An incredibly popular IP like this needs a proper AAA game. Imagine an action/adventure with a single player story, selecting and leveling up ninja abilities, hiding and attacking from shadows (like Arkham and Spider-Man style), able to switch turtles anytime, character based missions through story, each turtles having different skill sets, team combos when fighting and also 4 player co-op option.
As much as I love the beat em up genre I feel that the turtles deserve a proper stealth game to really put the ninja in their ninja turtle name. Maybe something like Arkham or Shadow of Mordor based on the current run of comics

After all the updated 3D graphics, game mechanics, and voiceovers of the '00s and '10s, all gamers want is just to replay the old school shit. Looking forward to Shredder's Revenge next week.

You should put TMNT Palooza on this list. Even though it's fan made, it's just as good as any game on this list. In some cases better then some of the games on this list.

I think the franchise needs a serious reboot. What they have done to TMNT in 2000s is atrocious but not beyond repair.
