    Aneesia (producer of the series) I think said she had to stop because her personal life got super busy and making the series was starting for overwhelm her. She also said she started to make this series because she wanted to have fun making an edit that shows BTS history and explain more about K-pop at the same time but the fun started to go away and it started to feel more like work, so she need to take a break. She also said she didn’t want this series to replace getting to know BTS more with their own content but encourage people to….
    I do hope one day she finish it but if not and am grateful for what she has done and it is a blessing.

      FYI - I casually chat w/ Aneesa via DMs sometimes. She had given 4+ years of her life to creating this passion project as a thank you to BTS for coming into her life. She is a pre-debut ARMY (She discovered KPop with 2nd gen. KPop groups and loves KPop in general). She wanted to use her education and skill as a video editor to create something to show her family and friends why she is so passionate about BTS. This project became so much bigger than she expected. She never made any money from this. She used most of the songs in the series which revenue goes back to the artist due to copyrights. Some viewers asked for her to create a patreon account to help support her efforts. She only used some money to upgrade her softwear for the project and also showed the receipts of how the money was used! All remaining money was donated to One In the ARMY charity projects (She also showed receipts of that!)
      She got to the point of mental and emotional burnout. She was consummed by creating this series for so long that she had no life outside of working on this series! She got a lot of unwarranted hate and misinformation spreading which also took it's toll! She did get an amazing full-time video editing job which also left her with no time to continue to work on the series. All these factors played into her just ending the series and she has not plans to continue at this time.
      She now has a more balanced happier life and continues to support the guys in many ways, out of the public/youtube eyes.
      Aneese did her best for the guys because she loves them!
      Have a happy new year and let's cheer the guys together until their return as a full group in 2025!

      I can't imagine the amount of work necessary to create something like this. Just editing my reaction so that it won't be blocked was a lot of work for me. It is just incredible. Just as is.. her work will be cherished for decades or perhaps centuries to come.

    Biggest boy group is a way to keep them in a box. Instead of biggest artist. Bc like u said, there s a slight negative connotation to boy group

    Boygroup just means a group of boys. I dont know why you say like that's a bad thing to say (?
    Because they are not a solo artist, they are a group of men. So a boy group.

    • @komerican-og
      @komerican-og  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is a stigma attached to boy groups in the past.
      Adolescent dance groups with no depth... BTS are none of the above. I personally don't believe in the stereotype associated with boy groups, but there are many that still do. BTW calling any adult male a boy is taken as an insult. I hope someday people will call them musical group just like others.

      @@komerican-og What would you call BTS? You can't call them a solo artist because they are a group, you can't call it an artist because it is a group of multiple artist. You can't call them a girlband either lol
      Boygroup doesn't mean that they are little boys or teenagers, it just means that they are a group of boys. I don't know where you were raised but here in the state im from (florida) even grown men call themselves boys a lot. Is like the TV show called 'the boys', the group called the boys they aren't little kids, they are grown boys / men.

    • @komerican-og
      @komerican-og  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@LFNZE I thought I already said they could be called a Musical group. And I never said we should call them a girl group. You may believe what you want but boy is not man. If you are coming up with a singular example like a TV show to support your argument, let me do one too. How about walking up to a bunch of African-American men and saying...Hey! Boy, see what happens next. If you do not want to agree with my statement that boy group have negative stereotypes and connotations attached to it, I have nothing for you. We should stop our conversation now. I have no idea why you are so steamed about this but if you truly are not happy here, please move on.

    • @LFNZE

      @@komerican-og I literally said that here in florida saying boy to a man is totally normal. Again, i don't know where you come from exactly. But here saying boy to a man is not weird like you think it is.
      The term "boy band" may have originated in Germany in the 1980s. Before that, they were called "hep harmony singing groups" or "male vocal groups". The term "boy band" is associated with the late 1990s and 2000s MTV era, but can be traced back to the early 1800s with African-American barbershop quartets. Group of grown men are called boybands since ages ago.
