I love how you love and praise your husband. He is a good man and a good person is always worth highlighting. Love and marriage is worth fighting for. Base camp 🤯such an amazing accomplishment, congratulations!!

Hey Mindy! I wanted to let you know that over the weekend, I did want curls on my hair. I used the new Hairitage damage recovery leave in conditioner, argan oil, and Lolavie detangler! Then, I used the Hairitage heat protectant before curling, then the Hairitage dry shampoo and Loreal weather control hairspray after curling :)
I also wanted to let you know that last week, I did the CGH Quadruple Braided Ponytail. I used yellow ribbon to symbolize summer! I also used the Dae styling cream and Salon Care hairspray to get the slicked back look :)

I'm so proud of you for what you have accomplished with Mt Everest, Mindy, with that being said, after doing that, you could do anything, that was a massive goal, which would have to be one of the most difficult challenges to face for sure. I'm glad you are ok after the journey. 😎😁🤩

Y'all should put the Son Doong Cave trek on your bucket list since you're not afraid of more difficult hikes. It's the largest cave in Vietnam and it's absolutely beautiful. Or the Ha Giang Loop in northern Vietnam. It's on motorbikes/ scooters and you see the beautiful scenery and stay in little villages along the way

I am going through the same thing, I had not had a period for 6 months until the day of the eclipse. Now it seems to be back to normal. I am going to do my research and schedule an appointment with my OB. Thank you for letting me know it’s not just me 🫶🏼

You guys should think about doing the Kokoda Track. It’s a 96km track in PNG, the local png civilians (as we as Australians love to do, we gave them the nickname of the fuzzy wuzzy angels which they have worn as a badge of honour as it was given for the fact that they were literally angels for our Australian soldiers) would use to rescue and carry wounded aussie soldiers to safety from where they were injured fighting the invading Japanese army why were trying to take North Queensland from where they were in png at the time. The fuzzy wuzzy angles made this track over 100 times over for some of them, and it wasn’t uncommon for them to make the track barefooted,nt here is a famous pic (I can’t remember names involved) from Christmas Day 1942 of a blinded Aussie soldier being led out to safety on the trail by one of the fuzzy wuzzy angles, both in bare feet. It is almost entirely through jungle and the track still holds left behind reminders of its origion, when my friend did the track with some other local teenager is 2011 she got to climb down an old Japanese fox hope she found off of part of the track and inside she found an old Japanese tin helmet and a still live WWII grenade, (helmet was taken by their guide to be given to the museum and I believe they had to leave the grenade, but mark where it was and alerted the authorities when they were next able to make contact, don’t know what happened to it after that though, haha. I think it’s a 14 day treck but not 100% sure. My friend got to meet one of last living angles at the end of the track, I think they are all gone now, but there still might be a small few, and if they are there is a chance to meet as a lot of them lived their whole lives in their villages dotted around the trail and most liked to meet people making the track and telling them their stories. These incredibly brave men, who did what they did simply because they could and felt it was right, they weren’t soldiers and by no means had to risk their lives time and time again to help our boys get home again, but did anyway, are forever highly beloved and respected both by our country men and women, but by their own as well, their actions were not only selfless and heroic, but for forged a bond of brotherhood between our countries that will never be forgotten. There is plenty about the track and the fuzzy wuzzy angles online if you want to learn more, hearing any and every story where the angles are brought up brings me to tears.

No, I don't think Shaun has to do it if he doesn't want to. It's upto him, we don't need to comment and pressure him.

Why didn’t you just keep your comment to yourself? That would’ve been better and easier as well. Oh and, did you know that’s it’s actually possible to only watch one of the videos, no one forces you to watch both? Crazy idea!!
