I can't stress how important it is to have variety in your workouts. Helps prevent overuse injuries, burnout, boredom, plateau, build NEW muscles, and good for the brain! Reminder I try to make THURSDAYS workout some type of fusion class to give you that variety 😉❤.
I couldn't agree more about variety! This workout felt so good to switch it up and I was thinking that I need to do more upper body focused workouts... I don't do enough of them.
This was wonderful!! I love the small movements in many of the arm exercises, they really target deeper little muscles I didn’t even know were there. My core was 🔥 after. You really make barre a fun type of exercise!
This was awesome! Barre with personality!! I’ve been nursing a shoulder issue and this was my first sip back into working the upper body. It was fun, fabulous, and exactly what I needed!!! ❤❤❤❤

I love the energy you bring and I look forward to working out with you and the girls on the driveway! I’d love to see more barre bounce and kettlebell workouts!
New barre bounce coming on Thursday! I’m not sure about kettlebells. To be honest I’m not trained in them, and I don’t feel I’d do justice to correct technique. I had a friend over one time to show me some moves and I truly need some training before I start telling people how to do something. ❤️
