Oh Marrow, I can't tell you how long I struggled with locked commands in Mix It Up! I could not get google to understand what I meant when I tried and tried and tried to get it fixed and it still took me nearly a year to figure it out, I'm so glad you'll be able to get this info to newer Vtubers in the community! Amazing guide as always 🖤
I'm so glad it helped! I think locked commands is one of the biggest issues people have limiting their creativity
I was there for the Emoji eye spray...my redeems made the video
The Unlock for queue and similar tips are so valuable. All the tips really are
Hey, I just wanted to leave a comment to let you know that your videos are very informational and helpful! You present the information in a straightforward and entertaining manner, and I'm thankful I stumbled upon your videos as I was looking into installing MixItUp! I hope you post more tutorial videos for it to show us how crazy the program can get!
OMG! I can't believe I finally have the solution for the locked/queue process. Thanks so much for the lesson. 🧡
AYYYY! I'm so glad I could solve this very irritating problem for you LOL
hii, sorry to bother, how do you add a popup with the name of the person who redeemed the reward and the reward on screen? thank you so much!
Oooooh the redeem updates is so good! Is it possible to use it so redeems turn on/off during scene changes? Like oh I’m in a scene now that allows more redeem freedom (I don’t like too many disruptions during actual gameplay)
Yes absolutely! You'd probably want to set it up so that you're using Action Groups to trigger scene switches using your StreamDeck / LioranBoard etc. I'd probably do it like this:
Action Group 1:
1. Set up an action group called "Gaming Scene" (or whatever you want)
2. Use the Streaming Software Action to switch scenes
3. Use the Twitch Action to disable all the channel point redeems you don't want to be active during gameplay
4. Set this Action Group as a button on your StreamDeck / LioranBoard / whatever you use
Action Group 2:
1. Use Twitch Actions to enable all of the channel point redeems again
Then create Action Groups for all the other scenes you want to switch to, like in Action group 1, and add Action Group 2 to them using the Command action.
Hope that makes sense!
