Hi Marcea you are positively glowing and looking so good, it’s interesting that your on 7.5ml dose for 8 weeks and I agree if your on a dose that’s working nicely to stay with it. I’m just about to complete my 4th week on 2.5 ml and move up to 5ml on Sunday, and so far I’ve lost 11.1lbs I’m hoping to reach the stone loss this Sunday, but like you any loss is a positive. Im a little apprehensive about moving up the dose but at the same time excited too, been quite lucky with side affects so far with just a couple of headaches. You are such an inspiration keep up the great work x
Hi darling …. Good luck with your new dose …. You know yourself when you are ready to move to don’t you. That’s a great loss you’ve had so far - well done sweetie. Thankyou for your ongoing support … it means so much 🥰♥️
I like you am moving up to 5mg on Tuesday. Not had any side effects except for a couple of sore heads. Ive lost 1st 1.5lbs but I had started doing sw a few weeks before.
Well done 🙌❤️🎉. You’re looking stunning! I love following your journey! I’m on Wegovy…just did my 12 week injection. I’m down 24 lbs and am so pleased. This was my 4th injection at 1mg. I’ve experienced a little bit of nausea the next day but nothing really noticeable and a slight headache about 2 days after my injection. I do my injection on Wednesday evenings as I am home the next few days. Thanks so much for sharing and for all your support!
Hi hunny - you are doing so well … what a wonderful weight loss so far!! I’m glad you are having a good experience with minimal side effects. Thankyou so much for watching my videos and taking the time to comment … it really helps me on my journey so much. Have a lovely weekend ♥️
You are at the same place as me! I'm taking my 4th injection at 1mg Wegovy tomorrow. I've lost 29lbs. Did have some nausea for a couple of days in the 2nd week of 1mg but I think I ate too much. Since then I'm really cautious about portion size. I'm going up to 1.75mg in a week. Hope that goes OK.
@@shelleysmith-d5q Thanks for sharing! That’s great progress! My doctor is leaving me on 1mg for another 8 weeks then I go back to see her. Not sure why…it might be that it is newer in Canada and she’s not aware of the higher doses. There was confusion between Ozempic and Wegovy (even though they are the same drug). I believe here that Ozempic only goes to 1 mg. As long as my weight is going down I’m fine with it. I will be checking at the pharmacy to see if Wegovy comes in higher doses here though. She is very pleased with my progress though. Thanks again for sharing and your support! This is a great support group for people on this journey!
I've said it so many times, but honestly your approach to all of this has been so good and has got to be an excellent example to others to follow if they are thinking about GLP-1 injections. Just the fact that you are happy to chip away at your end goal rather than go hell for leather at it is spot on - I've always thought whatever way you lose weight it will try to come back as fast as it was lost, so slow and steady will mean you can keep it in check long after you've stopped with your injections. I'm not getting on my scales again just yet because my hubby had the last 2 weeks off work, and although we didn't treat ourselves too much I'm not sure all the walking in between will have me covered! Lol! xx
Hi Marcia you are such an inspiration I have watched you for years, I am about to go up to 5mg Monjaro today, lost 8lb in first 4 weeks. Love you videos your looking fabulous. X
You are so lovely … Thankyou so much 🥰. How did your new dose go today? Well done on your weightloss so far 🎉🎉 Have a lovely weekend and Thankyou for supporting me and my channel all these years 🥰♥️
Doing great!!! Go YOU ❤ I love Dr Tyna as well….she’s so smart and informative. I am on the same journey with you and focusing on protein and fitness (weight training and doing my Total Gym and walking incline treadmill) 👍💪
I started mounjara 2 weeks ago, so 2nd injection done, next one on Tuesday. I have at least half of my weight to lose before I can have knee replacement surgery. So far, I have lost 17lb. I get the occasional headache, not bad, and think I need to drink more. Pretty much impressed at the lack of appetite and not actually thinking about my next meal all the time. I used to comfort eat because I have Fibromyalgia and am always in pain. I'm finding that its getting easier climbing stairs already. Looking forward to climbing up the doseage scale.
