- The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is set to start today after yesterday's postponement. The Bafana Bafana captain was shot and killed in 2014 and five suspects will be appearing in the dock for his murder.

The murderers are sitting at home enjoying while innocent men are suffering for their Sins,mxm this World is unfair, we are leaving in the world of illuminati
This case leaves alot to desire....The woman this Guy dated was not fit to be with her.....He dumped his genuine wife going for this Tragic end ....
The Judge is a no nonsense, he has no time to play on this Case....let's hope Senzo Meyiwa would finally get his Justice
The arranged date in the absence of the Legal Representatives means this postponement is only to get the Legal Representatives in court whereafter if he's there, the matter may be postponed for trial.

The audio recordings are done automatically and systematically by the Court staff ....Every Judge keeps records through writting notes

The legal representative for accused no. 5 was shocked at the revelations by new affidavits made by unnamed witnesses for the State so now they need a new defense theory
Definitely it's not possible to be prepared without Legal compliance on the part of the state.

This is a real Lawyer my dear. You accuse someone You have to give him the opportunity to respond. A day before the case starts is a joke on the part of the state. Notify the Accused to enable him to prepare his case. The court understands well And that's why he's considering the request for the Accused to be given reasonable time to prepare his defence.
Accused representatives are playing delay tactics and the judge is aware of it
