I have a BA in writing. When I hear about an auditioning mindset it ruins me, I’m a screen writing actor and filmmaker. And at the rate I’m going I will be leading a big product, acting in it because I wrote it, and I would old a percentage of the work and own my own brand name and entertainment umbrella, and at this rate, I will be casting people like you about the same time your getting the job I would have

If I was you I would find good writers and a team and just make something. Someone called my first movie an 8.5/10 for experience. Get a writer and let the actors around the writer for your characters to be based on you as an actor, and divide the rights 15% - 10% in points per person

    Thanks for sharing this, Libby!
So the program is movement heavy with a variety of movement techniques. I'm curious to know what voice methodologies does the school specialize in?

This will probably change a lot depending on which professor you have, but for my 1st Year:
First Quarter, we focused heavily on expanding our lung capacity through breathing exercises, accessing different registers, and applying them to Shakespeare monologues.
Second Quarter, we focused on solidifying a vocal and physical warm up routine, finding and staying on our Optimum Pitch Levels (OPL) when acting, and applied what we were learning to poems.
Third Quarter, we had another teacher who was very experienced in Shakespeare coaching, so we mainly focused on utilizing vocal registers to express various emotions in Shakespeare monologues.
