you can do it with roku, or you can download the app Tunity, which will give you a live audio feed for any channel on tv that can be used with your headphones

The "Coax-Connector" is called "Belling-Lee-Connector" or "IEC-60169-2-Connector" or Short "IEC-Connector" and very common in germany by the way.
Don't know what that is, but looked like ancient antenna connector.
That is also the standard coax connector for Free-To-Air TV in Australia.
Pretty sure it's the standard connector for most PAL territories, so that'd be Europe, Oceania, and many parts of Asia.
