- In this video I reacted to Who is BTS?: The Seven Members of Bangtan (INTRODUCTION). Now I’ve seen the other documentary. But this one just proves to me how great and amazing this group is fr! Like when I say Rm is a leader I really mean that. And suga..Is really the definition of rags to riches.

I just want to clarify about these videos, especially the old ones and why it’s important to take everything with a grain of salt. Firstly, for some reason, armys back then loved to point out these hard things that jimin went through like the ones they showed on here and some issues he had with eating many years ago. Jimin himself has said he doesn’t understand why people focus so much on these things when ALL the members have felt this way and expressed the same concerns. He said that he doesn’t think it was as big a deal as everyone seemed to make it. Yes, he’s a perfectionist and yes, he is hard on himself but they all are. He’s an amazing artist and has achieved so much both with bts and on his own.
And also people make it seem that being a perfectionist is a bad thing when in reality it really isn't

In the beginning, JK or Jimin always used to say how they feel sorry that because of the "group effort" hobi can never "showcase his true abilitys" while doing BTSs choreography, and i think thats right..🤧 we still havny gotten a dance solo from him after BME and that way long over due..😫
If you go look at the comment sections from this guys previous videos, there are nothing but Jimin stans hyping him up.. thats why he didnt know that jhope is just as much of a Main dancer as Jimin is, and a dance leader on top of that. I even saw comments saying smth like "Jimin is the only one "recognized" at a national level by his dance" and that comment had like 140 likes...😬🙄 No one even mentioning that Jhope already competed at local And national level before he even joined BTS. I dont know why its so hard to give all of them credit when its due. Its a shame when there are new people tryin to learn about the boys and then these solo stans ends up hyping up just one of them, i think it really affect how new fans form their opinion about BTS, and you can really see it already at this point. He already has a bias, even tho he knows nothing about them..🤧

There is just something special in SUGA. His dedication to work, love and passion for music. The way he is always unapologetically true to himself. He is honest, straightforward, intelligent and it shows in his raw and emotional lyrics. And at the same time he is caring, kind, calm, soft and patient person. I don't know how he can be so patient. He is also so funny, he has this dry sense of humor that not all people will understand but it's amazing
And he is so strong, despite every hardship he went through and despite the fact many people didn't believe in him he still succeeded. It is so great to see that he became a respected producer, with whom many artists want to work. He is called Genius Producer by K-media, because everything that he creates is bound to succeed. He is very inspiring

"Awake" is good but "Epiphany" is legendary. I recommend you watch the lives for both of the song. I tell you BTS hits different live better than the recordings. And don't forget the Crystal Snow live. Jin hits his triple highnotes there
ANGEL - The part that really bothers me about this video is that one of Jimin's main roles is that he's the confidant/comforter for the most of other members but that was glossed over in favor of his other role of usually getting birthday cakes ready by putting personal touches on them and candles. He often is the 1st to sense/see if someone's off and offers words of encouragement/comfort and hugs.

Jimin is like no other. He is the muse of artists because of his beautiful face. Maybe watch Park Jimins experience in Marshall arts. He is deadly. You will love that Nigel. Much love ❤
Yes, SUGA is multitalented and he has many hobbies: electronics and music equipment, architecture and interior design, painting, ecomonics, psychology and psychoanalysis, basketball, cooking. He was b-boying before his shoulder injury and he was very good at it. And he also has red belt in taekwondo and did judo. But of course his main passion is music. He learned how to play piano when he was a kid and at the age of 13 he started learning production and mixing, while working part time job at recording studio, so he can earn money to buy equipment. One of his others part-time jobs was teaching people music. Everyone around him told that he wouldn't make it and he should forget about his dreams. The fact that he didn't have support, didn't have money, was struggling with mental health issues, got into car accident, lost his friend to drugs - he went through a lot of hardships - but he never gave up and music helped him to get through his darkest times, so now he writes music to help others. He is very strong

Suga is very good person, he always there for other people and always ready to help with words or actions. There are so many stories about him, but the one that stood out the most for me is how he took another trainee to the hospital in the middle of the night and paid hospital bills with his own money, when he was struggling himself. And also how on his own birthdays he was making over 300 handwritten notes and gifts for fans to show them his love