Wow you are doing incredible!! I hope your injection went ok today. I’m sure a lot of your pain will start to ease as it starts to the reduce the inflammation in your body. I wish you every success my darling … you’ll have your new knee before you know it xxx
I've started wk 14 on Tuesday and from wk 13 it remained the same for about a wk. I think it might be body composition🤷🏻♀️ but i had a huge loss of 52.4lbs in 13wks, down 30.5%. Staying positive for Tues 17th weigh in, giving my body time to adjust within myself skin organ etc. I will kick-start the plateau with intermittent fasting. Great loss well done 👏
Well done 👏 I’ve just found your channel and I begin my journey tomorrow thanks for the faith as I’m a bit worried taking it but ima definitely start in the morning 🌅 🙏

Hi Marcea, I've been following you for the last couple of weeks, congratulations on you weight loss. I started my journey 3 weeks ago and have lost 15lbs already !!. I'm from the UK too, South Yorkshire. I also have a 4year old grandchild who started school last week, she's absolutely loving it ❤. I just got the collagen today as well, mixed it with my protein shake, couldn't taste it at all 👍
Wow that’s amazing … a stone already … 🎉 Nice to have another Yorkshire girl around. So glad your little granddaughter is enjoying school … they grow up so fast don’t they. Have a fab week and hope to see you back again soon xxx
17.2% of your total body weight is absolutely incredible Marcea! You’re looking amazing & younger! No ozempic face 😆🙌🏼❤️ quite the opposite! You’re looking so fresh! Love the weekly vlogs and so looking forward to your monthly try on. I reckon you’re going to see a big difference this time. Love Dr Tyna was ok, what a clever lady she is. Lots of love 🫶🏼❤️😘

Well done Marcea! I'm on Wegovy 11 weeks and 29lbs down (although my starting weight was heavier than yours at 16stone 11lbs - 235lbs). Did have some nausea when I moved up to 1mg but quickly realised I needed to reduce portion sizes further. I do get the odd dizzy spell if I don't eat. Other than that, I'm very happy with it and impatient to get the rest of the weight off!
You are doing so well …. Wow you must be really happy with your progress 🥰 Are you managing enough calories each day? I’ve been pretty lucky with side effects so far I think Have a great week hun xxx
Awww congratulations on this week's loss Marcea. 33lbs down now - that's fantastic!👏 It was my fourth weigh in on Tuesday and my final 2.5mg dose - I'm now on 5mg. All going well so far with no side effects!👍 I'm so over the moon as I lost 2.2lbs on Tuesday which takes me to 1stone 1.2lbs lost in four weeks! I've been eating so well and healthy too! No urge to snack at all. I've started to do what you do and record my calendar month weight loss on Renpho via another profile. I then take my monthly photos and also a photo of me trying on my too small jeans. Last month I couldn't even get the jeans to meet across my stomach - this month I can do up the top button!😀 I must have a look at Dr Tyna's channel too! One point - you've had a really good inch loss around your bust - have you had to buy any new bras as yet? Xxx
Hey sweetie … congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 you are doing incredible!!!! Pleased to hear your progress and to learn about your NSVs too …. It’s such a boost isn’t it. Wishing you another successful month hun. Yes … in new bras and probably on verge of needing more again lol - not complaining cos they were way too big before xxx
Don't worry, enjoy your holiday. You can still enjoy the food and wine 😊 everything in moderation ❤️ I went to Spain and gained 3lb.. I lost it again a week later and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday... So any weight gain won't last long! Good memories are more important than any temporary gains 😊 we are all on this long term MJ journey xxx
Thanks darling but I’m more worried about having side effects rather than the actual food itself. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with pasta which is making me a bit more worried. I love pasta so much so I just need to see what’s on the menu and go from there. I’m not worried about gaining on my holiday but I am worried about not finding a toilet 🙈🙈 I think I just have a sensitive tummy 😭 Glad you had a lovely holiday sweetie. Thanks for caring xxxxx
@@ladymawa totally agree. I've noticed a few times in restaurants that I'm conscious about what I have. For example I've noticed really garlicy food or anything oily will have me on the toilet for days! But I'm making a note of every bad day and finding patterns in what I've eaten prior. Shame, as I love garlic 😆 xxxxx
