Yep. Where I live bikers have AK-47's and AR-15's slung over their backs and sidearms like Rambo or something. But it's legal here to open carry without any kind of permit as long as it's unloaded.

Cop at 8:00 is wrong... you only need eye protection on a bike without a windsheild. As clearly visible in the video, he had a windshield so he isnt required to have his visor down..
Fight Me it's different in almost every state. Here in NH you need eye protection or a helmet on what ever your are riding with or without a windshield. A few miles away in Maine you don't need eye protection or a helmet.

if you get off the bike right away cops will be alert. because they will think u will approach them or run away. although most of the time if u actually pull over and not escape in the bikes they legit just give you a warning JUST because u pulled over and not run. (and be respectful) because its common.

Yeah, police tell them to stop... But police are looking out for your safety. You could get really hurt, especially that high up in a parking lot. They're not there to ruin the fun, just to make sure you're safe.
I beg to differ, the police don't give a flying funk about your safety. They most certainly are there to ruin your fun and try to make as much money off of you as possible. If they really cared about your safety they wouldnt engage in high speed pursuit endangering others, they wouldn't pull you over and leave the ass end of their car in the lane , creating a bottle neck hazard. If they cared about safety they wouldn't carry Tazers, Stun Guns, Tear Gas, pistol, rifle, baton, pepper spray, Dogs and god knows what else, all designed to hurt you. It seems they only carry things that will hurt you. Cops are the biggest outlaws. They have become what we have them to protect us against. Just another gang but worse, a gang that can attach your pay check, can kidnap you, can take everything you own. They lie , they cheat , they steal, they are out of control. In California, I don't think there's a law stating you have to have the visor down... mainly because 'brain bucket' helmets are legal and they don't even have face shields... my Shoei face shield fogs up like crazy when it cool out. Makes it unusable when I'm riding slow or stopped... That just seems like a petty ticket to me
