I feed my dog Sundays dog food, the chicken formula…they are really very good about answering any questions or concerns. I know because I grilled them back in July of last year with a bunch of questions and they took the time to answer them. They will also notify whenever there’s a change to the formula so we as pet parents know what’s happening. I’ve been very pleased with Sundays and my dog loves her food very much!
I just canceled my subscription. My dog use to like it but now he won’t even go near it. Somethings off and dogs know. 170$ for 3 weeks worth of food I expect better quality. So im going back to cooking for my dog 😏
Yeah I fed my dogs farmer's dog and they acted funny stopped eating it. Me like an idiot made them eat it & one almost died from it. I don't use it anymore it's deadly

This product is nothing more than 'table scraps'. You have leftovers--you have a 'farmers dog' meal.

It is quite costly for me, and I am unable to afford $60 per month for my dog. I love her dearly, but unfortunately, I have no other choice. I looked into Ollie, but it is still expensive.

Farmers dog wants to charge me 200 dollars a week for two dogs. Yes, they are large dogs, a rottweiler and German shepard but, 200 is just a bit too much. Any recommendations?
Just feed raw.
I used ground Turkey, ground chicken, chicken livers,kale,spinach, peas n carrots, coconut oil, eggs, a little turmeric , and a little parsley and basil. Very light amount don’t wanna overdo it. But my dogs loved it!

Farmers dog is too expensive
You can make homemade food for 1/4 of the price. Farmers dog isn’t worth it when you can literally make it yourself at home. I pay about $165 for homemade dog food for two 70lb dogs. They wanted ME TO PAY $485 PLUS TAX!! They are smoking crack over there. People rather pay an arm and a leg than make their own dogs food. It’s just not worth it

@@nikkib60619 eggs and rice are good for weight gain. You could also add goats milk to help with weight gain but not too much. I do one main meat (like beef, chicken, chunk steak, or turkey), then I add in liver/gizzards ir hearts but the measurements depend on your dogs size (my dog is 73 lbs so I give her 2.5-3 ounces each day of that). I add salmon because it’s a good fat and is great for dogs coast. I buy it in bulk and then cut it up into small cubes. The scale is honestly your best friend so everything is portioned correctly. So then I add 1-2 ounces of veggies per day. I do green beans, carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli (honestly sometimes switch it up, just depends on what I buy). Veggies should only take up 5%-10% of the dogs meal. I buy frozen veggies and boil them as I need them. Then I add a half of egg to each meal (only because it can cause weight gain but that’s good for your dog).
Pumpkin is great for gut health but just make sure it’s a scoop correct to your dogs size because apparently too much pumpkin can be bad. I do pumpkin sometimes as well

@@NicoleRenzelI make homemade for about half the price of Farmers Dog. But, I have to go grocery shopping to get the ingredients, then spend hours cooking and packaging. Farmers dog food is not over priced, if you consider the labor involved. You're paying the extra money for someone else's elbow grease. Some people don't have the time, but have the money.
What about Canidae salmon and sweet potatoes dog food is that a good brand

I think farmers dog prices are just outrageous. If you have a big dog forget it cause you’re paying an arm and leg. Then if you have more than one big dog 😂😅 it’s just insane. You can make homemade dog food for $85-$100 but they wanna charge you like $200-$300 PER DOG PER MONTH. I feel like more small dogs eat those meals than big because their prices are just so dumb. Just for an example, I went online to see how much it would cost for my dogs…it would be $121.47 each week and $485.88 PLUS TAX. EVERYONE CAN MAKE HOMEMADE DOG FOOD WAY CHEAPERRRRRR AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY DECIDE WHAT YOUR DOG EATS. Don’t pay outrageous prices when you can make it and then freeze your own food for half the price. You can add instinct toppers for gut health or skin and coat health. You can add whatever you want to your dogs food and IT STILL WOULDNT ADD UP TO THE FARMERS DOG FOOD. Just do yourself a favor and make a dog food recipe approved by your vet

@@carltonthepug I have 7 dogs. I make homemade for all of them but that price was based off one 75 lb dog (the $121.47 per week/$485.88 plus tax per month, which is still only for one dog) . So imagine me trying to feed my 7 dogs who are heavier/double her weight with the farmers diet (my heaviest dog is 185 lbs) . Most people can’t afford that and I rather go buy whatever I want which still wouldn’t be the cost of what their asking. I’m just trying to tell people there still is a healthy option out there if you can’t afford this. Yes, making homemade is expensive still but not as expensive as farmers dog

Buying farmers' dog food. Has to put preservatives because they need to send it out, right? to supposed get to you fresh so that it won't get spoiled. So why pay a ton of money? when you can make your own for the month, and he or she can have a vacum sealed bag every day.
Spending $120.95 a week, on farmers dog food that is $480.00 a month for those small bags that have preservatives in their bags of dog food to stay fresh when it gets to you. But ask yourself this ??? With the preservatives in it how long before the food go's spoiled?
What preservatives are you talking about? It's frozen solid when it comes to you. Why would a frozen food need preservatives?
The Farmer's Dog claims there are no preservatives in their fresh food! The freezer acts as a preservative!
Yep, & I spent over $3000 on vet bills, couldn't figure out why my dog's belly was filling up with water. I ran out of farmer's dog and started feeding my dog homemade dog food. All my dog's symptoms went away. Couldn't believe farmer's dog caused my dog all those problems. Don't Use it!!
They use the finest old farm dogs as ground meat to feed the new and up and coming farm dogs so that their farm essence is instilled in the new dogs and will guide them.
Thanks for helping me before I chose a food for my pup. I've tried to find out from being to end what meats are used and how it's made. Until this very moment I've not been able to find out. Bless you much ☺️