It’s always the things we love lol. Sorry you’ve had a few toilet days afterwards. This is why I’m going to be super cautious in Rome …. Have a great weekend hun xxx
You are doing so well 🎉 on your weight loss journey. Love watching you. And i think i will invest in those scales you weigh yourself on. Keep smiling 😊 xx
Another good week well done! I’m struggling with constipation this week so not done my weigh in yet, I feel bloated and heavy. It will pass I’m sure over next few days
Hi Marcea, Congrats on another week! I weighed in today (end of week 7) and I'm 17.2lbs down. It's my last week this week on 5mg. I have been thoroughly exhausted on my whole journey so I'm hopeful the 7.5mg is going to be the dose where I get a little bit of appetite and energy back. Not complaining though as it's stopped all my bad habits like drinking alcohol and spending on takeaways. Although I find it very hard to socialise anymore as I can't eat when I'm out and everything tastes different. Keep telling myself it's not for long so keep going 😊 ❤
Oh hun sorry you feel so miserable on it. You have had very good losses. Do you think you should move up if you are struggling to eat? It could actually get more intense. Would it be an option to do another month on 5mg and just keep the 7.5mg in the fridge for the month later? I hope you don’t mind me thinking out loud … just giving you something to have a little think about ♥️♥️xxx
@@ladymawa I did consider that but I've watched a lot of videos and comments from people saying that 5mg made them miserable and 7.5mg was their favourite dose so I'm going to give it a go. If I'm happy on 7.5mg I'll do the same as you and stay on it, no rush moving up. Just trying to find that balance 😊
Well good luck my darling. I hope everything settles down for you soon. Are you tracking you calories? Use this as a guide my darling. Keep in touch with your progress. Sounds like you have a plan xxx♥️
I agree with Marcea, you should never go up if you’re having negative symptoms, going up is highly likely going to exacerbate these symptoms not go the other way.. bit unsure of your logic with this.,
@@ladymawa hey both - wanted to give an update on this as I know both were concerned. I took a week off while my parents were here and it was the best decision. I managed to get well, getting my energy levels back up, I maintained my weight, didn't put anything on and then I did the 7.5mg and I feel amazing on it. I haven't had any side effects like fatigue and I can eat and I have lost 3lbs this week. My body and mind needed that reset as my cals were so low and also the 7.5mg is just the perfect dose. Happy to stay on this for the foreseeable. Hopefully this can help someone who is suffering extreme fatigue from too low calories xx
Hi Marcea, great video and progress - you are so inspiring with how you document your journey. If you’ve got a blue light card you can get a discount on the annual price of the nutracheck app. I pay £25.99 instead of £34.99 which more then pays for the card! X
Oh that’s good to know … I can’t remember if I used mine or not 🙈 I think I did. I’ll mention it in my vlog though to let others know. Thanks my love xxx
Hi Marcea. I’m new to your channel. I’ve started my Mounjaro journey today. Really excited but also nervous about it. I’m starting to look back through your uploaded videos. Can I ask what weight tracking app you have been using? I’m Rob. I’m 56, male, from the Isle of Wight and I work in education. I’m wanting to get a grip of my weight. Looking forward to engaging positively with you through your continuing journey and the start of mine! Rob.
Hi …. Welcome - thanks for saying hello! I use scales that I bought from Amazon - renpho - there is a link in the video description. They have a free app that pairs with the scales. It’s great to keep track. I use the nutracheck app to track my food and it has some nice features. I also stick my weight in my fitness pal for good measure because it calculates the % of body weight lost. There a free app called remeasure which is good for keeping track of body measurements - I show it in my monthly updates. Good luck … it’s an incredible treatment. I wish you every success and hope to see you back soon. Keep in touch with the progress xx
Thank you for your reply and your advice/guidance - it is very much appreciated 🙂. Have downloaded the apps you recommended. Excited about the months ahead xx.