Love your breakout of JiMin 💜..can I ask a few questions. I've heard these things around on a few channels over the yrs so I'm a little confused. I recently saw on a yt channel that said Bang PD had jhope, jk, and jm as backup dancers for other artists back in 2010. How is that possible if he only had 6 mos before they debuted in 2013? Then I saw a segment where jm himself says they almost chose not to accept him many times. It's not like he couldn't dance prior to debut, so why would Big Hit not want to pick him up? Sorry I was trying to find a safe place to ask these questions without ppl jumping all down a person's throat for not knowing 🤷🏻♀️

JIMIN signed with BigHit a few months earlier before actually signing up yo be part of BTS! JIMIN left Busan his home tome where he was already highly acknowledged and known for his dancing ability, and where he was quite popular in Busan Highschool of the arts, to go to Seouk for his last hr if Highschool and became a trainee, meaning having to give up everything he lived, being away from his family he was so close to, where he was such a success p, but to take the S chance in Seoul to become an idol so he could sing as well as dance.
Big Hit as well as all entertainment companies always lent out their trainees to be backup dancers for other known idols, so that they can have hands on experience in front of live cameras & audiences! Yes, both JHope & the JK were lent out as backup dancer way back in 2010 or 2011 in JK's case being signed a little bit later.
Jimin only was lent out as backup dancer way later mainly at the end of 2012 when he signed with BigHit, & beginning of 2013. JIMIN only was almost let go because the dance trainer, Mr. Son had to train JIMIN to learn all the dance steps, choreography, become part of the 7, training him to do all that in only 6 months, which is unheard of for most idols! All other meme pier already had around 2 yrs training!
Plus JIMIN was different because unlike even JHope who himself never had classic dance training, JIMIN from the get go had cleaner lines and danced differently, then the hip hop style idols perform. In other words he was almost too good so that he would be more noticed, which he still is, although he makes a point if playing down his abilities, always hyping up JHope since he too was also given the official title of Main dancer.
Just the fact the JIMIN was given the official title if both Main Dancer & Lead Vocalist since BTS debuted, speaks volumes just how good he was, & is! Not only a fast learner, but JIMIN lived on no more then 2-3 hrs of sleep, practicing all night in the practice room, falling asleep on the floor, getting up to go to school, then back to that practice room! His work ethics are widely known and admired by all KPop idols!! Anyway, hope this answers some of your questions!! 😅🙏😊

I get it.. lol he's the total package. Yet sooo seductive. It's his persona and most all, his ora. We are not used to seeing such a beautiful human, an sweet angel who is yet vulnerable but such a beautiful soul. Also that his visuals are unseen and un comparable to anyone else's...
I know people rag on this video, but I think it's fine. You just have to keep in mind that it's almost 4 yrs old, and it was made the year that BTS started exploding on the music scene. They have each evolved greatly as artists and as individuals since then. For instance, they all are much better at English now, though they still use translators and RM still talks a good bit for them. I mean, they are 24 to 30 yr old men, so, obviously, they have matured personally. Also, they lived all together for a very long time - literally, together -- and still live together much of the time even now. That creates a really strong bond, and also an atmosphere that is "safe" and where you can be who you are without fear.

There is a newer version just posted recently, with a similar title (perhaps you saw this older one by mistake) AN INTRODUCTION TO THE 7 MEMBERS OF BTS (2021 UPDATED) by Ida S, that's a bit better. Hopefully you will see that or another more recent BTS introduction vid! Many army whi create these vids. aren't aware of so much information, nor do they bother to do in depth researching just repeat what army over the yrs beleive to be true, but indeed aren't always acurate or true, due to mistranslations & misinformation spread by international army!

I would like to respectively disagree. I still feel like this introduction video (2018) is the best, and while it is indeed outdated, the video you mentioned doesn't contain any behind the scenes or the members speaking in their own words. This is crafted in a much more engaging way

what you said about needing to see BTS live at least once is so true. I saw them during their Wings Tour in LA in 2017 and during the Love Yourself Tour in LA in 2018. Absolutely amazing performances both times, I can't recommend it enough

I actually grew up with a perfectionist mother. She just wants everything she sees around is perfect,neat, clean,even and even the folding of garment must be equal,no excess,slit is every kind or wear. So I got her that habit too. I get depressed when I don't do well or sometimes I won't stop until I can make it better. And it's really hard to deal with ourselves in that case. That's why I understand Jimin.

I feel in love with Jimin's voice when I discovered BTS last year. He had such a unique tone that just stood out all the time and it hits you right in the gut and your heart. For me, it's kinda felt like how I felt when I heard Michael Jackson sing.
