Hi Saneya..You can apply as a freelancer and I don't think it should be a problem. Just show necessary proof of income and funds and that should be enough .Visa Charges are around 17-18k (last what I heard).

For example, you address is in pune, and you stay in mumbai on rent. If you apply in Mumbai consulate from Pune vfs they will ask for rent agreement notarised. Dont worry, you can easily get it done on Rs. 10 stamp paper for 400-500 from any court/notary.

Yes you can show Dad's Bank account statement supporting her. Or maybe show if she has any investments/FDs etc. Working is not mandatory - but the proof that you would be visiting the country and returning back with adequate funds is important.

No.. wouldn't recommend. Request your HR ..it's relatively quick to do. Or else try your luck and submit without leave letter . Your chances might get weak but not completely ruled out

Since your husband is working he has to provide his bank statements with your application, showing proof of funds. Also ask him to provide a declaration letter with your application describing his employment and saying that he will bear all your expenses. Attach his salary slips. Provide his Form 16 or ITR acknowledge. Along with them, provide a cover letter about yourself and the trip details. Also you will need to provide itinerary and tickets, and passport copy if your husband has a turkey visa.

What you essentially did is dictated out the written requirements that we all understand. I've watched so many videos and nobody tells anything in detail. For instance, the leaves approval letter - my company doesn't provide a company letterhead format leave approval letter that is signed and stamped. What the heck do I do then? We only get approvals over email. Does email correspondence work? We have a strict hierarchy on our company and the HRs will never sign an approval letter because they are not involved in leaves approval in the first place.
Hi Nilanko. What I've realised with application of many Visas is that if you don't have anything if particular, then submit what you have . Take a print of that email and then submit . That's the best you can do. People have got visa without company leave letter as well (for example a lot of people take job breaks and then travel). So it's perfectly okay to not have it as well. Also sometimes you can't go through various nitigritties but I'm happy to address it all via DM.

I'm just scared of losing money because I've to make flight and hotel bookings and in case visa is not approved, I'll lose a big chunk of money despite refundable bookings (airlines don't give back most of the money and visa application fees are also non refundable).

We have a strict hierarchy on our company and the HRs will never sign an approval letter because they are not involved in leaves approval in the first place.
Hi Nilanko. What I've realised with application of many Visas is that if you don't have anything if particular, then submit what you have . Take a print of that email and then submit . That's the best you can do. People have got visa without company leave letter as well (for example a lot of people take job breaks and then travel). So it's perfectly okay to not have it as well. Also sometimes you can't go through various nitigritties but I'm happy to address it all via DM.

I'm just scared of losing money because I've to make flight and hotel bookings and in case visa is not approved, I'll lose a big chunk of money despite refundable bookings (airlines don't give back most of the money and visa application fees are also non refundable).
@@NilankoHalder Go for it . I don't think this should be a show stopper . You will be able to get visa if all other docs are clean. But pls note, sufficient bank balance is Key !

@@NilankoHalder 7-8k min per day. If possible for you show 10k/day . Some embassies also accept investments as well. I'm not sure if Turkish Embassy does but do take it along with you and try to submit