I just bought the Renpho tape measure from Amazon which is great it syncs with the app if you like to keep all you stats together, I think it was around £24 which is a bit spendy but it makes taking your own measurements so much easier 😊
Hello lovely, great results again. I am still ticking along, with 1 or so a week also. a loss is a loss so still going with, would you be able to share your code please as thinking of changing my suppler now, thanks xx
Hi love. So sorry for the delay. Well done on your weightloss … slow and steady is the way. Are you able to send me a message on insta or email for the code if possible and I’ll send it straight over. My details are in the description box of the video. If that’s a problem just let me know hun xxxxx
Good Morning lovely, I just had the update on the Renpho app and and I cant find that page that compares the days showing the 2 columns side by side. Do you know where they have gone ? lots of love from Judie x
Morning. I was just in the app so I’ve fine and done my update. On the main page where your weight is look down. Where itv says body composition it now compares in the same box. There is a mother downward arrow. If you click this you can then choose how you want that little box to look. If you click compare to last recorded weight it will do it. You can also click the little right arrow under body composition for more info and also look at trends. I quite like the update. Hope this helps xxx

Hi marcea, loving the videos and you are lookin great. I have just started 5mg, had my 2nd dose this wk and i feel so ill, also awful taste in my mouth, cant bare to look at food and not keepin anything down...think i need to go back to 2.5, suppose it's all just trial and error x
@@AngieGallagher-nh5oh yeah drinking sips of water as even drinking a glass I just want to bring it back up. Sticking with plain food, managed some dry toast earlier, I had a bit of nausea with 2.5mg but was never sick and I was happy enough with my loss, so think I would be better just goin back to 2.5mg...it was workin for me x
@Vhng82 Oh no …. Have you been back in touch with your provider. If you can’t keep fluids down they will prescribe an anti emetic for you. If you can’t drink love you will need medical advice. I would not have your next dose if you are feeling this bad until You have spoken to someone. Take care darling …. Please let us know how you get on xxxx
Well done on going downhill for another week 😂🥰 The scale thingymabobs make my brain hurt if I try to analyse the numbers too much. I've been baffled as to why my water % is rubbish considering I drink about 3 litres per day. To satisfy my curiosity I was even going to weigh myself at night just to see if it went any higher, that's too triggering though. I can't get my brain around it right now but I think it's not about how much you actually drink, it's just as it says, a % of your weight so therefore will go up as you lose weight. Stands to reason that it's the same for protein and everything else, I think lol. I also think I'm not explaining it very well 🤣 Everyone else probably already knows this so just ignore having to witness the cogs turns in my brain 😂🥰😘
Do you think higher doses increase metabolism? My appetite suppression is good at the lower dose but increased metabolism would be a reason to increase dose. Any insight would be helpful.
I would say if you have good suppression stay on that dose. If you are unable to eat sufficient calories that will harm your metabolism my love. Slow and steady is the best way xxx Obviously you have to do what you feel is right but if it’s working it working xxx
I’m on 5 started my journey 4 months ago, but I am really struggling with nauseous and have occasionally been sick and extremely bad constipation. I have only lost 12lbs in 4 months and feel so ill. Does this get better as I am really miserable?
Oh no … you poor thing. I’m so sorry you feel so rubbish on it. Can I ask what your diet is like? Are you eating well, plenty of protein, fibre, water etc? Do you track your calories etc? I’ve honestly had hardly any side effects really. Have you spoken with your provider for advice? It might be good to touch base with them. They can prescribe anti emetics or they may suggest Wegovy instead. I think give them a call my love xxxxx Good luck hun, sending love xx
@@ladymawa thank you, I’m eating a high protein low carb diet, I do need to get more fiber into my diet. I’ve been looking into different options as I’m determined to loose 3 stone ( or if I gain muscle weight and my body is toned I am happy to loose less). If the Mounjaro doesn’t work out for me then I would prefer to spend the money on a personal fitness instructor instead of moving onto another medication. Through breast cancer I have ended up on a lot of medication so that might be interfering with the results.
Bless you. You take shouldn’t be this nauseous though. Were you ok on 2.5mg? I think you should speak to your provider. What’s your typical calorie intake hun? I feel for you xxx
Hi hun …. I used an insulin syringe to withdraw the remaining medication on the 5th week xxx Please note this goes against the drug manufacturers guidance and I’m not suggesting anyone should do this. If you search 5th dose in Reddit or online you should find info about it xxx
I believe she explained at one point that she’s able to get 5 doses out of her pen. I think she said that after the 4th injection, she still has a full dose left. Hope this helps!
