on quite a number of facts, which includes 'two' dockets, something that is unheard of in the judicial system and the torturing of suspects in order to solicit information.
On these bases, this court has no other choice but to allow a trial within a trial

Love the analysis, not bias at all. I agree it is too early to conclude at this stage. The defense is inexperienced for this case, misleading people by creating unnecessary hype in the country which is unfair for immediate family (mom).

Teffo u are right cause they are waiting time by 5ppl who were not there ,Tumelo called immediately when Senzo shot ,why are they scared doing the right thing ? Is it cause of ppl with millions? Leave the poor ppl and concentrate on rightfully ppl
