He’s only had more than 4 war once in his career and more than 3 war twice. He had 2 war last year. He’s a UFA in 1.5 years. Plus he is making 19.9 mil. He’s not worth it. At all. Big name. I think we have Verlander, Bloss, and Garcia coming back. Garcia, probably in August. I think Loperfido and Cabbage have done well. Leon is killing it in AAA. Tucker will be back. We can afford to lose Meyers and McCormick. Meyers has been good. He's not a superstar on offense though. McCormick is a bench player on most teams. I think Vlad would be huge for a couple years.
I mean....who wouldn't want Vlad? On paper, it would look great and it would undoubtedly make this lineup deep. Especially when you consider we would have him next season too.