Hi I hope this is not a silly question but when I log onto my renpho scales I can only see my weight and bmi if I am not standing on the scales. How do you show us all your info.do you record it whilst standing on the scales or am I doing it wrong x

I think I just have a sensitive tummy 😭
Glad you had a lovely holiday sweetie.
Thanks sweetie. Really appreciate your support as you know. Hope you enjoy the scales if you decide to go for them ♥️
Yay!!🎉🎊 Another loss! Great job!! ❤
Thankyou so much 🥰♥️
Another good week well done! I’m struggling with constipation this week so not done my weigh in yet, I feel bloated and heavy. It will pass I’m sure over next few days
Urgh that’s horrid when you feel so bloated. I’ve heard magnesium can really help with constipation. Hope you get some relief soon xxx
💙
🫶🏻♥️
Hi Marcea,
Congrats on another week!
🎉🎉🎉doing an awesome job!
Thankyou lovely xxx♥️
Hello, I started my first 7.5 mg yesterday. So far so good.
That’s fab …. I love this dose so much. Good luck, hope it goes well xxx
I may not always comment, but I'm watching and hitting the like button! Love you, sweetie!❤❤❤
Thanks lovely …. I’m the same with you ♥️ you are my ‘getting ready in the morning’ video xxx
@@ladymawa What a way to start your day 😘💜
You are looking amazing 🤩
Thankyou so much, that’s very kind of you xx🥰♥️
Yay 🤗♥️
I just bought the Renpho tape measure from Amazon which is great it syncs with the app if you like to keep all you stats together, I think it was around £24 which is a bit spendy but it makes taking your own measurements so much easier
😊
I’ve been looking at it …. It does look great xxx
Way to go! 😊
Thank you! ♥️♥️xxx
🎉🎉🎉Well done ❤
Thanks gorgeous xxx
@@ladymawa oh thank you so much I will take another look in a bit, I am just off outside to put my washing on the line, after all that rain I am loving these sunny days, isnt it lovely and warm today. I better get on but its lovely to have you there to watch or listen to whenever I can x
Oooh I am anxious to move up to 5mg too. Sorry you are struggling..what are you managing to eat? Are you drinking lots of water? 😢xx
@Vhng82 I am the same as you I have slight nausea on 2.5 but I have a feeling I might struggle on 5ml! See how you go in a couple of days. Xx
@@AngieGallagher-nh5oh yeah I'll def give it a bit more time and hopefully it settles, thanks x
Well done love 🎉amazing… another loss 🎉xxx
Thanks lovely. Great to see you’ve joined a running club - check you out lady 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
@@ladymawa awww thanks so much. It was so much fun. 🤩 xxx
Well done on going downhill for another week 😂🥰
The scale thingymabobs make my brain hurt if I try to analyse the numbers too much.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 my brain aches too …. I know what you mean though …. That’s also worrying hahaha xxx x
Slow and steady is the best way xxx
Obviously you have to do what you feel is right but if it’s working it working xxx
I think give them a call my love xxxxx
Good luck hun, sending love xx
Hi Marcea,PLEASE can you explain how you had 5wks on 5mg please? did you by another batch of 5mg? Thanks in advance
Hi hun …. I used an insulin syringe to withdraw the remaining medication on the 5th week xxx
Please note this goes against the drug manufacturers guidance and I’m not suggesting anyone should do this. If you search 5th dose in Reddit or online you should find info about it xxx
I believe she explained at one point that she’s able to get 5 doses out of her pen. I think she said that after the 4th injection, she still has a full dose left. Hope this helps!
@@angiewarren6045 thanks hun xx
@ladymawa what size insulin needle did you use for your 5th dose please Marcia? Xx
Use the reminder app to prompt you to drink

Hi I hope this is not a silly question but when I log onto my renpho scales I can only see my weight and bmi if I am not standing on the scales. How do you show us all your info.do you record it whilst standing on the scales or am I doing it wrong x
I just open the app then stand on the scales my love and it sends it to the phone.
Have you clicked on the trends at the bottom or scroll down the screen then click details?
