this build is awesome, i played with buff duration sprint + adrenaline rush fighter so when i saw this build taking it to such an extreme i had to immediately spend all my gold to try it. in solos it can definitely be annoying to maintain, but I found I was able to keep my stacks at 10 for about 90% of the game (of course chugging grey health pots all the way) - as long as you get some damage off with the boosts, you don't need them to finish the fight. Demon Form's life steal ability getting stronger is huge in itself; the 5AA boost is nice but not required for it to be useful and in a longer fight I tend to drop the souls so I can keep my offering at max throughout. Bardiche is also something to consider as it does give you the potential to block throwables + arrows, but you need to be a gigachad. In Solos, some good ways to stack up to 10 are next to a health shrine; drinking a potion makes sure you don't die from going all the way up to 10 and you get most of your health back afterwards. You can also do the same but use Demon Form's lifesteal on a mob if you don't mind dropping some shards, or if you really need it just waste the bandages. Having to keep the offering at max throughout the entire dungeon is a challenge, making sure you have enough time to kill a mob before you need to offering, taking brief cover to use it in a fight etc but I personally like the micromanagement. Ghost King is super fast with the extra damage and a juicy Halberd, Lich is difficult but possible - using Demon when you're damaging him so you can lifesteal to full for a purple circle and transform back can help with maintaining offering but it's a lot safer to forgo this as any mistake will get you killed or just lose your offerings. Definitely doable and worth in teams though - with a Bard the shred would be insane. Natural Healing from a Druid would be nice QOL in teams with Mending Grove instead of Sanctuary and has more chase potential so is a nice alternative to Cleric, though straight up fights could be a bit harder.
Maybe you can use a lyre with buff duration bonus when you channel to lower the stats needed on gear, a bit more micro intensive but might make this build cheaper? Also would a crystal sword work? Since you get physical and magical damage bonus
*MAYBE NEW TECH* (or old idk) It requires you to run spells but one thing i started doing tonight that felt really good is healing by spawning your hydra then changing to demon and using your E ability to hit it with either a kris dagger or the unarmed attack if you arent using the kris. It allows you to not have to run lifedrain with the only downside being the cooldown on E and the fact you need to be in melee range. Seems good for builds lower on knowledge or if you want to run different spells for a more melee focused warlock. Would love to see a vid of you trying it out cause at the end of the day I'm still very new to warlock lol.
Good idea although constantly going into demon you would not upkeep darkness shard stacks. But definitely an alternative. This build could definitely be done with a hydrain setup, you would just have to really optimize your kit snd micro manage like crazy but the 50% bonus magic danage should make your life drain huge

Honestly tried this build last night right after he streamed and built 2 kits. It really is extremely difficult to build this properly as a solo warlock and instead of demon form I run either spells with magical healing and bloodstain or blow of corruption with a primary focus in move speed. Also I never build stacks without a health shrine cuz it just takes touch to heal back up solo.
But the crazy potential in this build too is running soul collector and dark reflection with a ton of will and additional cuz your getting that extra 100% plus the 50+ magic power bonus with full stacks. It's a true porcupine😂😂
I'm glad someone else felt the pain, I had to try it. Running this with dark reflection would be disgusting especially with the cooldown reduction. I was also thinking about running this with Ray of darkness
Good question! It actually can't becauze dark offerring isn't magic damage it's sacrificing HP it's a different form of damage so doesn't register as magic and thus doesn't consume Eldritch shield protection ability.

CDR (cooldown reduction). It starts with 0% at 15 (warlock has 14 by default, which is -2%), up to 20 each point is 2%, after 20 it's 1% per point. With 40 resourcefulness you have 30% CDR, at this point Dark Offering cooldown time reduced from 28 second to 28 * 0.7 = 19,6

You heal 10% of the targets max health. For example Centipedes have a huge health pool, you can go from 0 to full in 3 hits off of a centipede. Keep it mind the last strike that kills the enemy doesn't give you health back

Actually that's a very good idea I'm prettycsure crystal sword should scale for both bonuses on dark offering.

i saw the demon form revert and knew it'd be popping off again but combining it with the spirit bomb you had seems like insane damage output

the only downside is that you need to be quick after you power up or else your buff runs out. Maybe a speed buff bard would be helpful too😀
Bard would be the Ideal third for sure!
Although with the build you can refresh the build yourself just have to use a channel every 20 sec and it refresh all your stacks

Good question! It actually can't becauze dark offerring isn't magic damage it's sacrificing HP it's a different form of damage so doesn't register as magic and thus doesn't consume Eldritch shield protection ability.

Yes you are wrong potions are scaled by magical healing, bandages are scaled by physical healing

The more hits the more heals so that's why I use Kris Dagger cause it heals the most because the swings are quickest.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, you can use spells with spellbook or darkness bolts with Rclick with hands out. But you can't use any skills
