So it has begun! Lou is finally stripping down our DIY van build ready to renovate it into vehicle far better suited to winter vanlife in the extreme cold. We hope the changes we are about to make will give us a self built campervan that suits winter camping! Although, at this early stage, seeing our beloved van in bits reminds us of the van life nightmare we experienced not so long ago!
Already we want to hit the road again, and as the weather here in the UK improves, we are wondering if destroying our van at this point is a bit of a mistake but, I have every faith that Lou can convert the campervan into something more amazing than we had before, who knows, maybe we will finally film our camper vibe van tour when it's finished!
Hopefully you are enjoying this winter van life upgrades van build series so far and now that the strip down is complete we can actually start adding the modifications needed to get this van snow camping ready.
