Thanks for that. BTW, It's a deluxe balcony because you have a love seat/sofa bed. Standard balcony doesn't have a love seat. Love the free laundry. Never heard that on other ships before. Free laundry is usually a perk only with a paid upgrade.
You're right, thanks back. The laundry was actually a surprise. I had to check several other decks to see if they all had it free. They did. Soap and fabric tissue too. One more reason to love this ship!

Wow! Thank you! And thanks for sharing with the CC Board - I often go there for research. As for cabin videos, I've been contributing to a website called www.cruisedeckplans.com/. They use cabin video and photo contributions from various users. I only have access to my own stateroom during shooting. But that website might give you a better picture; check it out and let me know how it works for you.
I’m on the Discovery Princess for their April 3, Solar Eclipse Cruise & have a Cruise Critic Meet & Greet meeting with over 100 people signed up. One of the largest meetings I’ve ever organized. If you were going to be on our cruise I would definitely introduce you to everyone for all that you have done with this video. The best ship tour that I have ever seen with 50+ cruises. 35 with Princess & you have shown me places I wasn’t aware of. Many thinks again on behalf of myself & our members.

Good morning! I'm sailing on Discovery Princess Jan 27 to Mexico. I've seen, heard and read that Gigi's Pizzeria is fairly well empty most of the time now that Princess has decided to add a charge for meals there. Was that your observation?
Yes. In fact, the patrons are a small fraction of what they once were (we've sailed her before pre-change and back then you could hardly get a seat). Add to that, there's a pizza place poolside, Slice. Gigi's advertised themselves as the "best pizza at sea" but it's not enough for people to bypass Slice. I hope they go back to complentary if they see this move isn't working.

Great video! Is Churchill's smoking lounge still in service? I saw one ship layout where it had been turned into an arcade: not sure of the date on that floorplan though.
Yes it is. We did a short video about it last time we were there, which was several months after I shot this. Things change quite often on a ship. The guides on the elevators, for example, are often way out of date.

Sorry, I meant to say it was turned into an arcade. It must have been very recent since the arcade was opened on our last sail.
Is the princess live coffee bar included in plus?
Yes it is!
Do you reserve seats in the Princess theatre?
Usually no, but if buy Princess Premiere, they will reserve a section for you.
The Greens mini golf is more a putting green and not a true mini golf.
Yes, it's smallish. I imagine the mega ships might have a true one

There doesn’t seem to much difference in princess 🚢 other than the buffet and couple different restaurants some smaller some larger
That's true for most of the ships. The layout is a design repeat customers favor. But we'll see how their new ships, the Sun and Star, measure up.
